Came to Galeana to purchase a new truck. It was a great experience. Our sales man Edwin Leiva was very attentive and helpful. He worked with the financial team on a great deal for us on a brand new truck. Edwin also explained everything very thoroughly and helped us download the RAM app for more features. I will recommend him 100%. We are very happy with our purchase.

Bought a new Rebel from Tyler Bolden at Dodge. By far the best experience I ve ever had buying a car. Was very transparent and knowledgeable. I ve even bothered him a few times now after the purchase, and he s been extremely responsive and helpful with everything. Also, the dealership has been helpful with minor issues that came up. They have fixed everything hassle free.

Bought a new 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X, 6 speed manual from Tyler Bolden. Definitely the best experience I ve ever had buying a car. Top notch, very transparent, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to answer all your questions but move you along quickly in the process. Even with the auto strike he was still very prompt on the Jeep build and kept me abreast of what was going on with the vehicle. All in all Galeana has some quality people and are willing to go the extra mile to help with your vehicle sale and maintenance, as hassle free as possible. It's not a surprise why they probably sell more Jeeps that anyone in SWFL.

Bought a 2024 Ram 2500. After dealing with a few other RAM dealers, and not happy with hidden fees, I contacted Galeana. Doss my salesmen reached out to me after I did an online inquiry. Easy and very efficient. Had my trade, and out the door price done all via phone. Juan in finance was great, and everything was transparent from the beginning. Easiest car purchase I have ever done. I contacted Galeana about buying my lease out on my Alfa, who did not sell it to me. Scott was fantastic and extremely helpful. Ken at Chrysler took care of all the paperwork and is such a nice man. He took care of everything and was great!. I would definitely use them for buying my next car without a doubt.

Yesterday I took our car for a general inspection under the extended warranty, I was not informed that this store did not accept the warranty I have, even though I said so upon arrival, after 3 hours of waiting they came with a quote saying that my battery was not charging and I was like, what do you mean? I'm here, I've been driving until today I've never been without the car because of the battery, and so I refused to change it, and spent 744 dollars detail, only the parts were in the budget and something like thirty and a few dollars for labor, but as I refused They ordered the service to be terminated and the guy came back saying that there was another part that needed to be replaced but as they didn't accept our guarantee they couldn't do anything, so far ok, that's when they called me at the cashier and I was charged 326.00 without no service was carried out, nothing was done, nothing was changed, not even a wash was done, nothing! They still rushed to get me out of the reception with 3 small children in the terrible heat outside until the car arrived and I noticed that it was worse than before. I don't recommend it to anyone! I don't know if it's because I'm a woman, I'm not American, I don't speak fluent English, I don't know the reasons for this type of situation! But the fact is that I paid dearly for nothing! We are outraged!

Jim was phenomenal! Lord knows how much he made my day! Due to my situation in such short notice to get a vehicle. Not only was the process easy and smooth, but I was there only less than an hour and half. Galeana never failed me, and this is my third time purchasing a vehicle from them. Love them!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Galeana Chrysler. After waiting for over two months to get my car repaired, I was eager to finally pick it up. However, my excitement was short-lived.Upon picking up my car, I noticed that the "Check Engine" light was on and the Cruise Control was not working. Despite these warning signs, I was assured that the car was in good condition. Unfortunately, this was not the case. On my drive back home, the car broke down again due to what appears to be an improperly installed or unlocked hose connecting the transmission. This led to a complete loss of transmission oil and subsequent failure of the transmission system.I chose Chrysler for its reputation for quality and customer service, but this experience has severely shaken my confidence in the brand.I hope no one else has to go through what I've experienced. I strongly urge potential customers to consider other options for both purchasing and servicing their vehicles.*** Update: More than a week have passed since my initial review, and I regret to say the situation remains unresolved. Despite ongoing communication with Service Manager Kristi, I continue to experience delays and a lack of clear solutions. My car experienced a breakdown just an hour after leaving Galeana Chrysler, and an inspection by Douglas Chrysler in Sarasota indicates that the issue may be related to the engine replacement service I received at Galeana.I've been assured that they are "working on it," but each day without my car adds to my inconvenience and financial strain. I've had to rent cars to meet my daily needs, and the additional cost to replace the transmission is estimated at $7,453.09.Adding to the frustration, I've been trying to reach the Customer Relations Manager, Shelly, every day. My calls always go to voicemail, and she has never returned any of my calls.I had hoped for a swift and amicable resolution, but that has yet to happen. I urge anyone considering services from Galeana Chrysler to proceed with caution given my experience.

We highly recommend asking for him because he will work hard to ensure you are taken care of from the very beginning. I highly recommend Galeana service department. I brought my Jeep to have the automatic start and stop fixed. Not only did they fix that issue but also performed a recall that I was waiting to have fixed. I can t say enough great things about Jason, my service advisor, who was so helpful as well as the service department. Galeana service was a pleasure to deal with from my first conversation with the woman who set up the appointment to the very second I dropped my Jeep off. I will definitely only be using Galeana for all my future Jeep service.

I took my 1 year old Pacifica with 2450 miles on it in to the express lube for an oil change. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come forward to speak to us. While waiting we had two employees actually turn their backs to us so they didn't need to help us. Finally an older gentleman walking by asked us what we were looking for and we told him an oil change. He said he would have someone help us right away. A young lady came and asked us what we were looking for and again I said an express oil change. She took some information and said that they could get it in in 45 minutes. Is this your express lube? We left saying we would come back some other time. This is not the first major issue. I really wish that we had never purchased a vehicle from them! Do they really understand or care about service???

Worst customer service and managers!! I would not recommended on buying a car from this dealership. They have the worst communication with customers and employees. They make it seem like you ll be part of a great dealership when you go in to buy a vehicle but once you purchase it it s most likely they won t follow up with you afterwards. I simply called to gather more information about my package deal when purchasing my Dodge SUV and got transferred to a sales man named Alan because the finance manager is always very busy . Alan sucked he had the worst attitude and response and couldn t even help get any information. So I called back to express my concerns and got transferred to a manager named Ross and supposedly he was going to help me out and call me back until this day I still have not received a call back from this dealership even after he wrote my phone number and information down. I don t understand how they can t answer one simple question ? Imagine if they can t handle a simple question what makes you think they will have the knowledge to help service any type of vehicles. So definitely don t go to this dealership. It s better to take your drive down to Naples Dodge where they actually know what they are doing and actually care about their customers. This place sucks !!!! Very disappointed

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!! They will lie to you. Then make you sign a nothing owed as is form. All at the same time assuring you the car is perfect. My used car had a total of 11 items that didn t work after I was told they did. Doug the salesman seems like a nice guy but lies to you. Non of the sales managers returned any of my calls. Customer service at this dealership is non existent. The fact that no one would ever return even one of my calls says they were celebrating as soon as the car drove off the lot. Knowing they got away with selling a car they didn t disclose major issues. Please look elsewhere for a used car.

We had a fantastic experience with Galeana Ram. Our sales representative Yanzel ensured we got the best deal with no pressure or haggling. He was friendly, upfront, honest and we truly enjoyed working with him. The business manager Angel was amazing as well. We felt very held during this process, there was no haggling, hidden fees or pressure of any kind throughout the process. We not only had a good experience we truly enjoyed our time spent with both Yanzel and Angel and highly recommend Galeana.

I purchased a car here on 01/15/23 and everything was good, important note: the salesman (can t remember his name since it was hard to pronounce) told us they put new tires on the car. On 06/06/23 I took the car for the first time to get serviced and BMW informed me that the tires are incorrect and the two front tires are bigger than they should be (they should be smaller, not bigger), sizing now is 265 and it should be 255! This can cause problems for the car and it s a safety risk!! They said the dealership shouldn t have done this and it was wrong on their part for doing this. I was never made aware of this in the dealership and I never thought to look at this either since the cars get inspected, which I believed until now with this issue. I called this dealership to see if anything can be done about this but a manager was telling me that the car was inspected before listing and there is no record of tires being changed here he offered for me to take the car there so they can check it, seems pointless to me since I know they won t take responsibility and will try to sell me new tires plus I live 2 hours away and we won t be driving all the way there for nothing to be done. So my thoughts now are, this dealership doesn t inspect the cars listed and I guess they have salesman s that lie to make a sale. It s disappointing to know you re lied to for their benefit, please don t make the same mistake we did to avoid extra spending, check EVERYTHING and all little details when purchasing in this dealership.Another note: Never did we change the tires of the car since we were told they were NEW and we won t do this mistake like they did!

I want to personally thank George in the service department. We had a safety recall on our work truck at Jackson Pools Inc. and he was able to get us in the schedule as fast as possible to make sure that we were taken care of within the week above and beyond communication skills, we will definitely be coming back.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Not only do they lie about there being nothing wrong with the used car you purchase. They also tell you things like we have power of attorney and can sign for you. Angel I believe his name was. Well that's Illegal. They also do not register your vehicle, which was reported and confirmed by the dmv. So they do not follow the law in this state. When you ask to speak with the general manager suddenly everyone is and they expect you to not notice that you have spoken to five different people who claim to be the manager. The warranty you purchase for 2k is useless and the millage reading dose not match the service record I had to track down. Thank you car fax. Oh and if you have a problem find my name in your data base to, I'll happily post a picture of our contract. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR ABD PURCHASE FROM ENTERPRISES DEALERSHIP. WAY BETTER ALL THE WAY AROUND. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

BEWARE. Bought a new Dodge Challenger on 12/30/23 from the Fort Myers dealership. They detailed the car with black on the tires that got all over the car and everyone's clothes. Within 1,200 miles the front end was wobbling. Couldn't get the car in quickly enough at Fort Myers and didn't want to drive it with the front end wobbling, so I had it checked out and it needed an alignment which was done at Tire Kingdom. Management in Fort Myers would not reimburse me for the alignment or for the cost of cleaning the vehicle to get the black off. They said I should have waited to get into the Dodge dealer in Venice for weeks or driven it all the way to Fort Myers more than a week after the problem occurred. With regard to the black that got all over the car, they wouldn't do anything about that because I should have driven it down to them to clean it. However, at that time I was up in Orlando for 2 weeks and couldn't drive down and back to Fort Myers. The dealership would not reimburse me for anything!

Responded to email looking for used inventory. I received an offer range via the dealer's "TextiUM Instant Values" service. I have a lease return so verified with the dealer that this was a real range as it makes no sense otherwise - better off to return the car at end of lease. After confirmation made appointment at dealer - offer was 10% less and was told the earlier offer was a marketing tool and meant nothing. Complete waste of my time and a dishonest marketing practice.

Wow, what a great experience! Ricky 's communication was fantastic and easy. Everyone was super attentive and very professional. The vehicle needed to be prepared, so we left to grab lunch across the street, only to find Galeana paid for the lunch! Class is still alive as is amazing customer service at Galeana. We are now a lifetime customer. Thanks Everyone!

We have bought a few cars with gaelena but never again. I went today to trade in my vehicle for a new one and "Mark" was appraising my car. He told me my car was basically worthless and went on and on about how awful it was. It is a 2019 Dodge durango not some old clunker. He told me he wouldn't put this car on his lot in 100 years and it was "Canadian" . He continued to tell me how awful it was and I asked him to please stop and I understood and would go elsewhere. He then continued insulting me and how bad my car is. I cannot believe how rude he was to a repeat customer. Althought Edwin the salesman was very professional I will NEVER return to Gaelena.

I was experiencing severe vibrations in my front end and was literally moments away so I pulled in and asked if they could check it out and I have a jeep. The service advisor said it would be about 2 weeks. What! I was scared to drive it but I was able to get to Firestone and it was fixed within 2 hours. I will never go to Galeana again and will not recommend it.

I was waiting on a servey to come.from the company.. but since i havent seen one come, i am just going to leave my thoughts here!This location is amazing! My service coordinator and the service manager went above and beyond for me. I'm sorry I forget names now as it's been a little bit but also the girl who has a desk in the service waiting area has the heart of gold. She saw i was having a bad day and she helped lift me up. The people, the ones I encountered are so professional and I can tell they really care about their customers. Again, thank you for everything you guys did that day!
