I just want to let people know if you have a newer bike, just take it to the dealership at 6 bends. I recently had Horney's install a different set of bars on my 2018 road king and at first they were very kind and inviting...even said "its all about how you treat people" if I remember correctly. Anyways I dropped my bike off and when I got it back I had scratches on top of my nacelle, after one day of driving, a light plug fell down by my forks, right after that my check engine light came on. When I called to resolve the issue they said just bring it in to fix it. I feel that shouldnt be the case so I just took it to harley at Six Bends. Needless to say dont pay double, just do it right the first time. Horneys also refused to give me any type of refund. So here is the proof of my experience and documentation from Six bends. Hope this helps future customers looking to get their bars installed..below is my repair order.

Went in for a simple tire change ($700) ($200 for labour)came out 9 days later with a broken break arm on my custom chopper. No apology or restitution, in tack when I brought it in. Very bad communication , expensive, used to be a former customer , ridiculous experience .3 times to get the right tire size. Please look for another place to bring your bike. I would encourage selling it before I would recommend bringing it there.5/23Service: Tires

Lisa is absolutely amazing, my bike runs perfectly and when my tire got a nail first ride they squeezed me in on a Saturday. Amazing customer service! My bike will never go anywhere else

I am so glad my dad found them! They were professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone who asks ! They sent picture updates of everything that needed to be fixed and then pictures of the work completed. They stayed in touch throughout the whole process and I now have the peace of mind that my dad can ride safely and I don t have to worry about his bike. I am very thankful for Horney s ! Have been going here for a number of years, top notch service and I trust whatever they tell me when it comes to my bike. I have had numerous repairs and upgrades done here, to many to mention and have never been disappointed with service, quality or pricing. Lisa, Rick and Rick Jr are great people, there is no reason to go anywhere else for service.

We won't take our bikes anywhere else! Honest people, great service, fair prices and they know what they are doing! Lisa, Rick and Rick Jr. have our business as long as we're on 2 wheels. Simply the best place to take your bike for service or repairs.

They changed my back tires 2weeks ago and then brought my bike into my garage on trailer and then last Monday tried to go for a ride and my back tire was flat so tried to put air in it and didn't keep air so I called them up and asked them to get it fixed and brought back my bike on trailer to them and then they told that they never found a hole in my brand new tire but it was not their fault..so charged me an other 150$ on top of wat I paid 2weeks ago(408$)..kinda put bad taste in my mouth.....

Really cool motorcycle shop, price was a little high. Was looking for a new tire. To put on and everything they were at $300.00 went to sun sports and had it done for $190.00.

AMAZING SERVICE!! I've been bringing my sporters to Horney's since 2013 and have never been disappointed. Always welcoming, friendly, professional and straightforward. Would highly recommend and I will continue to bring my bike in for it's maintenance, additions, and repairs.

Took my Swift Bar Chopper to Horney's to replace a bad gas tank petcock valve and stuck needle and seat resulting in a crankcase full of fuel. Rick Sr. kept me advised of the needed repairs on a continual basis. Got my Chopper back repaired in perfect shape. This was my first experience with Horney's but I can assure you I received a quality repair at a fair price. You can take your motorcycle to Horney's with confidence the repairs will be done right at a fair and reasonable price!

I have taken my motorcycle to several big box style shops over the years, and knowing that the techs are probably paid piece work, I have always felt that my bikes were just pushed out to make room for the next one, leaving mine in running order, but never fine tuned. I just picked up my bike from Horneys, and I will say, my bike has never ran this smooth. I even had a possibly expensive repair at hand, and was given the truth, it turned into something very minor. I very easily could have been taken advantage of. There will never be another bike shop in my future, as long as Rick, Rick Jr, and of course Lisa are at the helm of this shop! As a new customer, that does not ride a Harley, my wife and I were welcomed, felt very comfortable, and treated as new friends! Thank you Horneys!
