Courteous and informative personnel (especially Johnny and Jean Paul). Prompt service.They answered all my questions and made some important recommendations.I have made another appointment and plan to bring my other vehicles to this location.Additionally, the prices charged were very reasonable. I priced a new set of tires for my CadillacEscalade with Johnny, then went next door to the Goodyear dealer and they wanted $400 more for the exact same tires. I am very happy I discovered Firestone Complete Auto Care McGregorLocation. I found them as a result of a recommendation from "Tire Rack." An international wheel and tire distribution center.

Mde an appointment to replace 2 tires. Job was done promptly. Mark gave me a great price and allowed me to take $40 off via a promotion. Very happy with the service.

I was extremely pleased with the Fort Myers Firestone. Communication was great, they were flexible to my schedule, kept me informed and - most importantly - got the job done right. No add-ons or surprises from a price perspective. Just a couple miles from my home so thrilled to now know I've got someone I can trust and rely on close by (this was my first time there).

Honest quick car care. I have grown to trust the men at Firestone on McGregor. They take great care of me and my vehicles. They have taken care of 8 of my vehicles over these years and currently take care of 4 on a routine basis. The manager and his staff is amazing and well qualified.

Firestone assisted me on many occasions w my car service needs. This time was the most difficult situation as I blew out a tire in Naples. About three car tire places were unable to get my tire. I drove all the way back home to Fort Myers and the first chance I got I went into Firestone which luckily was opened on Sunday until 6pm. They assured me they could get the tire in a day or two. The next day I got a call from them and replaced the tire. So fast, so efficient and professional.. The customer service is excellent. The representatives are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.Service: Tires

Went there early Sunday morning with my tire leaking air. Asked if they had time to look at it. They said they had time to look at the tire. They found the valve stem was leaking air . We were in and out in about 30 minutes. The staff there were great. Highly recommended this tire shop.

Excellent customer service! This shop is on top of their game. Polite and professional, didn't have to wait forever. The shop didn't look empty, nor overwhelmed. I am impressed with how they got things done according to schedule. Truly a properly managed shop with knowledgeable technicians. I would recommend making an appointment and bringing in your vehicle here for service.

we have Firestone tires so we went to fire stone as there was a leak next to the valve stem. They made up some excuse as to why they couldn't fix the tire. They said they had two guys look at it and never tried to take the tire off! It might've had something to do with the fact that it was Friday afternoon and they didn't want to be bothered. No service was performed because they did not even try to take the tire off.

Rude and Terrible service. Went in today. Service writer barks at me 'do you have an appointment?' I said no I have an emergency. My wife's tire has a ail in it and she has to be at work at 6 AM. He said he could not get to it until Monday. Will be going to WALTER'S uo the street. Superior customer service

I went in for an alignment and 4 tires. They missed a bad upper control arm- a 50 dollar component that is easier to replace than a tire is to change. Result in six months I have a bald tire with belt showing. They tell me I have to buy 600 in tires due to their error. In other words their lifetime alignment is worthless or worse as a jacked up alignment can make them money! Not happy and out a thousand bucks in 6 months in rubber. They said they gave me a hundred dollar discount but it was actually the deal they were running at the time. I call for 4 tires on another vehicle and they tell me my web site tires aren't in stock so they need to order me the most expensive tires instead...i walk through all the choices and find they could have gotten me the next most affordable tires. They upcharge and don't back their work. I am through with them. They represent the very stereotype of a shop you would hate your wife or daughter or grandparents to do business with.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Honest and decently priced! I was made aware of coupons and deals. The service manager and mechanics took their time and did the repair the right way! They were all polite/professional and very knowledgeable. Also, their quote was spot on with no surprises. 10/10 would recommend, the poor reviews listed are a mystery to me, this group of professionals are the real deal. Thanks Firestone!

We had 4 new tires put on our jeep trailhawk. The customer service manager took all the time he needed to actually look at and feel our old tires to access what we needed and advised. He looked at and called several places to find the right tires for us. Everyone was very friendly and informative. The actual was done within a reasonable amount of time. And was done perfectly the first time. The force Balance gave us a smooth ride and great confidence.We like our car agsin. We liked this station enough to possibly take our car in for other services. We also received a veterans discount. We highly recommend Firestone at McGregor Blvd.

This Firestone was awesome! Open at 8am on Sunday was a total lifesaver. The employees were super-friendly, especially Sosa. He was quick to help me and made sure my problem was solved in the most effective manner. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in the Ft. Myers area who has automotive issues.

Took car in for tire with slow leak, got a call stating that I should replace all 4 tires, but they have a deal, buy 3 tires get 4th free and get lifetime alignment. ($225/tire) Sounds like a deal, when I picked up the car they charged $1148, you are expected to pay for the free lifetime alignment.Service: TiresService: Tires

Did my best to prevent any problems, stopped in the day before to have the Tech check to be sure they had the tires/brakes I wanted/needed. I am a very busy Realtor, difficult to leave my car for long. I explained it was extremely important to have my car finished by 1pm, as I had an important appointment at 2pm on the other side of Treeline. He said it could take several hours for 4 new high performance tires, and front brakes, plus a few other services, alignment, oil change. I asked him if they could run me home, 5 min drive off Iona. He said he could do that, which of course meant they had to return the car to me at 1pm. I refreshed his memory that next morning. The Desk person, let me know they would have everything needed in the morning. So I brought my care early, 8:15am. My husband was able to follow me and return me home. So I only needed Jason to bring me the car. I spent $2100+ which seems to me would make me a good, highly desired customer. Too make a long story short, no one came to pick me up at all. After multiple calls between Brooke and myself, she could not commit to anyone coming. At 1:45 I got an Uber (which I would have done at 1, had I known) Arriving at 2pm at the store, 4 desk people 1 sitting in chair, 2 behind the desk, and Jason who was sitting in garage area. Brooke explained, she asked Jason multiple times to come get me, he declined because he was at lunch. Extremely frustrating, and just puts a negative thought regarding this store. It seems the work is fine and I like the tires, which is why you got a 3 star, but customer service was no where to be found.

Having been through the January 16th tornado, my neighbors stopped to inform me I had a flat tire. They filled it & I immediately went to McGregor Firestone. My tire wasn t repairable. It was around 6pm & I wasn t leaving without a tire since all of mine were purchased from Firestone.I believe Kevin was my tech & he offered to go look at my car. He also offered to stay late & put a new tire on for me. While the same tire wasn t available, I opted for another. This tire must have been balanced as the car runs smoother.My sincere thanks for McGregor Firestone staff & mostly Kevin for offering to stay. They were very busy and obviously tired & it meant everything to me for Kevin to stay or I would have been stranded.

"TOP" NOTCH SERVICE!!! Words cannot express the extreme amount of gratitude that I have for Joe and his guys!!! They provided Exellent, Quality, Fast, Efficient and Affordable Service for us and we couldn't be more Thankful and Happy!!!!! Being 2 hours away from home and experiencing car troubles is a total nightmare but Joe came to our rescue!! I also MUST mention how Impressed I was on how CLEAN the restroom was!!! This added comment might not be important to everyone but when traveling, you are at the mercy of using public restrooms only to find them completely disgusting, not here!!! It was so Great!!!!Thanks!!!

My Cadillac SRX was in for routine oil change and check brakes.With its mileage approaching 100k, I asked about replacing spark plugs.I was told that head gasket need to be replaced also, and the quote was more than $900 !I deferred.The caddy dealler quoted about $350.Online you tu e video showed that headgasket does NOT require replacement to replace pmugs.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Made an appointment days ago. Came in 1/2hr before my scheduled appointment at 1400(2pm) for an alignment. I was told that if if I can t leave my vehicle all day they can t do it and I ll have to reschedule. Now I stoped my day of work and traveled to this place for an appointment. I have kids and have to leave by 1630(4:30) to pick them up from school. If your that understaffed or that far behind a phone call would have went a long way. They had several hours before my appointment to make this phone call. Unprofessional at best.

First, I should begin by saying, All you have to do to get a 5-star review from me is to do what you say when you say it. We were told it would be an hour, maybe a little more to get 4 new tires installed aligned, and balanced. As I sit here, 1 hour and 40 minutes later, the car is still on the hoist; the tires are not on it, and they have already called to try to upsell us on other things which we respectfully declined. Why not just SAY it will be two hours or three hours or four or five or ten? They gave us two time options when we made the appointment. Three and a half hours apart. I thought they were busy. No other cars have come in since they took ours. I can only surmise that they knew it would take 3-1/2 hours. The facility is clean enough, and while wait you can walk to a restaurant and some shops, but I stipudly took James at his word when he said an hour, and waited at the facility. NEVER AGAIN!!
