When we arrived there and waited in line for awhile. We were told that we weren t allowed to drive our own vehicle into the service bay. When I inquired of the man at the register about why in the times of Covid that I had to allow a complete stranger into my vehicle. His answer was store policy this is B. S. Of an answer. Then he told me if I didn t like their policy I could go to their competitor down the road Jiffy Lube which is exactly what I will do next time.

It has been years that I bring 4 of our vehicles into FT greas Monkey. We definitely recommend. Great employees, experienced manager, and most importantly, the service is great and fast, I can get back to my day in about 20 min. Thank you fellas.God bless.

Grease Monkey Fort Myers is the best place for oil change and service. I ve been going to them for years and they ve been nothing but kind and taking care of my car that s what makes it at 179000 miles.

I've been coming there a lot of years with my vehicles and they've all been very respectful, professional, they listen, I can't say enough good things about him they are the best and I won't go anywhere else. They treat their customers with total respect and dignity and that's what I like about them

They were so kind to me and told me I actually wasn t even due for an oil change yet but they still checked my tires for me to make sure I was good to go. Loved them

I have been going here for the past two years and have always received outstanding customer service and care for my car.I stopped yesterday to have them check my oil and they topped it off and repaired my bottom engine dust cover - No Charge.This place is worth the drive and will exceed your expectations Service: Oil change

Great experience considering I usually change my oil myself. They worked quickly and got me in and out in 20 minutes since they weren't busy at the time. Also they were the best rate I could find for a full synthetic oil change. I'll be back!
