Scratched rims, too much weight. Guys at the counter fantastic, found had tires I wanted delivered and installed by lunch same day. Knowledgeable and courteous. Even opening doors for people. However both rims I brought in are now scratched and one tire has 4 oz of weight instead of repositioning tire to balance better. Name brand tires and factory rims.04/09/2024 They sent out a repair person. The repair was good unfortunately one scratch is too deep. He cleaned it up and painted it. but that rim is permanently scared. It is a small spot that most people won't notice. The other rim came out perfect. Customer service is good, but the install was unfortunate. I added photos of the repair. I updated to 4 stars for the customer service and the guys at the front desk.

Amazing place to get tires! Customer service was fantastic! Oscar and the staff know what they are doing and are very professional. They took care of me. I will be doing business with them from here on out. Thanks for a great service!

I Bought 2 Tires online from their website at 6pm on a Thursday night and scheduled the drop off and replacement installation through the website for that Saturday. Friday morning I received a call stating they have my tires in stock and I can drop off the truck anytime. I received another call Saturday morning reminding me of my appointment and was told they would have a bay reserved for me when I got there. I showed up and they had my name on the bay. I dropped off my truck and came back an hour later to a completed installation of the correct 2 tires as specified. They even put the spare back under the truck for me. I was reminded about their certificate program for the tires multiple times throughout the process but they did not pressure me to buy it. I did not purchase it but it did sound like a good deal. Overall my experience was quick and easy and they even have a tracker to track the progress of the entire process. I plan on coming back to have 4 new tires put on my wife s suv and am now considering replacing my other 2 tires with them. The receipt shows the torque spec they used and even offers a few tips and pointers. Their website also offers a military discount which I used with ease. The employees in this shop appeared to be moving with purpose unlike some tire shops that drag out the process.

Andrew Heatons customer service skills are excellent. He was super professional and me being an operations manager I see good leadership. Mr. Heaton has what it takes to move up within your company. I was super impressed with your with you business. The store was super clean and the technicians and front end staff where dressed very professional and acted accordingly. This has been the best experience I have ever had at a tire store. I could go on but overall I score them a perfect 10!

I have such effusive praise for this team and this Discount Tire location that I am afraid of sounding like a fake review. Walking into Discount Tire is like walking into a masterclass on customer service excellence and streamlined process. It was hard to tell who was the manager of the place, because absolutely all the employees acted with the superb professionalism, skilled knowledge, and elevated pride in their work you would expect from managers. I was informed that additional tires would benefit from attention, other than the one I had come in to service. However, this was done without heavy-handed sales tactics, only raw facts on the actual tread measurements and a gentle suggestion. The team met their projected repair timeline. I loved to see the founder's mission statement on the wall, and this statement permeates the whole experience -- be honest; work hard; have fun; be grateful; pay it forward. As a small business owner I know how much work it takes to cultivate this type of company culture and it really shows. We'll make sure to bring our fleet's tire needs to this location in the future.

Have been a loyal Discount Tire customer for many years in Minnesota and recently visited the Fort Myers store helping a recently widowed friend buy new tires. As expected, it was a first-class experience. Great service from Didiah, excellent value, outstanding teamwork, and the right inventory in stock to prevent a return appointment. The organization has extremely high "customer-for-life" standards for it's staff and business processes. If you want an honest, customer-focused retail experience, there is no other choice.

Had a great experience with ANDREW today. Not only did he give us an amazing deal on four Michelin tires but he also got us on the road quickly to Yellowstone with our two Dingoes! We ll be back when we need more tires for the other cars. Thanks Andrew and crew for the great customer experience.

I recently relocated to Florida and visited Discount Tire for a tire rotation service. During my visit, there was a minor misunderstanding, but I must commend Carson for his exemplary professionalism and attentive demeanor in addressing the situation. We had an appointment to have new tires put on our SUV. My husband was greeted by the kindest and most professional young man. He shook his hand and brought over the store manager to say hello, who again shook his hand and called my husband by name. Then a dozen young men started working on the car like a nascar pit crew in blockbuster movie. They were absolutely amazing and I can t imagine going anywhere else. Oh, and the tires turned out great too - couldn t be happier with the work they performed.

I have to write a review about Andrew at Discount tires. I've been had a lot of cars and tires in my 50 years of driving and I have to say Andrew, and this company, are by far the best I've ever dealt with. Their prices are excellent, their service is fast and of extremely high quality. Maybe most important, Andrew's advice on which tires was spot-on. I also wasn't going to get the road hazard warranty since I've rarely had to use it, and while Andrew didn't hard sell it, he did point out how bad the roads can be around here, not to mention the nails from all the roofing contractors since Ian. I decided to get it. Just 6 months later I hit a pothole, instant flat on the front tire and a internal break and bubble on the rear. Got 2 new tires and saved me almost $500. And BTW I'm not related in any way to Andrew or the company, I just appreciate quality service, which is pretty hard ot find these days.

AWESOME WORK AND PROFESSIONALBought my tires on their website and scheduled for install three days later. Called the day of installation to see if I could go in earlier than scheduled and found out they hadn't received my order yet. Found out it got stuck in their website. I called the customer service number and they got there IT department right on it. The very gentleman Andrew at the store location was on top of the issue as well. The order was sent to the store I got there early then my appointment out the door with new tires 2 hours and 24 minutes earlier then my original appointment. I Also got my tires cheaper than I could get them at Walmart AWESOME PLACE AWESOME WORKERS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TOTALLY RECOMMEND

Took our Audi Q5 to this store to have new Pirelli tires installed. I had done price comparisons prior to this, and Discount Tire matched Tire Rack's price.Set up my appointment online, and three days later, the tires were installed. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and I was kept apprised of the progress of my tire changes. I think I was there for less than 25 minutes, start to finish.The waiting room is clean, with plenty of seats, and for me, a good thing, no tv disturbing the silence.When my car was done, it was pulled up to the side door, and I was given my keys, thanked for my business, and drove away.This is my second time using Discount Tire, and both times the pricing, and the workmanship, were top notch. I will continue to use them in the future from now on.

Excellent experience!! I went to another discount tire in Lakeland and was given tires that rubbed against my wheel wells. They knew this was a problem but sent me on my way telling me all I had to do was fix the wheel wells. I went many months later to this Discount Tire and was treated very professionally, excellent customer service. They gave me good tires that cost more than the ones they replaced at no additional charge. I will only be going to this store in the future even though I m moving to Clearwater in the near future

I recently had an excellent experience at the Discount Tire Store with Trinten and Carson as my tire service agents. They went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and were incredibly attentive to my needs. They took the time to understand my requirements and recommended the perfect set of tires for my vehicle. Their knowledge and expertise were evident as they answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Not only did they provide valuable guidance, but they also ensured that the installation process was seamless and efficient. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they even took the time to explain the maintenance tips to extend the life of my new tires. Discount Tire put new tires on our slingshot when no one in our area was willing to do so. Salesperson, Andrew, greeted us in the parking lot. He was very friendly and super professional. He made my husband feel at ease because no one else had ever worked on our slingshot. Changing wheels and installing new tires took about 30 minutes. The lobby was clean and comfortable and had a window so we could watch them working on our SS. I overheard Andrew talking with a customer in the phone and going above and beyond to get the business. We are very pleased and will return the next time we need tires. The guys were in the shop were, also, professional and efficient. I highly recommend!!

Quick service on my covered rotation and balance. Friendly staff.Edit on 11.30 / checked my air pressure today and 2 valve caps were loose on drivers side and both are missing on passenger side. I'm guessing the tech didn't double check his work. Air pressure was correct all the way around.

Came here for to fix messed up tire installation done by Walmart (went to Walmart first for repair and waited over 4 hours before leaving without service when quoted 1 hr). Didian was very helpful and knowledgeable and nice. The whole process took 45 mins and they ended up doing 4 extra services and the total bill was $0 (Walmart wanted $50) Very professional and will come back again for all my tire needs.

Listen if you re not Getting your tires from here you re doing It wrong. The people are extremely friendly and the deals are impossible to beat. Plus if anything happens to your tire they will replace it for FREE!! 100/10 recommend!

Love Discount Tire .so Happy they are in SWFL now. Great Service, Prices and attention to details.Only suggestion I have is your Hours. 7AM-7PM would be ideal for those who work early and get off late.SWFL you are very lucky to have Discount Tire in SWFL!

Called to see if they had tires and wheels for my car because the website online showed it would take a few days for shipping. I needed my tires changed asap as the treds were almost gone and tires were no longer holding air. In addition my rims were in need of being changed as my rims were pretty messy from possible self inflicted curb kisses.. Luis answered and told me he could get me in that day as they had tires and rims that would fit my car in stock. He answered all my questions and got me all the necessary information so when I got there it was basically all ready to go. I got there and Andrew went out with me to inspect the tires and then we went in and confirmed which tires I wanted and rims. They got it all done in about an hour. Very quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to customer service. Thank you! My car is riding so much better and looks amazing with the new rims. Tires are expensive as per usual but theirs were at a fair price. The rims were the most costly but, totally worth it. I recommend you come here for any tire needs!

Very pleased with the tire selection, ease of booking an appointment and the short amount of time needed to install 4 new tires. More importantly, very impressed with the professionalism displayed by all of the employees.
