Wow, This place is awesome!!! No appointment, we stopped at this shop to ask a tech to tell us why our truck was making loud noises, Nestor came out and determined someone stole our catilytic converter from our food truck. He quickly found a way to fix it and he did on the spot. We didn t expect that, that s some customer service!!! To top it off, what he charged us was unbelievably low. Great service, went beyond expectations, we will have all our service done here. Passing this info to ALL our fellow food truckers. Thanks Nester, from Philly Junction Express!!!

Bought a car. Owner said he service the car and replace power steering pump. All lies. I now have to do all the service myself. Should lose his license.

This place is a gem. They are honest and provide high quality work for a fair price. Service is above and beyond any shop I ve used. They have helped my elderly mother numerous times and have gone out of their way to fix an electrical problem that was very difficult to diagnose. They ended up getting a used computer part for her older model car, even going to the junkyard themselves to take the part out of an existing car. I m so thankful for their genuine care and honestly. I love this place Henry can fix anything but w his talent he stays busy . His time is worth the weight. I'f you want it fixed the first time and someone you can trust, not charge for extra services that wasn't even needed or he's fixed parts vrs replacing w new parts . Hes honest and treats your vehicle as his own.

I took my car to Ford and they misdiagnosed the issue. So then I came across this amazing place and they identified, and resolved the issue with my car. Extremely knowledgeable and they aren t here to rip you off. Straight up services and prices. I came back a few months later for my routine oil change and will continue to use Hi-Tech for all of my automotive needs! I was actually referred to this business by a friend. I need an engine installed in my vehicle. The first day i attempted to speak to someone, Monday, i didnt get a call back til almost 6pm. The next day, although promised a call back from Nick, i had to call in and no one was available. I call in yet again and spoke with Nick, who said he would come to my house next day and look at my car. He never came, never called. I called in the next day again and Nick tells me that there is an engine in Miami that he can go pick and that he would call me on Wednesaday to discuss. I called in Wednesday morning around 11am no answer left a voicemail. I received nothing from anyone. I called yet again the following day to be told by Nick, that although i called the day before and left a voicemail he "forgot" my number. Told me the engine in Miami had been sold. He started to ask me questions about the engine i told him i had found. I asked what the installation of the engine would cost and he couldnt answer that either. I was really looking forward to getting my repair repair here since it was referred to me by a really good friend, I however will not accept work from peoplethat to business like this. Hope you can do better with the next customer.

Purchased a 2011 Honda Civic from Hi-Tech. The owners took care of fixing a tire pressure sensor and having the vehicle extremely clean on delivery. No hassle pricing without the large dealership experience. I will purchase another vehicle from Hi-Tech in the future!

This mom and pop shop is both a car dealer and a repair shop south of the Hanson and Fowler Street intersection on Fowler. Scott is the owner who sold me a used car at a fair price. Hank is the lead mechanic and he knows my car personally. The work has always been thorough and I get called before any major work takes place. Scott shops for used cars that are sold for under $10K and the inventory rotates frequently. The shop stays busy, but give them a call or stop by and schedule some timely maintenance, repair, or buy a solid, affordable used car. One caveat; closed Saturdays and Sundays.

This is the worst car dealership I have ever experienced. They print out paperwork and don't notify the buyer and they use old parts in their vehicles, will fix it if it breaks down (surprisingly), but gives the car back with more used parts being used. I have never seen such poor business in my life.

They are great!!! Everyone is so nice and helpful.. The mechanic Henry is awesome I don't know if there is anything he can't do to a car. His knowledge of a wide range of makes and models is mind blowing.. I wouldn't go any where else

New Ownership Is AMAZING & technician explained everything-in terms I could actually understand!! The Tech & new owner broke up ALL the work I already knew I needed from a more expensive shop,in order of importance, safety & longevity of my vehicle while on a budget!!

Came here 4 weeks ago for my backlights went out and he only charged me for diagnosing the problem and basically a quick fix till my part came in. Awesome service he goes above and beyond for his customers the courtesy he shows is outstanding!

Tired of reading all these reviews about blaming it on previous owners i went in last week 04-30-19 these guys are a joke do not recommend, on top of terrible service one of the techs said an offensive racist comment on my way out. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE WORK.

Lies about his cars on posts to try to get people in the door and then tries to sell broken cares for high prices. Wouldn t recommend even wasting your time.
