I wasn t rushed to make this review I ve been driving my car for approximately two months now and can say that it drives really well. I bought a 2019 GMC truck with 110,000 miles on it for what I think to be was a very great fair price I was able to trade in my vehicle, they gave me perfect service. They gave me what I wanted and what I was looking for and most importantly something that drives consistently and I don t have to worry about regular maintenance for a while and I m very pleased to buy this truck from them.

I bought a 99 dodge caravan in 2021. I was very nervous buying from a buy here pay here but I needed a vehicle and they came with great reviews so I decided to go with them. Since, they ve been nothing but helpful, understanding and cooperative. I ended up moving back to North Carolina and the greatest downside of doing so is knowing I ll no longer have access to Fort Myers Auto Mall. I wish there was a company as understanding and helpful as them in NC. Being a young adult and buying an older vehicle, the odds are against me for 0 car break downs. One thing I know for sure is; they will 100% work with you and give you unbeatable prices for mechanical repairs. This is not your ordinary car dealership. I ve left feeling like family. If you re buying a car, especially for a first time buyer, I 100% recommend them.

I have so many great things to say about the employees here! Patient, understanding and just plain AMAZING! My credit is not great and I have repo as well. I got a car! Angel and Leigh Anne! They will get you right!! Everyone was kind and I definitely recommend coming to Fort Myers Auto Mall before going anywhere else.

Good Morning, there are so many ways I can begin this particular review, but I'm going to be so honest and open.. I am presently going through some of the most difficult things an times in my life, I've healed back tears sitting at this property specifically during this time period.. they didn't know but now they do, they are one of the best companies I've experienced in helping people in difficult situations I've ever seen in my life the professionalism is off the chain amazing please go visit you won't regret it they will come through I honor Mr. Brian, Mrs Annie, Mr Michael, an Mr Angel for saving my life an making it nice God please touch each of there lives today . Best previously own experience ever. If I could give a higher than 5 rating I would. I have nothing but good to say about Fort Myers Auto Mall they are the Best! They worked with us every step of the way and answered all our questions and when they didn t know the answer they did their best to find out for us! They are AWESOME! I had a very difficult situation, both Michael and Leigh Ann went above and beyond and bent over backwards to get my deal done. Yet still managed to give me a quality vehicle at a great price. I will recommend this place to anyone & everyone!

I own a startup construction company in Cape Coral and my time is very valuable. Leigh Anne and Michael made this entire process as easy as I could imagine. I actually ended up purchasing three work trucks from them at the same time because of the quality of the vehicles. Leigh Anne made sure that I could be in and out in a few minutes and that my employees could pick up the vehicles. I WILL be doing business with this dealership for all of my work vehicles from now on!

Bought a truck in november upon leaving dealership low oil light came on in which i immediately got an oil change, at the shop the tech told me no oil was in it and that there was an issue with battery and alternator! Not a big deal changed battery on my own and then they did fix alternator. But fast forward a few months transmission and engine starts acting up. I brough it to their attention in to which leighann was hesitant to answer my questions and help. All she did was ask what codes it was throwimg amd tell me what those codes ment. I already knew this. Continuously i tried to get ahold of them into which i finally spoke with brian. He argued with me over the phone daying everything i was saying was not true. And he got hostile with me and tryed to flip the script saying i was hostile. They wont rectify an issue even tho brian during time of sale promised the truck will last years. I took care of this truck with oil changes every month. So on and so forth. Yhey now refuse to talk to me after i asked if i need a lawyer . Idk what to fo and they are a bunch of con artists! Brian also admitted he drove this truck for 3 weeks before selling it to me which i believe to be unproffesional. They refuse to fo anything and deny that anything was wrong when i bought it even tho i have paper wirk from the shop that inspected it after i bought it. I had high hopes for this place cause they seemed to be nice people. Turns out thats not the case! Id never recommend anyone to this awful dealership! And to boot the financing company wont even let me surrender the truck so now my credit is goimg to be messed up! Thanks brian and leighann yall are real con men.

Visited my son there showed me around some cars he tried to talk me into buying one. I sure was tempted one car he showed me had low miles very nice. I was really impressed by it. One he showed me unbeknownst to him had cockroaches in it. We looked in the console like you would any other car to look at it and some bugs came running out of there. I'm telling you I couldn't get out of there fast enough.I said whoever buys that car will be getting more than they bargain for. He just laughed and said oh not to worry They'll be evicted before we sell the car LOL
