I had my truck towed to this placed based on their reviews. I was camping in the area and needed my truck fixed ASAP. They had it ready within 3 days and I was a happy camper. I even gave them a tip because of the quick response.They replaced the thermostat, water pump, and added 2 quarts of antifreeze.Well the truck overheated again!Also, I checked the charges for the parts they installed and they charged me up to 50% more than I would have paid if I picked the parts up at NAPA myself!!! That was my experience with this shop.

I don t write reviews very often but feel compelled to do so with this business. I feel that Elite Diesel Plus went out of their way to squeeze me in to their busy schedule. When I explained to Chris on the phone what I thought the problem was with my truck ,after scanning it myself,he explained to me that they would still want to do their own analysis. Made good sense to me , I am no mechanic , there could be other issues. He ordered the part he thought we may need anyway and told me the precise time to show up the next day when the part was expected to arrive.This way I only had to make one trip to their shop since my truck was not working properly. Within a few hours I was out of there with everything working properly. The price was what they said it would be and very reasonable considering how great the service was. I am from Nova Scotia and have never dealt with this business before. They will now be my first call for anything automotive. Such a rare pleasure to get top notch service.

Dropped the truck off with no injector knock they unplugged my tuner, sent me a proposed bill for 4k after saying it was $4800 now tuner doesn t communicate and truck makes a weird noise refused to business with me after I told him to remove the cosmetics (new mirror, etc) on the estimate and just make the truck run right.. got truck back it was nasty and grease marks everywhere rest assured Tim will repeatedly say how honest and how he s not trying to scam or knock anyone over the head

Brought my truck in for service after finding Elite Diesel Plus online. Called Chris and set up an appointment. Met Robert and explained what I needed and he knew exactly what I was talking about. Great mechanic, staff, and service! I absolutely recommend Elite Diesel Plus and will be taking my truck here from now on.Thanks guys

Went to Elite Diesel to get my fuel pump fixed, coming to find out it was never broken. They replaced my fuel pump with a cheaper one and did not return my original fuel pump like I asked. Truck has been sitting for 2 weeks FOR NO REASON. Took my truck home and fixed it. Front desk receptionist doubted that I couldn't fix it alone. They still haven't yet found my fuel pump and saying they "misplaced" it. And they changed the 2 batteries to my truck without telling me. They also broke the starter that I had, they told me it was broken but it never was. My truck has modifications that I'm pretty sure they weren't aware of. Waste of $1000. Moral of the story NEVER going back to Elite Diesel.

This is my first diesel truck and had a warning light come up that I have never seen. So my wife found Elite Diesel online, they said they were really busy but got me in anyway. Got the truck back and there was some soot on the headliner the guy came out and cleaned the spot and off I went. Most of the time we just complain about things right ? I must say now all the messages that didn't pop up before now show and haven't had an issue since. Thanks guys, and thanks for taking the time to explain things to a newbie...Craig

Bit of a long story but just sharing my recent bad experience there. I dropped my truck off in order for the shop to take a look at a coolant leak from my fleece coolant bypass that this shop had installed about a year and a half prior. After taking it there once they said there was no leak and returned the truck to me with an obvious leak I told them to take another look and it took about 2 weeks for them to call me and say the issue was a blown head gasket and repairs would be $4300. At this point it was obvious to me that they were not trying to fix the actual issue which they said they did by installing a service kit for the coolant by pass (new o rings and thermostat) but they lied about that too. It was obvious they hadn t because they never drained any coolant and instead just changed their story twice. It seemed as if they never wanted to fix the leak (small issue) instead wanted to way overcharge for something that wasn t an actual issue. I then took it to another shop and they confirmed no head gasket issue and resolved the coolant leak with a simple installation of the coolant bypass service kit mind you which Elite Diesel Plus said they installed but they lied.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Robert and his team are the most trustworthy, honest mechanics I have ever met. They helped me steer clear of purchasing a vehicle that was in bad shape and I didn t know. Make an appointment because they are the best Diesel mechanics in the area. They are always busy. They did an inspection on a vehicle I was looking to purchase and basically advised me I was being ripped off by the seller. Then, they showed me why. We went over everything that was wrong with the vehicle and they answered every question I had. I will be coming back here in the future and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you for saving me from making a bad mistake, and thank you for being so kind. Did what he said he would, when he said he would, for the price he said he would. I had never met the man before in my life. Over the phone they provided recommendation for an amazing tow service. Robert is very through when doing his repairs. Reasonable pricing and quick in and out.I had a bad oil leak, rear main seal and. Valve covers also leaking. He's suggested to do the oil sensor while everything was apart, it was leaking also. Original parts, 231000 miles on engine. He's honest and that's hard to find, backs his work also. Would definitely recommend him to everyone. Thanks Todd Martin

The mechanics are.right on point they were very professional and down to earth I felt very comfortable and the atmosphere was so point on a professional level...I'd refer anyone to them I can say they were really a good group of mechanics... Props to all the techs at Elite.

I own multiple work trucks and it s seems there s always something when you have a few vehicles. I now will only take my trucks to Rob and his crew after never getting a clear cut answer from others. We are about an hour or so away and it s worth the drive every time! They will cut to the chase on whats wrong with your trucks and get it fixed the right way the first time.

My transmission was acting up and throwing codes. I explained what was going on Robert and his staff. He had me bring my truck in right away to diagnose the issue. He knew what the problem was before I got there and confirmed it when I did get there. The issue had absolutely nothing to do with the code. He got me on the schedule and fixed the issue. Good honest people who know what they are doing.Service: Transmission

Call this shop last minute while I was broke down from out of town... the guys jumped into action and for less than expected got the truck back good as new quicker than expected. I WOULD GIVE THEM TEN STARS IF I COULD!!!!!
