From The receptionist to Debbie and the rest of the staff. Thank you so much I am very happy. When I saw it been driven to me I got excited. I was scared throughout this whole procedure, but the communication was as promised and delivered before expected. The treatment was warm felt. Let the pictures . Bravo yoooo 2 thumbs waaay up

This place is killing me slowly. I had a repair done back in November on the front end of my 2016 Jetta. That in itself was a nightmare for communication with my advisor Leann. I ended taking my car back without the emblem being installed as we were about 4 weeks into my estimated 4-5 days of repair. I was told at the time they would call me when the emblem came in and that I could stop by and they could quickly pop it in. I was also told when I paid for the deductible and took the car back that all repairs were guaranteed by Gerber just call back with anything that came up. A couple days later my new headlight (that was ordered 4 times I think?) started getting cloudy with condensation and then started just holding water in it. I called Leann to get it taken care of and get updated on the emblem. They said they would have to order the headlight again AND the emblem ( the one they said hadn't come in yet a week prior.) I agreed and had to continue to call again and again to even be told the parts came in. Again, ZERO communication from Leann. I went back in and got the headlight replaced and a couple weeks later the head light started filling with water again. Left a few messages for Leann, again never heard back from her until I called and got her on the phone only to be told Volkswagen wouldn't accept the headlight that they sent back so Gerber had to eat the cost and she didn't think they'd be able to do anything about it. She told me she was sending me over to Nate the general manager and that he would call me back that day. I understand she can't control Nate's calendar but that was 2 weeks ago. I've now called and left messages for Nate to call me back and there's always an excuse or a meeting or problem or blah blah blah as to why he's too busy to call me. I do not care if they have to eat the cost of 500 headlights to get me one that doesn't leak it needs to be fixed. The communication from them is worse than pulling our your own teeth. It's a complete joke and unprofessional. Why can't I just get somebody from this enormous company to honor the guarantee??

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gerber Collision for repairs to my vehicle after an accident, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the repair process in detail.Throughout the repair process, I was kept informed of the progress, and any unexpected issues were promptly addressed. The Gerber team went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was repaired to the highest standard and returned in a timely manner. Overall, I cannot recommend Gerber Collision highly enough.

I have nothing but great things to say about this collision shop. 5 stars from start to finish. They were able to get my car into the shop super fast, everyone was very friendly and the work performed was top notch. Great work all around.

I have never had such a terrible experience. The collision center of my choice was at capacity so unfortunately my car had to be brought here.5/20 Upon picking up my car it had a slight smell but I could not find its source. I noticed the bumper was still sticking out in one spot and the tail light was still pushed in from the incident. I was told by Sierra that its only a millimeter of a difference and there is not much more they can do. She also insisted it looked the same as the other side, I disagreed. She also asked me if I was sure my car had a clean car fax. I was pretty baffled by this question considering my car is brand new only had 1700 miles on it. My insurance company told me turn around so I did. Upon arriving Gerber brought my car to the back and were able to fix it even though I was told it was not fixable.- I noticed the trunk carpet panels were not put back correctly.5/23 I return for the SECOND time to have carpet panels fixed.6/8 As the smell in my car grew stronger I was finally able to find the cause. Underneath the carpeting in my trunk where my spire tire is located I find WATER and MOLD in my BRAND NEW car.6/11 I return to Gerber for a THIRD time to address the water and mold in my trunk. Gerber found the cause after completing a water test. This cause was from the rubber weather strip in my trunk not touching the metal of my car. The rubber piece was either missed entirely or moved during the repairs. Gerber vacuums out water and removes the white padding from the floor panel.- Gerber returns my car to me still covered in mold and will not give me a rental car even though I was told by Nate the GM on the phone that he would be able to provide me with one.-I also notice that during the "cleaning" my dash cam cable was damaged . I also have video on my dash cam of exactly when and where it happened.- After going back and forth with Nate the GM he finally offers to reimburse me for the damaged cable.- I also had to go back and forth with the GM about replacing two other parts that I felt needed to be replaced due to the water and mold. He did not want to replace the carpet side panel nor the actual carpet in the trunk. Eventually he agreed to replace them.6/16 I call Gerber insisting the mold be completely be removed from my car because this has now been 5-6 day that I have been driving around with mold even after returning to Gerber.I return to Gerber for a FOURTH time because some parts have arrived. Gerber replaces the floor panel cover and finally replaces the moldy parts.After returning home I notice the floor panel they just installed was put in upside down (they put the carpet side down). I take it upon myself to undo the pins holding it in place and putting it right side up because I did not want to return to Gerber yet AGAIN. (Pics of incorrect installment posted as well as pic of after I fixed it myself)6/21 I call Sierra for an update on the last remaining parts. (I inform her that the floor panel was installed upside down but I fixed it)The parts did arrive so I return to Gerber for a FIFTH time. Before letting Sierra drive my car to the back I show her that the panel is carpet side up and to please let people working on my car know that I it should be this way so that I do not have to fix it again. She proceeds to tell me that the way it was at that moment was the way they installed. Yet again I'm baffled by this comment. I inform her that it definitely was not and that I would not lie to her. I get my car back and drive home and my rear driver side seat has dirt and foot prints all over itThe amount of times I had to return to Gerber and the amount of mistakes that were made is unacceptable. I don't think anyone ever even said I'm sorry not once. They didn't want to take blame for any of the mistakes that were made. This is by far this worst customer service I have ever received. Although the mistakes and damages have been fixed the stress and inconvenience I had to go through and lack of compassion shown is horrible.

I recently had my car worked on a Gerber and they did an excellent job. Aside from that the customer service that I received was absolutely phenomenal. Debbie s customer service was outstanding. She was in constant contact, giving me updates as to what was going on with my car and when it would be completed. Their service desk staff answering the phone is very helpful as well. I cannot say enough about this please if you are looking for an excellent Collision Please, I would definitely go here. Their turnaround time is the fastest around and the pricing as amazing as well.

Could not be happier with the repairs they made on our 2023 Chevy truck. Very talented body man and painter. They keep in touch every step of the way. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend this shop

From the moment I drove on to their property until I left with my repaired vehicle this company was beyond professional. There was someone waiting in the Parking lot to direct me into the drop off area, my name was on the board with my appointment time and the gentleman was there before I could open my door. He answered all my questions and explained anything I needed. I was treated with respect and professionalism. The ladies that processed the paperwork and answered the phone calls were wonderful. They answered all my questions with understanding and patience never getting frustrated. When I picked up my vehicle the gentleman explained what they did and showed me the repair. The car was returned cleaner than I dropped it off. Working with this business was a joy. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND-Took my BRAND NEW 2020 Corolla in for a small dent repair on the top right portion between back windshield and passenger side, that looks great. BUT now there are MORE problems. The car was ready Friday Afternoon (11/22) I could only pick it up today, Saturday (11/23) Lauren was nice and I called her to tell her I would be there around Noon, right before they closed but was in a rush since she had to pick up her kids (which is understandable)-Upon inspection of the car:1. I could see a discoloration on the right driver side windshield as you can see below.2. The parts of the car were not even put back into place3. The parts are now scratched and/or scraped from mistreatment4. Part broken off from sections5. THE RIGHT TURN SIGNAL DOES NOT WORK-For a whole day it just sat there when they could have easily fixed these issues. Now I have to go back AGAIN on Monday morning. First time getting a car repair, I have Geico insurance and they recommended Gerber. I DO NOT RECOMMEND - You can definitely find better customer service somewhere else.

The customer service here was excellent!Johanna took me to my car and explained the damage, and what parts needed to be replaced, and answered any questions I had. She then kept me informed throughout the repair process as to the progress of the repairs. She then explained after the repair how to care for the paint till it cured.She was very nice and professional and answered any questions I had after the repair. Her customer service was exceptional!The front desk employees were cordial and took care of things quickly and efficiently. Kudos to them as well.The repairs to my car were completed in a very reasonable amount of time, and the quality of the repairs was excellent.Over all I was very pleased with my experience at Gerber Collision, and with Geico's handling of the claim of the damage caused by their insured. I will definitely use them in the future for my collision repair needs.

Didn't want to do it but after no updates, lack of communication and my vehicle being returned with several concerns I am not satisfied. I would not recommend. I have been very patient and courtesy but as of now I am frustrated and not a happy customer.

I'm sharing this review as my experience with Gerber Collision and the Geico Express center that was recommended to me when my parked car was backed into.The people who work here were very friendly, and the time frame was quick, but the quality of work is horrible. This was my first time with a body shop, and I didn't know what to expect. After 3 weeks, I got my car back. Upon pick up, I saw there was "white compound" from the painting process still left on the door that was repaired. They brought it back to buff it out, but why tell me my car is ready when it's still covered in chemical. When they brought it back the second time, it looked pretty decent. However, I failed to realize the extent of the extra damage they added to my car. I drove away and noticed my car had extra wind noise when driving. When I got home, the side mirror and its top clips were broken and hanging off. The door gaps weren't lined properly. My back left tail light had a fracture inside the assembly. They took my driver front door off, the back door, and taillight to blend the paint. But they broke so many clips in the process. They also damaged my door sill.My car had 190,000 miles and did have prior damage to certain areas, but the extra damage they added just made me upset. I can't imagine how they treat more serious body work.If you value your car and pay attention to tiny details, don't bring it here. The paint even started to chip the day after. They're overbooked and overworked like many body shops since the hurricane, but I'd rather have waited longer for a better quality shop.

The manger, Nate, is a solid professional and takes care of his customers. He expedited my repairs under unusual conditions (post hurricane) and ensured everything was done correctly. Gerber went above and beyond to make my repairs as easy and smooth as possible. I had a great experience with them ten years ago as well, which is why I chose them to do my repairs. This location in particular is the best. I had a very confusing situation and they got through it perfectly. I am very pleased with the truck. It looks brand new, clean, and not a scratch on it! And I know there were extra scratches. Thanks Gerber! And extra thanks to Debbie Sickle for being so friendly and accommodating through all of this. She s very easy to talk to and really cares about all the customers. Good Customer service is hard to come by. This is by far the worst body shop I ve used! I took my car into this place to have some hurricane damage fixed. It took three weeks which was fine. I picked up my car, brought it home and was finally able to wash it and noticed a bunch of imperfections on the paint and they even damaged some of my exterior pieces on my car. The worst part was while I was driving It sounds like my window is slightly opened. They had to replace my windshield and it doesn t seem like it was sealed properly. I brought it back and they said they would fix all the issues after a little over a week they corrected the paint work and replace the damage plastic pieces but I m still having wind noise coming around my windshield on the driver side. This issue could ve been avoided if they would ve test drove my vehicle. So now I m gonna have to come back a third time. Which I m not happy about because each time they have touched my vehicle to do work, they ve damaged something. not to mention the communication from this place wasn t the greatest. Also, each time they left their nasty paper floor mats and they were all dirty and I had throw them away. Also, when I picked up my car a second time, my phone mount was ripped off my dash one piece of it was on the driver floor the other piece was in the cupholder. What if I have not known it was on my driver floor took off and then got stuck under my pedal, huge safety issue, right there! they have absolutely no respect for your vehicles while working on them!!!Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

Never have I had an experience that was bad enough I felt the need to write a public Google review, but first time for everything. I called here because the other location would not get me in until July. I believe I spoke with Anna. When I first spoke with her this morning she was very nice and said their first available appointment was on Monday. I decided to cancel the other appointment and get set up with this location so that my car could be taken care of sooner. Anna said that she would be sure to call me as soon as my insurance sent them my information. She asked me for my specific vehicle information so that she could be on the lookout at call me ASAP. This was at 8 AM. 2 hours pass by and I have not heard anything. Having worked in customer service, I figured they were busy and decided I would call them after a meeting I had at 11. I called at 12 and spoke with Anna again, who said that I could come in on Tuesday at 4. When I asked what happened to Monday appointments, she said they were booked up in the meantime. So I responded, "I just want to get this right. Because you did not call me in 4 hours like you said you would, I now have to wait another day to be seen". To which she said I should be grateful that I am not waiting until July. Instead of apologizing for her mistake of not fulfilling a commitmentof calling me, which she said she would do, she just told me to be grateful in a very rude way. Given this treatment and the horrible reviews, I decided it is much more worthwhile to wait for better treatment and service somewhere else. Again, I have worked customer service, I understand it's a hard job, but that was uncalled for. If I spoke to customers that way in other jobs I would have been fired.Edit: The GM, Nate reached out to me and was able to schedule me for Monday. Nate showed concern and care for my vehicle. However, after speaking with Nate my insurance decided my vehicle needs to go elsewhere. Because of Nate's concern for my car, and willingness to help, I am changing my review to 3 stars. However, my vehicle is not actually getting serviced here so that rating is based on customer service alone.

I left my house to run and pick up my daughter from school and realized my tire had gone flat. I was able to put air in it with my pump and was able to pick up my daughter. I tried multiple companies that didnt want to help because they were closing. I pulled up to Gerber and the General Manager fixed my tire even though they were closed.

This company did a great job with my car, had excellent service and kept me updated on the repair. The other collision company couldn't get me in for an estimate for almost 3 weeks which was too long. I called Gerber, they got me in the next day, which was a Friday, for the estimate and started the repair the following Monday. I had my car back that Thursday. It was a great customer experience, I highly recommend them.

The process of bringing the car in was easy and fast. The estimator (Jarod) was very polite and eager to help. The rental car company is next door so very convenient.There was no communication once the car was in so I received a call one day that the car was ready but didn t know beforehand to make arrangements.The estimator who returns the car was not able to tell me exactly what was done to the car!The process of getting the car back is not as smooth. Indeed, they only accept debit cards as debit and not as credit so no way to earn points. Also, the associate had to run the transaction three times as the messed up the total.Overall, I received unequal customer service and i cannot give me a 10/10 as they request!
