Fast and friendly service. I will come back for future repairs. They weren't out to over price everything and got me out of there without trying to sell me on a bunch of other jobs. Kevin is honest and trustworthy, he actually cares about the customers!

Always willing to help and they will try and get you right in. A/C wasn t working in my Jeep Renegade. I called, Eric told me to drop it off. With in 24 hours the problem was fixed and I was cooling down. They don t try and up sell you, they fix the problem and are honest and respectful. I feel blessed to have found an honest, affordable place for my vehicle needs and repairs.

We had a superb experience yesterday with a vehicle repair! We were having brake error lights intermittently on our Jeep. I called Beach Buggies and Derek highly recommended me calling Eric at Cypress Lake Auto Repair. He said I could bring it right in. In just a few minutes they diagnosed the problem, and in 30-40 minutes they had the part delivered and had it installed, and at a very reasonable cost. It was a fantastic good experience! Always a great experience here! The service done on my SUV has been great, even with 120k miles on my engine! Eric and his employees are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful when it comes to all my questions and concerns.

After replacing my battery last Sunday, my car refused to start four days later. when I called, Eric was patient and kind. He laid out what might be wrong with my car and checked it out for free.He came in and told me within five minutes what the problem was. The corrosion on the battery terminals was creating a bad connection. I bought the battery at Walmart, where they should have cleaned up the terminals when they replaced the battery, but Eric offered to clean it up and get me going for a very reasonable price.His kindness and professionalism was refreshing. I know as a woman sometimes I feel like I have to walk into repair shops with my mean face, but Eric showed me respect and talked to me like he would anyone else.I highly recommend this auto repair shop. I will be bringing my car back here for future repairs as well.

I have used Cypress Lake Auto Repair a few times for my wifes Buick Enclave, and have been more than impressed every time! Not only do I use them, I also recommend them highly to friends and family. It is very hard to find a reliable auto repair shop, that you can trust. Cypress Lake is just that place, honest, and quick.

Cypress Lake earned my business and my trust. They repaired my 2001 Ford truck which needed a lot of front end work. They were timely and very reasonable. The truck drives like new. They may be a little remotely located for some but they are worth seeking out. I would give them more stars if I could.

This place is so amazing! The people were nice and really patient. The person I worked with explained everything to me really clearly, and made sure that I knew exactly what was going on with my car. They saved me a ton of money from going to a dealership with my car issues. They diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution that worked at a price far better than other places we went. We ll be using Cypress as our first choice from now on.

They had the best price in the area to replace my starter. Despite being busy they got it done fairly quickly. My only issue was that they never called to let me know my car was done, I had to call and they said it had been done for a couple hours.

Eric knows all about jeeps. He dose a excellent job finding the problem on the cars and the guys in the shop are awesome working to fix the jeeps and others cars. I trust Eric and the guys to fix my Jeep with any problems it has.
