Great wash and hand dry location. They also gave my car a jump after it died going through the car wash. I appreciated them being able to get my car running to get me home.

Stopped here with my wife's jeep that was extremely dirty and covered in dog hair. It was like $25 (before tip) and it looks fantastic now. I had breakfast across the street at Denny's while I waited. Absolutely great, professional service!

Excellent! The line looked long, however, it was moving quickly.They really cleaned my car well.The staff was friendly & courteous. The establishment was clean & comfortable.1st class service, the best I've had car wash in 6 years.I recommend.

Exterior and windows were properly cleaned. Interior was sadly under standard. Finished cleaning at home. Maybe staff had a bad day.

Do not go here! What a terrible experience. Waited extremely long for car wash and when we finally got the car back looks like they didn't even clean it. When we talked to the manager he shrugged and said sorry. The workers told us to pay more money before they clean it. Will be disputing this on credit card since manager refused to give money back.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

All around, great experience! Purchased the super clean detail package and given a 2 hr timetable. Not only was my car finished on time, it's as clean as the day I bought it. My 2 year old son and newly adopted golden retriever were no match for first class car wash!!!

First time using them my inside car was really dirty and the outside I decided to try them because of the other one I ve used did a lousy job. The staff was great. Only suggestion would be to have more staff to clean the cars after it goes through the wash. But it only took 45 minutesI will go again just hope they keep it up and do a good job all the time. My car looked new they did a super job.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Went to this place and at front asked the girls about the package to have my seats washed. They told me I needed an appointment. When so I decided to do regular car wash only . When went to pay I spoke to the lady that was as cashier and she went to speak to someone and came back and said I could have it done but need to leave my car there for about 3 hours . I was ok with this . She charged me the $ 69.99 for the service I want . 1 hours later she she called me and said car was ready . When I get there my seats were not washed. She said I didn t pay for this service . She charged me for another service at same price . Apologized and said invoice make appointment for another day to have it done but have to pay again for the service . Terrible customer service . I just left the place and never will go Blackmon there . Had a friend that had just said about this place , called her and said don t come ever to this place .. and will tell everyone I know to don t go .Service: Car waxing

I have been to a lot of car washes in Fort Myers and First Class is the BEST. I have a Dalmatian the amount of dog hair and sand that accumulates in my car every week is crazy, and I am always beyond impressed at how thoroughly they clean my car. I never expect for it to be perfect, and yet they do a consistently phenomenal job every single time. Their staff is nice and friendly and they have a wonderful assortment of greeting cards, too! Highly recommend!! 5 stars!!!

They did an amazing job on the truck. We had trashed it pretty good for a lil more than a month from virtually living in it after hurricane Ian. The truck looked new inside & out. They are first class....food service and fast...prices are not so bad either...they do a good job...not a detailing type one but a good reasonable job...you will bw happy with them...

I took my car there and purchased the Custom interior detail package for $129.00 on Nov. 6th. This includes a full interior detailing only. My car wasn't super dirty. Just the normal dust and dirt build up. I did have some coffee stains on my passenger seat and a couple on the back seat. The older male employee stated the stains may come back when they dried, but to bring it back and they would fix it and make it right. After the all of my seats dried, there was now a white milky residue. Almost like dried soap that wasn't there before. Even on my driver's seat that had no stains at all. My passenger seat where the coffee stain was, relocated to the crease of the seat along with the white residue. It looks terrible. I returned my car back to them the following week to express my being dissatisfied with how this turned out. The same older guy said he warned me this would happen, but there was nothing he could do to resolve it. My seats are a light gray color and they look terrible. I now have stains on my seats that weren't there before and the older guy would do anything to fix it nor did he even care. I will never use this business ever again and will warn others of my personal experience. Very poor customer service and once they have your money, they're done with you. If you have a complaint, they won't do a thing to make it right. Stay away from this place!! I will go elsewhere for any car cleaning services I need. I figured I would give them a try, but they failed me.Service: Auto detailing

What an incredible job they performed on our vehicle. They even cleaned inside the gas tank door, trunk track as well as the hood track. Well worth the price and all are professionals that work there.

Would not reccommend. I paid $25 for wash and shine package. My car looked like it hadn't even been cleaned they did a horrible job vacuuming (it looked like someone just took a rush buster to my car...) and there was still bird poop and leaves on my car almost like It hadn't even been washed. I now am going to go back out and do it myself. I don't normally write negative reviews but the work they did was so bad I hope no one else wastes their money.

Edit: they we t back and re-did it. I ll give them that!I just left there they didn t even wipe down the center console and then when I asked about it they argued with me. Supposedly vacuumed out the truck but they left sand all over the place. Didn t remove anything from the doors as they had agreed to do when I pulled up I said you can move that stuff if you want or I can, they said no problem! And then proceeded to not do it. Nice.

Very good car wash. These folks work hard to clean your auto @ an extreamly reasonable price. Especially on Tuesdays when they have their 15.$ special. Check them out. Well worth it, and if your as impressed as I was, leave a little tip if your so inclined. CHEERS!

Just got a new car. Never used a carwash before. The greeting attendant was very helpful choosing a wash. When i got my car i was greeted with a smile. The people at the other end of the wash finished the job perfectly. Thanks, see you again.

This is the first that I had my car washed there. What a wonderful job they did, my car looks great. I had them clean, vacuum, and do the tires. Will certainly go back.

This establishment is anything but FIRST CLASS. It should be named WORST CLASS. On 9/23/19 we brought our SUV in for a complete detail, inside and outside. When we got home from picking up the car, we noticed that the painted on pin stripes on both sides of the vehicle were damaged. On one side about 1/4 of the stripes were missing, and on the other side 3/4 of the stripes were missing. We returned on 9/24/19 to alert the establishment of this. The vehicle was brought in with the stripes on both sides intact, yet the employees claim that they were not the ones that damaged it. We were told by an employee that they would contact the owner of the establishment about this and we would receive a phone call back. We did not receive a phone call on 9/24 nor on 9/25. We then went back to the establishment on 9/25 and a employee stated that they spoke to the owner and that the owner apologizes but there is nothing they would do. In essence, we were called liars. The owner would not speak with us or return our call. How can a so called reputable business not accept responsibility for damaging a vehicle, and refuse to speak to a customer .This is a very unscrupulous business and owner. A prime example of profit over doing what is right and being accountable. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Not only did we pay 334.41 for a service, but now we also have to pay for damages that they did. Stay away from this business.

I take my car there to be cleaned all the time, and while I feel the service is fine, like all car washes I've ever been to, they don't ever do an exceptional job. This last time I had several black streaks on my car when they gave it back to me. And then I feel bad having to ask them to clean things they missed all the time (but I do). For $27 they should have more attention to detail.

Made an appointment to have my car detailed. I dropped off my car and got a call about an hour later that they were going to close early, and did I still want my car detailed. Then another call about how they won't do cloth seats. Then another call about how they won't do the floor mats. Finally I got a call about how the car was dirty so it was going to cost more, after they had just told me how they weren't going to clean most of my car.

I had a wash and detail done. I can't imagine better work done by the professionals. Had my mom's car done first time in over 5 years, she was delighted. Tip the staff well they work hard for you

This is my go to full service car wash because it's close to home and the staff is friendly. They usually do a pretty good job, if I want it perfect I probably should get it detailed. I also like their competitor but usually come here.
