I would highly recommend this business to do any auto body repair work. The whole experience with this business was wonderful from start to finish. The employees were very personable. They kept me posted on the is progress of the work. When I got my car back, it was as clean as it was when I first bought it. They even cleaned my vinyl floor mats, and coated them with a protectant. All the body work was skillfully and professionally done, and my car looks beautiful. It was done even earlier than expected. I was so happy to get my car back and see how great it looked!! I don't Think you could find a better auto body business anywhere.

Beautiful work! Body work (repair and replacement) is seamless. Paint work is a perfect match. Attention to detail is excellent. They listened to my concerns and made sure that every little thing was checked and taken care of.Fantastic customer service! They worked with my insurance company, saved me the headache and hassle. I was pleased to get regular text updates on the progress of the job, and it was finished ahead of schedule!Friendly, professional staff. (Love the possum!) Customer waiting areas are clean and comfortable.My thanks to everyone at Caliber Collision for a job well done. Highly recommended.

I brought my car in for repair, the repair was done very well by my advisor Sarah. During my visit I had a spare splash guard that needed to be installed on my car. She said they could do the installation for me. Just last night I was under my car and I saw the part had not been installed, damaged debris and leftover zip ties from my old splash guard were all still hanging. The part was never installed and they never returned it either, so now Caliber has my replacement splash guard and probably doesn t even know it cause the advisor and the tech teams are on 2 different pages. Please don t make promises that cannot be kept. I didn t expect caliber to install the part, they could ve said no, I understand the job was insurance based. I asked and they said yes. Now I m upset, and disappointed with what otherwise would ve been a perfect visit. I even have a photo of the replaced unit. It s disappointing, as I am left to see Caliber as liars, and would prefer my loved ones go somewhere else god forbid they get in an accident.

The whole Caliber team were amazing throughout this what should have been a stressful time repair my car. They were all very kind, friendly and very knowledgeable and the end result of my car matches the service which was second to none.Very happy to recommend this business to anyone who wants the job done right! What a great group of professionals.They really know what they re doing and really help make the experience an easy transition.I would highly recommend these folks if you ve received any kind of damage to your vehicle. The receptionist, to the estimators, to the fix-er-uppers, they were all amazing!Thank you for making this experience so much easier to deal with.

Everyone at Caliber Collision is very friendly and extremely helpful. Three business days after my accident, I was able to drop off the car. Dan explained everything that needed to be done and told me it might be in the shop for up to two weeks. He called me a couple of days after to update me on the progress. He was able to get the job completed in less than a week. When I arrived to pick up the car, the ladies at the desk greeted me warmly, had everything ready for me, thoroughly explained the bill and collected the deductible. As soon as I finished at the desk, Dan greeted me and said he had pulled the car around to the front of the building, after which he spent extra time showing me what they had done and making sure I was satisfied with the job. I was extremely satisfied with the excellent job, realize that they take pride in their work and provide great customer service. They definitely go above and beyond! I highly recommend Caliber Collision and will return to them if I need repairs in the future.

Hit a deer with my F-150 and Allstate suggested Caliber Collision for repairs. Set-up an inspection date, then dropped my truck off for repairs. Chas Mongiovi was the estimator/adviser who handled my vehicle. Timely texts were provided on progress. When completed, Chas was there to return my truck. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the repair job. I would HIGHLY recommend "Caliber Collision - Ft. Myers - Andrea Lane" to anyone for vehicle collision repairs.

Caliber Collision was perfect. Had a small accident on the tailgate/bumper. Dropped it off one day and came back perfect in under the time I was stated. Sarah was excellent with up to date communication and surprise me with an early date then stated! Excellent service and the repair was spotless.

I had such a great experience with Caliber in Fort Myers, I can't recommend them enough! My car was done weeks before originally thought, and it looks beautiful. They worked hard to get me new parts for my brand new car that was hit, and now it looks as good as new! Cassie kept me updated through every step, and was amazing to work with. If you need your car fixed after a crash, don't go anywhere else.

Whoa, I don't know where to start. I was greeted and made to feel very welcome as soon as I entered the door. I went in initially only for an estimate, but the customer service was so pleasant that I felt comfortable leaving my car to be fixed. They also made arrangements for my pick-up by the automobile rental service. My service advisor Chas provided me with exceptional updates regarding customer service.

The staff at the Fort Meyers Caliber Collision exceeded my needs and expectations in every way. They upheld the highly efficient and effective service I expect from any Caliber Collision and I would recommend them to anyone.Update: In two months I ve had two reasons to do business with Caliber Collision. Both times they handled my repair with the utmost skill and professionalism. Even when they received a part bad from Jeep itself they were able to leverage their positive relationship with a local Jeep Dealership to source the part and install it with limited delay.The delay did cause some scheduling conflicts with being able to pick up the vehicle, and Casey was great in developing a mutually beneficial arrangement to minimize the impact on our lives.From start to finish my experience with the Fort Meyers Caliber Collision in the Villas has been an absolute pleasure and I can say that without a doubt they have my business as long as I am in the Fort Meyers Area.

I was very pleased with Caliber Collision. My rear bumper was damaged in an accident. They took my car in very quickly, got the rental car all arranged for me and replaced the bumper very quickly and efficiently. The whole process was quite stress free for me.

Calliber collision does an excellent job of keeping you well informed throughout the process. They let me know the progress of my car usually once a day, which is awesome. My car had to stay through the holidays which pushed it back a little bit but since they kept me so well informed, I didn t mind. I would definitely recommend them!

Truck went in for repair April 2023. Some parts needed for repair were not available immediately so I was ok with waiting. Picked truck up and sensors were not calibrated properly. As soon as I put it in reverse an error message popped up. Sensor still not working. They need the truck for multiple days to re calibrate. I was hoping to do that at the same time when the other parts came in. In November I talked to the manager and he was still waiting on parts. Was supposed to call me first of December with an update. Never received a call. Left a message that wasn't returned. Now it is February 2024 10 months after the initial repair and they want me to tell them what parts are missing. The manager never calls back and they don't do what they say they are going to do. Also they submitted additional payment request to my insurance carrier in January for something that no on can explain. Initial experience was good until I picked up the truck with sensors not working and parts missing. 10 months later still not resolved.

Caliber Collison is a fantastic company. The one at the Fort Myers location has an excellent and professional team. I believe Sara and the front desk ladies (I do pretty much remember their names) helped me with the repair of my car.They deserve a raise. From day one to the last day, everyone on the team was accommodating.Thank you

I Would highly recommend caliber collision in Fort Myers on Andrea Lane. Chaz was phenomenal. He was very nice and polite exceeded all of my expectations within a timely manner. I had some minor damage that involved my front end of the car . I have no complaints . Paint job looks great !! Very good quality of work no complaints at all .. I will Definitely use their services in the event that I ever get an involved in an accident

Made the mistake of choosing Caliber Collision to fix my right fender (through insurance). After having my car for 10 days, they attempted to "clean" it. Nice gesture but they ended up ruining the trim around my windows, turning it to silver with scratch marks(like they tried to scrub it with a brillo pad or something?) I brought it back to show them and they said "this is why they take pictures", implying that I was lying. Angel showed me the pictures of my car and it showed that the damage wasn't there when I initially dropped of my car. Clearly showing that it happened on their time. They said the picture could be inaccurate because their "could be" a glare. NOPE. They basically told me to take it to the dealer and maybe it was a "recall".... Not helpful at all. Literally showed me proof that it happened on their watch and now I have to get my LEASE fixed elsewhere. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Avoid this place at all costs. Something will go wrong and they will take no accountability and probably blame you.

I was very pleased with how Esther took my call from day 1 and answered my questions about dropping my car off and getting shuttled to enterprise car rentals nearby. Likewise my advisor Cassandra was very polite and knowledgeable about my Spark and she provided frequent updates as the repairs progressed from parts being ordered to final paint work being done.

Great cusotmer service. Proactively reached out to me, letting me know the status of repairs and when I had an issued that required more attention, they were right on it. No complaints, wish all car problems could be fixed this easily.

Awesome professionals. They took a little bit time (mostly because of the aftermath od the Hurricane Ian) but they got it all right. I am 100% satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone. Caliber Collision is by far the best automotive experience my wife and I have ever experienced in my 40 plus years of owning vehicles. This includes every mechanic and dealer shop we have used in the past which quite honestly have mostly been packed with lies and delays. Then came Caliber Collision , truthful, bi-weekly updates, vehicle delivered one week early with continuous updating, friendly professional staff! This is the way business should be done! We felt that they cared throughout the entire process.

Cole (advisor) was awesome. Straightforward, kept me informed, and made the whole process a breeze. I d like to give an additional shout out to the techs at Caliber Collision. Paint and body work was completed to a very high standard. The car was restored to an even better condition than before the accident. What can I say, I took my truck in Feb 23 didn't get it back until March 12, a giant deer ran into our truck and needed new door on passenger side and some front right fender repair as well as locking mechanism. They followed up with me 1 time, in the process and from there was ghosted, I had to call them to be debriefed on the situation religiously. When we did get it back, they drove it to us, even though we said we could come get it and then we had to that adjuster back to the shop. She( the adjuster told us we would have to come back because the head lamp they ordered was damaged) but asked us to please give her 100% on survey and mark no to having to bring it back??? I stupidly said yes we will do that for you.2 weeks go by and I hear nothing, I call her and was told they were just going to call me. I came in the next morning and waited for lamp replacement and was told still another new lamp not working??? I was told sorry, we will call you when its here to bring it back yet again. No news I called Thursday the 28th of March and left an unhappy message with the front desk person Wendy for the adjuster working there to call me back. I called Friday afternoon the 29th because I still had not heard from them and was told they did return my call on Thursday and left me a message, yet my cell phone had no message from them or a missed call, nor did my husband ;and they can text or email as well but no communication from them.I was told I should bring it back yet again and if they can t figure it out I need to take it somewhere else( to someone they use to test the wiring) ??? I thought thats what they should be able to do, if you can test a lamp you can test a wire. Im 100% Caliber Colision has messed up the wiring or they are ordering the incorrect lamp to plug in .They have been paid already by my insurance company, why do they care if I drag it all over town. Next step, Alert the insurance company.. because of everything that needed to be fixed the head lamp worked when I brought it them and now it does not. That is a Caliber Collision issue.If your insurance company approves themGO ELSEWHERE.If they get it fixed and without a huge inconvenience Ill be happy to update
