These guys are awesome. Excellent customer service. Absolutely honest. I knew what was wrong with my vehicle. I went to two other shops for estimates before coming here. These guys were the only ones who didn't try to tell me additional parts and labor were needed. They did the job and the car runs perfect. I couldn't be happier. One month until my oil change is due, and I'll be back. Thank you Carlos and Brandon.

Velocity Factor is the definition of an outstanding and trustworthy shop! The customer service is amazing! The quality of their work is unique and outstanding! These guys are awesome and just made a second store in Fort Myers. I highly encourage everyone to go check them out!! 10/10

Velocity is a great place to take your car for any performance upgrades. Great guys that knows what they doing, they keep promise. What I like the most is the amount of work and appreciation they have towards your vehicle like it s theirs. Would recommend to anyone, thanks again Carlos!!
