Ethan was very nice a professional. I had a very small nail that I couldn't see, and they were able fix it pretty quick for just being a walk in. Will be going back if I get any other tire issues in the future.

Tire warranty is basically useless. They will never fit you in and give you run around, pushing you to the next day every time.Buy tires at a reputable shop that actually cares about their customers. This is the last time I use them for tires!!

Scheduled me for the wrong time. Took an hour longer than was told it would take. Doesn t matter how friendly you are if you can t do the job right. This is why you buy local. Costco doesn t care about you.

Don t spend the extra money for tire protection when you buy new tires. Good luck finding a time for them to fix it for you. Had me waiting almost 5 hours to fix and reinstall my original after I had to put on my spare. They put me back to the end of the line when I came back and asked for it to be reinstalled, which they agreed to do that morning. In the end I just took my repaired tire and put it back on myself.

Great tire prices but long wait even with appointment as many cars still get a lot of flats from nails because of all the construction rebuild from Ian.

I purchased 4 new tires and while they were putting my tires on the guy broke the cover on my steering wheel panel. I wasn't to worried about it because I thought Costco will stand by their work. Not!! I called the next day and they told me bring it in. After they tried to fix it it and couldn't they turned it over to there claims. Total waste of time all they were doing was taking time before they told me they couldn't do anything. Well yes you can replace the part. They however did not. The dealership said it happened from shoving the steering wheel up and not using the electric button.

I returned from a flight and found out I had a flat tire. I live 1.5 hours away. I arrived at Fort Myers Costco tire center and was told it would take 2 hours. After waiting 2 hours, I checked in and they said it would now take 3 hours. At approx. the 2 and a 1/2 hour mark, they called and said they did not have a tire that would fit my car. I spoke to the manager and he was not at all apologetic but ended up giving me a VERY expensive tire meant for another customer. At that point, I had no choice, it was close to 5PM. It took a total of 2 hours and 50 minutes. Terrible experience!

Costco Fort Myers Tire Center has such great customer service! We called them on a Sunday at 545pm (they close at 6pm) because my tire dropped from 42 to 29 overnight. We knew there was something in my tire and all other tire shops were closed. I did not want to call so close to closing but had no choice. They told us to come in. I had a huge nail in my tire and luckily it could be patched. $11.71 and 30 minutes later it was patched and we were all set. I kept apologizing for the inconvenience, but they were so kind. We wanted to tip the guy helping us but he said they don't accept tips. We have gotten numerous tires replaced there and it's always such an easy process. I highly recommend Costco Tire Centers!

My tire was leaking slowly. An independent service said it was not fixable. I thought I would need a new tire to match mine purchased at Costco tire April 2017. I was met by Scott He called to say my car was ready.Greg gave me the good news of fixing the tire. I picked the car up from David. Al 3 of you get 5 stars. Thank you for great and personable service

These guys are awesome changed my tires in less then an hour even though I had to purchase a membership it was still cheaper then 8 of the highest rated stores in the area and none of the others could get me in for at least 3 days. Not only that they put my spare and jack away. Just a nice touch thanks guys you are great

I could not be a bigger fan of the Costco tire center. I bought 4 tires 2 years ago and picked up a screw in one of them last week. They no longer carried a comparable tire, but went to great lengths to find a somewhat comparable tire that was actually better. They then proceeded to order and replace the other 3 tires for me at no cost so that they would match the new tire. It was an unusual circumstance and they handled it exceptionally. I dealt with Greg, Chris, Vinny, and Dan, and they were all top notch. Great job guys.

I have been using Costco tire center for many years. I won t do it in the future! Never had such a horrible customer experience in any other place I visited. 3 days ago on 09/18/19 I went to the tire center to have my tires rotated. The man at the register told me it is going to be 2 hours to have my job done. I did not have that time on a weekday so made an appointment on Saturday 9/21/2019 Saturday after assurance by the salesman that that way my car is going to be ready in half an hour ... Exactly on time I brought my car, paid for the service and on my question how long is going to be the salesman present that day named GREG told me 3 hours. I questioned that and he told me that he is kidding .... Left him the car at 11:30am and went to buy groceries in the store.... My car was ready at 1:30PM! I bought frozen and refrigerated foods and since I did not have the car I had to pay for Uber to take my groceries home so they won t spoil. Upon receipt of the car I demanded an apology from Greg. He was very arrogant and told me that it is OK.... I work with people myself. I am a doctor. My time is valuable. Sometimes my schedule is very demanding and patient has to wait for a few minutes in order to see me, so I can understand situations like that, but I have never failed to apologize.... I wouldn t recommend to anyone Costco tire center in Fort Myers and in particular any services from Greg. Disrespect and lack of integrity!

I needed air in my back passenger side tire. As I stopped Ethan actually ran out to help. I ve rated these guys before as excellent AND THEY KEEP GETTING BETTER! Great customer service ~ the best. Thanks again.
