I cannot possibly recommend this store more. They always go above and beyond taking care of our vehicles. They are honest and don't try to take advantage. I also want to give special compliments to Jose, Jason and Jimmy for outstanding customer service and phenomenal vehicle service on our vehicles. Even though they are so busy, they always make me feel like me and my vehicles matter and are not just another customer on the list to knock out. I always feel prioritized and that take great care which is very important and I travel alot and I know we are always in great hands !

I went in for a tire replacement and was reminded that the car also needed the engine and cabin air filters replaced. The alignment was checked and adjusted using the warranty.The exceptional service was given by the lady at the front desk. (Sorry I do not remember her name.) She looked up each of the previous services Firestone had provided for the car over the last 9 years and two different locations and emailed them to me. Tha app was supposed to be able to provide the information but neither of us could get it to work.

I'm writing this while I'm still here. I was having trouble getting a window regulator replaced. No one had them in stock or time to book me. My dealership didn't have availability for the next 11 days. No window + Florida hurricane season. LOL I called and they had she day availability, no guaranteed time, and they could order the part same day. This saved my next 3 weeks of plans. Tom was friendly and empathetic.

Had a blowout late Saturday night. Went in on Sunday and they had everything in stock and installed them in just a couple of hours. Joe at the front was friendly and helpful. Price was exactly as i was quoted and had me back on the road same day. I couldn t believe i was able to get everything done and fixed on a Sunday with no appointment scheduled with any kind of advance notice. Great experience and will definitely be back!Service: Tires

Wish I had reviews before going here. Very poor customer service, one guy downright rude. Went in there to buy tires other than Firestone brand and they treated like I was less then dirt. Tried to force me to buy their brand. If I wanted your brand I would have asked for that you idiots. Thank you though cuz I bought the tires online, got a great price, and had them mounted by a mom and pop shop who will now get ALL my business.

Sunday, December 3, I went to Firestone, without an appointment because my oil change light came on. Another customer came needing an oil change. Forgive me for not remembering names but the gentleman at the desk exhibited excellent customer service. He assisted me and the other customer. It was quite apparent there is a staff shortage. I was able to get an oil change, tire rotation and new windshield wipers. I am very appreciative of the service I received from the front desk gentleman and the oil change technician. Thank you.

If I could give a negative I would. I went get my breaks checked on November 11, 2023 and an oil change since they were still squeaking after previous break service in April 2023. They told me I needed "new" breaks and rotors on the front and back because they had never been changed. Really!! I got a discount and had to use a warranty on these so call life time breaks.I pulled my service records and found that in 18 months, I paid over $3,000 for breaks & rotors. I am still waiting on a manager to call me back. Check your service history records and avoid this place. They SCAM women.

Our daughter got a flat tire and pulled in to have someone look at it. Wayne pulled her in the bay because it was raining, assessed the tire and offered to change it out for her spare. I then arrived and before Wayne started I asked for a quote for a new tire. He quickly gave us an estimate and performed the tire change in record time. This level of customer service is to be commended, he didn't tell her they were too busy and he wasn't pushing for a sale, he saw our 19 year old daughter in a situation and helped her....couldn't thank him enough!

I scheduled a 7:30 oil change. I was there by 7am and was told there was one car ahead of me. By 8:05 I was told I needed several things more to be worked on the car. Which this was fine. I didn t appreciate being lied to, they stated I needed an air pump. That this work will take 20 minutes and cost $40. In fact it was an air filter that was $43. If I was told it was an air filter, I would have declined. Simply cause I know it cost my $15 to buy one and I know how to do this work in 2 minutes. I didn t like that I wasted my time, over 2 hours for an oil change, and misleading air pump change that was air filter change. All I ve had done before at another Firestone before in 1 hour or less when I scheduled an early appointment.

STAY AWAY!!!! I purchased 4 new tires for my truck and every wheel was scratched/gouged by a faulty machine. Noone told me and had to discover on my own. This was 6 weeks ago and STILL fighting to have Firestone pay to get repaired.

First, I want to start off by saying that I wasn t going to post any google review, but the experience I had I don t want anyone else to go through.When I got there, I had to wait 15 minutes in line to even speak to someone, and it seems there was no sense of urgency.When I gave them my key and had them look at my car for my AC, they called me back and said it was going to cost $1900 just to fix my compressor, condenser, and evaporator. I did some research to look and see what the parts costs, and looking at the itemized list they gave me versus what I researched is absolutely insane. The parts can be expensive and I understand that, but the fact that on the high end a compressor can cost $520, and they were trying to charge $1300 ALONE for the compressor is something I can t even wrap my head around. This company/store is most certainly scamming you on whatever you want to get fixed, and I feel partly this has to do with the fact that I am a woman and they rely on the fact that I absolutely don t know anything. One thing I know how to do, is RESEARCH.Lastly, the customer service was awful as well. When I got there to pick up my car since I was going to take it some place else, I stood at the front counter for 5 minutes before someone came up and talked to me. People were looking at me through the shop and didn t bother to help me. Once again, no sense of urgency. I will never be coming back here, and I advise that others do the same.EDIT: I took my car to someone else, and there is NOTHING WRONG with my compressor. It s the blower motor so they completely tried to scam me out of $2100, for something that wasn t even wrong with my car.

I usually get there early due to traffic where I m coming from and they always take me in and my Luna early. They give me quality info about her health and also give me feedback after her examinations. They are thorough and knowledgeable of their jobs.

Stay away. My wife went in for 2 tires and brakes. Price was discussed and agreed upon with someone on the phone. On arrival, price was way higher than discussed on the phone. Ended up just getting tires and plan to do the brakes myself. Got the tires installed and turns out one tire had a slow leak. In the meantime, I installed brakes and rotors myself. When installing my brakes, I found that one of my tires that they serviced was barely screwed on. I COULD LITERALLY UNSCREW THE LUG NUTS WITH MY FINGERS..... it's an absolute miracle the tire did not fall off! Had to return to get the tire with the slow leak fixed and had a rough experience with the grumpy gentleman at the front desk. The other people who work there seem to be very nice and helpful but the guy at the front desk really makes it a terrible experience. I will not be returning and would suggest to find better service and better prices elsewhere.

Came in to Firestone a couple weeks ago because my car wasnt starting up normally. I believed it was the spark plugs so had them check it out. Joe was at the front desk and threw out more ideas of what the problem was which I thought was helpful.However, after waiting 3 hours, Joe comes back and says I need to replace both filters on my car as well as my spark plugs. Problem is, I replaced my filters myself a month before visiting Joe and Firestone. I told Joe this and he didn t believe me and said that it could be from driving on dirt roads . I don t drive on dirt roads I start up my car and there is still issues with it hesitating while starting.. Joe said it could be another thing. I left because I lost trust in Joe and this Firestone.Also, asked if my battery was good and he nodded yes. I doubt they even checked my battery because a week later I have a dead battery I went to Autozone, replaced my battery and my car starts up perfect!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Pay the extra to go to a nice mechanic shop or even the car dealer. Firestone will try to upsell you on every part and make mindless claims about what s wrong with your car.

If I could give less stars I would. Went in for my ac and left with a check engine light on. Of course they say it s not their fault but who fesses up to shady practices. Go literally anywhere else but don t trust these men.

My aunt lost her husband when covid started; She got widowed and had to take care of her husband truck which has a problem with the AC, As spanish speaker ,her english is not perfect but she knows the difference between 92 dollars and 992dollars..Never gave her a receipt for repairs,even Chase Bank didn t do anything about it; Manager probably a racist and a taker advantage of Old widowed Woman; Since today she doesn t wanna tell more about it Im his nephew and buy mistake we passed by one day and told me where was this Shop at..Hope that reviews warn you about this Manager stealing money from Old ladies..Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I wish there were a no Star because this Firestone location is just pure garbage. I came there to ask if they can help me pump some air into my tire and the guy came out looked at my tire and said they don t work on my kind of car. I said ok thanks. You guys I have a Mercedes Benz sprinter and my tire said Firestone. Can you freaking believe it? It s made by Firestone I had it installed at a Firestone and this guy at this location came out looked at my tire and said to my face that they don t work on my car. Like OMG please go elsewhere. This place is trash. Need new management

Let me start by saying I ve never once complained, or posted any bad reviews on anybody in my entire life. But this place is horrible. They re very unorganized, their communication sucks, and they are very rude on top of it. I spoke with four different counter people about my truck. That s been sitting down there for six days, and nobody has any idea what the last person did, or what the truck was brought in for to be fixed. They told me it would be ready three different times, and every time I call back, I get a completely different story. My truck is still not fixed, and the guy was extremely rude on the phone when I called and just asked him what the status is in my truck. He literally told me that he s had 15 other vehicles fixed since then, and he doesn t know anything about the other repairs it needs. I literally brought it down there because it needs the check engine light inspected, the back shocks replaced, and the alignment done. After speaking to thee other counter people that told me it was all on the list to be repaired he said it was not on the list and they have not checked any of those things. Again 6 days after my truck has been sitting down there. I have a business and I need my truck. They have zero sense of urgency, and then their rude on top of it. The sad thing is it s right by my house, and now I have to drive out of my way to find somebody decent. I will never go back there again. Giving it one star is a compliment. If it had zero I would choose it. And they don t care about these reviews because people still go there. People need to get smart and, pay attention to the reviews.

Made an appointment for 9 am. It's 11 and they haven't even started. Why did I rush here at 9 am for? I'm sitting here waiting.Update: Very grumpy old man at front. I called the day be4 to double check that my tires would be in stock. They told me yes they already had them ready waiting.. I just went to front desk asked them if they knew I was waiting 11:15 now havent touched my car. They told the problem was the tires weren't in stock and had to have them sent over. They should have told me that knowing im sitting here waiting. Maybe" Hey sorry I wanted to inform you your tires won't be here for an hour or 2. If you want to go grab some food or find something to do and come back you can." At least let the customer know. Wheres the respect, courtesy and communication.Very unprofessional here. Since I've been waiting I've seen the old man and blonde girl being rude with customers.Another update: got my car and they didn't rotate tires as noted. Another mess up. When i went back in and told her she huffed and puffed like i did something wrong. I requested the tire rotation before i gave the key.. Your fault not mine.

I had a mixed experience with Firestone tires. The customer service was average at best. I dropped my vehicle off at 8 am, but by 5:30 pm, I still hadn't received my keys back. The person handling everything was constantly smoking and answering the phone, causing a backlog of calls. It would be helpful if they had a dedicated secretary to manage the workload.

What a difficult experience. We made an appointment a few weeks ago and there on time. At the desk we met one an olderly man who said we didn t have an appointment but he can do it anyway. He said it will takes around 1 hour. So we came back one hour later and our car wasn t even repaired. It wasn t even in the repairing area. It was right we re we parked it one hour before. So we had to wait another 45 hours for a 10 minutes work. I really can t recommend it and I was just happy that a McDonald s was close so I was able to get a cool drink in the waiting time. By the far the worst location. The people upfront are rude and don t care about helping ANYONE. The worst Firestone I have ever been to. Thinking that they re a new store they should get new employees because the ones they have now are absolutely horrible. Including the manager who have her back to the customer and doesn t care to provide help or leadership to her employees. Felt like it was a mom and pop shop and not Firestone we know. Go to any other location but avoid this one at all cost to save your time and head from constantly being in pain from the disrespect and horrible service.Service: Oil change

I had a great experience with this store. We were having trouble finding a specific tire for our vehicle. I talked to Joe at this store and he spent 20 minutes with me hunting down the right tire in the Fort Myers area. He said they would be able to mount the tire the same day when other stores were going to make me wait for days. The tire was even better priced than what Costco could offer. When the tire came in, Joe took the time to also mount the tire on my car and restore the spare in the under-frame of the car. Thanks for a great experience! Hard working guys!Service: Tires

!Avoid this place! With appintment and I constanly repeat, " I need 4 Tires" they just got 3 and never said nothing to my, after 3 hrs I ask and the manager toll me, they try to reset a sensor, hour later one old guy tell me about the missing 1 tire and they don' t have the tire available. After 5.5 hrs they done but my truck still had the sensor ON.They Never apoloyaise for my time and all the lies during the process.

Absolutely horrible experience went in for a 4:00 appointment and by 4:50 they still didn't have my car on the alignment rack. I just left after noticing there was only two people in the bay actually working.
