Took my car in for 4 new tires, and to have 2 new rims put on and get an alignment done.Dan did an amazing job helping me get everything accomplished.The team pointed out that my lugnuts were wrong size as well, Dan helped locate me the correct ones so i could have my new rims put on securely and safely!I am glad to be with FirestoneThank you for the job well done!

Very nice assistant manager Scott was very professional with the little issue he had with a tech servicing my vehicle. Scott took care of the issue and made it very clear the situation was uncalled for. Chris the tech that finished my servicing was awsome about the whole thing and took over and got everything buttoned up he replaced a valve stem for me once before near closing and had no issue with it all at over all Scott and Chris are the guys to make thing happen

Walked in for an alignment i was the only customer and there was 1 attendant in the showroom, he was doing paperwork but regardless didn t greet me or say he would be right with me until about 5 minutes of me standing there.I asked if there was a wait for an alignment and was told there was only one ahead of me so it shouldn t be long, i was asked if i was gonna wait for it which i was.After waiting 1.5hrs there was still a vehicle on the rack, i called Tire Kingdom and was told id be taken immediately so i retrieved my keys and went to Tire Kingdom.Tire Kingdom did in fact get me on the alignment rack immediately and the cost was $20 less.

I am a single woman. I only go to the Firestone store on Cleveland because of Dan. I trust him. I have been going to this facility for years.Dan will give you the best service possible. This a company you can rely on. I have referred many of my friends and coworkers to Dan. Keep up the good work!

They should provide a before and after diagnosis every time someone takes their car over any firestone place to be fair. It would help the customer to know what was wrong on the car and how good they worked on it. Like I went over to do my alignment on the wheels. Took them 15-20 minutes before they brought my car back. I was confused whether they were fast or they didn't do anything.

This review is long overdue, but I have to shoutout Justin for the amazing assistance he provided me. I came in with a wheel alignment issue only. He mentioned that two of my tires were wearing out very thin. I was in no place to afford new tires, but after speaking with his supervisor , he was able to provide me with the alignment, a car inspection, AND the two new tires within the budget I provided them with. I was extremely surprised by the great care they took wanting to ensure my vehicle left in good standing at a price I couldn't refuse. I really appreciate Justin's care and effort in getting me what I needed and more. Well earned 5-stars.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

If you need anything done to your car please go somewhere else! Again DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR FIXED!7 March Follow up after the owner responded to my review. You ask me to send an email explaining the issue but I ve already filed a complaint with corporate and have a case # with that information, almost 2 weeks ago. First it was escalated to the regional manager then the area manager who lied and said they called me. I have a cellphone, there was no missed call or voicemail. I called back to corporate asking when I would receive a call they said it would be escalated to corporate and would take 3-5 business days .how do you escalate something to corporate that was already escalated to corporate? Maybe you should ask this location about how they sent me off in a car they incorrectly repaired after the mechanic test drove it and said it was good to go. Does that sound like $1100 worth of quality service? Oh and I m still waiting for corporate to call me back.Like I said people .if you need your car fixed go anywhere else but Firestone.

These guys in firestone are awesome and have the type of experience necessary to be able to handle the tasks needed to get things done on my car. Honestly, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else to get my car fixed, and the credit card system they have makes it easy to get things going.

I have my tires done here on a regular basis and also had my car towed here for a diagnostics when it broke down! Dan is amazing always works me in and is super nice every time I go in!!!! Wow, I just had the most amazing service at Firestone @ Edison Mall. Super professional, great service, fair pricing, and great communication. I used to get my tires at Tire Kingdom, but I am a convert I will be coming here from now on! I am very picky where I bring my car because I have worked on cars since being a kid. I give them a list of what to do and it gets done. Overall you get what you pay for and the guys are honest and great to talk to about everything. I would Def. Go back

Not only do these guys know what they're talking about but they break it down in a way that even the most uninformed customer can wrap their head around. I came in here way too late at night on a Friday when most other shops were closed. They managed to squeeze me in even though they were booked with appointments and probably wanted to go home to their families. The technician who worked on my car Justin showed me some not so great workmanship that another shop had done and explained what the difference would look like between good work in bad work so that I can keep a lookout for it in the future. I would highly recommend that anybody give these guys a shot and don't forget to ask for Justin!Service: Tires

Dropped off my car for a tire replacement and updated my phone number when I did. I waited nearby for 2 hours, then walked back to check in. They claimed they called me (didn't have one missed call) and hadn't even touched my car. They said they would need to replace all 4 tires (which I wasn't on board with). So I missed 3 hours of work, drive home with a flat, and now need to miss more work so I can go somewhere else and fix it. The manager was rude about it as well.

The Employees are not honest, I took my car for a simple tire patch they said there was a nail too close to the sidewall that they could not repair and said I needed to replace 2 tires with over a 1/4" of tread so I said nevermind and took my car to another shop where they had my tire fixed in 15 minutes and said my tires are good for another year or so. The Nail was over 2" away from sidewall Cost $25 DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Wife went in just have a.c. recharged. They broke the ports, sent her away with a.c. not working ar all, refused to give her money back. Tried to tell her the entire a.c. system needed replaced. Another shop fixed what they broke and rechargedService: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Waited 10 minutes in the lobby with no associate in site. Called store form the lobby only to have a garage tech greet me as if I was interrupting them. Went through the normal exchange of what I was there for, only to be told they could not service my vehicle because it is a "box truck". I drive a Dodge Ram 3500 with a fiberglass utility bed and have had zero issues with having it serviced.

Just picked up my car this evening, I must say Matthew was such a pleasure to have helping me get service today! When picking up my car this evening he thoroughly and enthusiastically went over everything that was done on the vehicle and answered my MANY questions about the services I had done. He explained all the details about the service and why it was needed. Other places I ve been I ve felt apprehensive or thwarted about asking for more details about services but with Matthew I felt comfortable and assured that the work done was top notch at this location. Serious kudos to Matthew for all your question answering! Thank you Firestone!

We went in for a busted coolant incident. Choose the shop based on the positive reviews in the past months. Those reviews are lies!We were charged $576 for the serve NOT rendered! And they included extra charges for servives we didn't ask for. 2 days later our car goes up in smoke again. That is yet another towing and fixing expense. Our trusted mechanic inspected the car and found that NO work was done. Moreso, intentional damages were made to the vehicle.What a mess! It is possible from a no name mechanic but from a branded name place!?!?!? That is insane.

Amazing amazing amazing service! As a college student, unexpected expenses are hard to fulfill. The service advisor, Michael and sales advisor, Monifa were patient and willing to accommodate to my needs. All of my tires were smoothly replaced and I m now able to drive back to school safely. I m so thankful for these amazing individuals and the Firestone family! Thank you!

They took five days to put tires on my car, I was cussed at on the phone the entire time and insulted, Was called names such as a ni - Just because I m a black man doesn t mean that they can call me the N-word. All they do is lie to you. Garbage I would never take my car there ever again.
