I met with Rich to discuss how the front of the 2015 Chevy Silverado could be raised level with the rear. I did not want a lift kit or to jack it up so high I needed a ladder to access the cab, all I wanted was the truck leveled so the front air dam below the radiator would stop acting like a dozer blade every time I crossed a little uneven terrain. He suggested a leveling kit. I ordered 4 new ties, an alignment, and the leveling kit. I gave him the opportunity to install 4 new shocks if needed. After review, he told me the shocks did not need replaced. Work was completed as scheduled and for the estimated cost discussed. I am quite satisfied with the results. The truck drives now like it did when it was new. What a breath of fresh air to deal with such an honest businessman!

Great guys here. Timely, reliable service at very reasonable prices. A trustworthy auto shop is hard to find, especially in southwest Florida. I have taken my car here twice and feel like I can trust these folks to take care of my vehicle without trying to upsell. I will be doing business here again!

I have used Custom Tire and Auto for 30 years. They are friendly and courteous. Their service work is awesome and always fair pricing. Rich has always treated me well and can figure out what goes on under the hood. Great place.

Been going here for years whenever I had an issue. Fast, friendly, efficient. Save yourself the heartache, forget the dealerships, and take your vehicle here. Extremely honest with labor and parts. It's worth getting your vehicle towed here even if you're in Naples or Port Charlotte. Walter is trustworthy and the best.

Stopped to simply get a couple propane tanks filled and was serviced by a rude and cranky worker. Attempted to give him the benefit of the doubt and keep it friendly but he wouldn't have it. Price wasn't any better than many other places. Wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend.

These guys know their stuff. And if you're in need of a good tire repair, your tires will be patched, not simply plugged, to ensure you won't have any trouble later with the same issue. $26 is well worth it. Don't go to a place where they plug your tire for $8 because you can have a blowout on the highway and get injured

I had a flat tire that needed repair. I searched the north fort myers area and found this place had 9 five star reviews, better average than any other place around. Walt took my car right when I arrived, the tire was fixed in 20 for $25, great experience!

I highly recommend this place for tire repairs. They plugged 2 holes, checked all the tires to make sure I had enough air in them. I was in and out in less than a half hour. They were very reasonable and friendly.

Top notch work repairing my flat tire. I thought it was a little on the expensive side ($27.50) but maybe that is typical price for an immediate repair (patch vs. plug). Great service and personable staff for sure!

"The right thing to do"I want to share a positive experience that I had with Custom Tire & Auto. Long story short -- I got a flat from a nail in a tire, had it patched at a 'complete auto care' retailer and 2 days later low pressure indicator light came back on. Took it back, got the 'all clear". 3 days later low tire pressure light came back on again, took it back again and was told they 'don't have time' to help me. I immediately took it to another location of the same chain. The gentleman there worked on it immediately, told me the patch wasn't tight enough and they re-did it for free. Great. 2 days later, low tire pressure light came back on again... Fed up at this point, I resigned to just replacing the tire. Talked to the guys at Custom Tire and he was going to replace the tire same day. Got a call and was told that a new tire wasn't necessary, I had a leaky valve stem and he replaced it, saving me from replacing a $185 tire that wouldn't have ultimately fixed the problem. He said it was 'the right thing to do' and that stuck with me. Great customer service is getting harder and harder to find these days, but I would highly recommend the guys at Custom Tire!

These clowns wanted $40 each tire mounted and balanced plus tax. Are you kidding me? After getting a bit of attitude on the phone he hits me with that outrageous price. Tire shop a few blocks from them on 41 did it for $25 each. Ive never heard of anyone charging more than $30.Ignorance in the business much.

As far as honesty goes, very good, but waiting for someone to answer the phone dropped van off yesterday for an evaluation and being they're not a state or government agency and I wasn't told they were closed on the 4th of July I'm hitching there to pick up my one and only car especially being everything has to be out of a warehouse by noon and can't do that without a car.wish me luck

BEST mechanics in town!! If you want honest, caring people that tell you straight up about your vehicle & don't lie to your face, then go to them....been there for 25 yrs!!!! They deserve 10 + stars :-)

These guys are great, went in to the shop early Monday morning with a nail in my new tire, talked to the owner and told me they could patch it. Didn't try to sell me and took care of it right away.

Would have given 0 stars but couldn't, besides messing up my oil pan also made up a story about how they didn't and blamed others. Do not use

Rich was super to us. Had a nail in our tire and we were driving back to Michigan. Took us right in, removed the nail, made sure the tire was good and sent us in our way! AND no charge
