DO NOT and I mean DO NOT take your car to this place. This maybe the worst body shop I have every been to. Took my infinite here because state farm wanted me to be cause they are certified infinite body shop. It's been to there body shop 3 time and it's still not fixed right. They never call you back, after a week of my car sitting there I finally got ahold of the Manger and they didn't know anything about my car. They said someone quit and didn't leave notes. Well as a manager of a shop I know what's going on in my shop at all times (not just sit in my office) this is crazy to me. So finally going back to pick my car up and it's still not right (wants me to bring it back for a 4th time now) so by the time I get to work half of my bumper is hanging down, the side they fixed or tried to fix. It's been over 3 week and the manager still hasn't called me back. Taking my car to a didn't body shop now. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.

I had my car taken here to get it repainted and it looks SO good! My car is a 2018, but yet feels brand new and I love it!! I am so pleased with the customer service from everyone and the timeliness of my service. I had a great experience and will definitely come back here if I ever need to.

After being in a car accident I decided to go with Crash Champions to replace my back bumper on my Jetta R Line. Not only did they finish sooner than expected, the seams around the bumper looked even tighter than before the accident. I am extremely pleased with the work they did.

Worst company I ve ever dealt with. Communication was horrible. They simply would not call me back when I had questions. This happened repeatedly. The work was so bad my insurance company, Allstate had me take it to a different company so that the work would get done properly after returning in on a couple different occasions.

Very grateful to this very responsible company and good people! They repaired my vehicle where it was damaged and they also repaired an area which was not covered by the insurance!! Thank you for the two rubber ducklings that you give to me for my vehicle. It was a nice detail.

Worst customer service ever. Took 4 months to get my car painted and new windows put in and then 2 more tries to finally get the back window replaced properly. Now, months later my driver side window is falling out because it was apparently not put in correctly. Do not use this company. I would have to drive down there to check on the progress because no one would even answer the phone. Also, now my lights won't go off automatically, and they broke the Lexus emblem on the back and it still isn't replaced 8 months later.Services: Painting, Auto glass replacement

Brand New car was there nearly 4 months after hitting a deer. They couldn't get parts. Just got car back, still missing a part so we'll have to come back whenever it's in. We did get them to waive half of our deductible due to ridiculous car rental circumstances. Poor communication. Super busy place but likely not enough staff.

My experience was terrible. My bumper and quarter panel was replaced. They didn't connect any of the electronics in the back of the car so turn signal, back up lights didn't work. I ended up taking it to the dealership to get the wires connected correctly. I won't use them again.

I chose crash champion because I thought they knew a thing or two about cars, my car was towed to them drivable in may with full talk of gas. I just got my car back and it doesn t even start and it s on E . The brackets in my car broke ; A 1 in a million chance and they believe it was not because of the accident and my engine pressed on my starter and it cracked where has a starter ever crack when it s faulty so the car doesn t start: Jaguar XF so I m really disappointed thought the insurance didn t want to help but it was Alice and Kevin and the rest of the staff who doesn t know how a running car works for a body shop. I m blessed so I ll find a way like I always do.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great work! Loved the job they did on my truck. They're straight to the point. This is what you need, and this is what we'll do. Perfect! But, if you tell someone a delivery date, do all you can to produce that promise!! Don't just leave them believing one thing, and the whole time Crash Champions knew different. Again, great work. Just be prepared to wait longer.

Dropped my car off 04/10/2023. SLOW IS ALL I GOTTA SAY!! I don t know about the quality of work yet because I m STILL waiting on an ESTIMATE. 05/10/2023 I picked my car up and I m back with an update. It took 31 days before I got my car back and Mike S. Mike S. made my experience a good one. He is the only reason I changed my rating! The body work they did was awesome. Thanks Mike S for being super nice and patient with me. Don t use this company. Run from them quickly!!! They will forge your name on insurance checks and take forever on your car and not put all the parts on that were paid for. I have called this business for days with no call back. They were highly recommended by Sutherland Nissan where I purchased my Rogue.Since I didn't get a call back I reached out to Nissan to let them know the situation . The woman I spoke to asked me to verify the number I was calling and upon realizing it was the correct number she was confused. She told me to hold while she tried to reach them.She came back and told me that a Kevin would be calling me from his cell phone. Later that day he did call me back, interestingly from the very same number that I had been callingI explained to him that I had been rear ended on 11-3 and that I needed repairs.He informed me that it would be a few months before I could be seen. I further explained to him that I was not able to go in reverse. With that, he said he might be able to get me in asap. I explained about the sensor that the car is equipped with sonar and that it senses when there is an obstruction in the rear and automatically brakes.I told him that the sensor was obviously affected by that accident and that is why I could not go in reverse. He told me that he was going to call Nissan to see if there was a way to temporarily disable that sensor so that I could go in reverse. This would be a quick fix if possible until I could get in for the full repair job. He told me he would call me right back. That was Monday and as of today he had never done that.I'm extremely disappointed and I don't understand why Nissan gives such high praiseI have read other reviews and apparently this is not an isolated case.

This location replaced my bumper on my Lexus a little less than a year ago. During Hurricane Ian a tree fell on my car and the bumper came off plus additional damage. I waited because my car was still drivable.After the encounter I had with Mike I will never go back here again. Yeah you guys are a Lexus preferred dealer, but you will not get a dime from you. Customer Service is always first and being short and rude with customers will get you" NO WHERE."And for the record you should always get more than one estimate. Who cares what insurance company you USE to work for. This isn't my first insurance claim and it want be my last, but it will be last time I recommend or use your services.And stop lying to customers saying that your phone is not working. It works just fine!!! You guys just don't want to talk to anyone, because of the business the hurricane brought to you.Service: Auto detailing

This was my worst experience ever! Not only did it take 4 months to complete the fix on our 2022 brand new car, they refused to help with any car rental expenses. Moreover, after there poor service they wouldn't waive the $500 deductable. Please, do not recommend this company our use them under any circumstances unless you like being taken advantage of in all ways.Service: Body & Trim

This insurance company was recommended by my insurance company. Initially they got me in for an estimate rather quickly. That was ALL they did! Weeks later, I cannot get a human to answer the phone or return messages left on their machine. All I asked for was an estimated time for repairs- but NO- can't get that. I ended up changing repair shop to one who is more responsive and professional. Would not give this one another try!Service: Body & Trim

Run from this company. We had our car painted in Nov 2022 & paid Nov 2022. 6 months later we are being threatened with a lein on our vehicle and we need to pay this. We called our insurance co & they have no record of a phone call from Gretchen who initiated this threat in an email. She wanted a copy of where we paid this in full. She was told we were calling our ins co first to confirm her story. Miracles of miracles she emailed back & said they found where we paid. She created an invoice like we just paid. Payment cleared our bank Nov. 2022. This morning we are again being threatened by Joe Bassett VP of operations to place a lein for non payment if not paid in 48 hrs. We have contacted Travelers ins to not recommend this fraudulent company and we will be contacting our attorneyService: Painting

I was very nervous about getting my car fixed! My bumper fell off, my hood was dented and crooked, it was a mess! Bruce was very pleasant, calm, kind and reassuring about everything! The work was finished before expected and my car is beautiful again! The staff was very friendly and kept in touch with the progress! I absolutely would recommend them! Thank you Crash Champions!

Went to Annie's for a insurance quote. They were professional and fast. They didn't push me to get the work done there and really seemed to get me the most money possible for the damage to my vehicle, seemed very fair and well documented. The front desk staff was courteoues and professional. The gentleman who did the documentation was as well, and also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend. I will return in the future as I was extremely satisfied with the service even though I decided not to have the work completed.

The experience was a disaster from the time I confirmed the appointment til now. Bumper wasn't clipped in all the way so now it dont match the body lines, they knicked the paint just above the bumper. The receiver hitch is still bent to one side. I have talked to the manager, he told me to take my car to another location that is closer for me and the 2 managers would communicate about the issues. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have not been able to get ahold of the manager. I have left messages and still can't get a return phone call.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have my car there now. I was VERY SPECIFIC about a time frame that they quoted me (two business days). I use my car to drive at my job all day - not a soccer mom, not sitting in an office. It becomes a liability not to have it. I called specifically to make the appointment to have it ready. I asked the receptionist if the two business days was correct. "If that is what the quote said, that is what they do." Her exact words. When they said TWO business days, I dropped it off the night before. Then, on the second business day, I hadn't heard when I can expect the car. Do you know why? Because it won't be ready in two business days. They meant two 24-hour periods, but somehow said two business days repeatedly to me over the phone. I don't care how good the work is, now that I am out hundreds of dollars not having a car, I am not really concerned about their semantics. They did offer to rent me a car for the day, but I still have to find a ride in the morning as I don't have a spare person to drive me or a spare car. If you mean two 24-hour days, or if you think it might take more time - be honest. I could have taken it somewhere else.I had arranged a ride for Tuesday-Wednesday, but Thursday was not an option due to the work schedule of the person I arranged the ride with. Not that it is any of your business. I'm very glad you have time to play on Google maps. I will be there tomorrow for my rental car to get to work.

We've had several cars painted by Annies, two of them 10 years ago and they still look like brand new. They just did a $6000.00 repair on my one custom fiberglass car where someone rear ended me, and it looks better than the day I finished the car. They went above and beyond and I am thrilled with the outcome.I can not recommend them enough.

I got a golf ball size dent on m Audi from a shopping cart called audi dealer and the referred me to Annie Collision in Ft Myers so i emailed pictures of the work that needed to be done and they emailed me back within 24 hrs and gave me a price. So i made the appointment to bring car down to be fixed I live in North Port so its about 45 min to 1 hour drive but i didnt care about that i just wanted my car to look like it did before the dent and when i picked up my car i have to say they did wonderful work and the customer service was just as wonderful i give them 5 stars and Jen thank you for Great Service. Happy Customer !
