This place is awesome... I have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler.... They did an awesome job on my little red jeep... Had quite a few repairs that needed to be done and they did an awesome job. Everyone there is super nice and great to work with. thank you C Mark and crew...

We already gave $2000 to fix our AC. Almost $600 to bump up the freon. Now they want another $2000. Not going to happen. If they stood by their work they would fix the car the way they should have and absorb the labor cost. Just bad business! They should have said don't spend the money on the freon. Will never return! Warning to new customers.

Josh and his guys are absolutely amazing,hands down amazing.did my son's lexus for me when no one else could figure it out what was wrong with it,can't thank them enough..I will make sure I can spread the word more then I already do to as many people as I can..its hard to find a good honest shop that you can trust.(job very well done)

My purpose in writing this review is to warn future customers that C Mark's has changed. My first experience with C Mark's about 6 years ago was amazing! My car was overheating and after taking it in the repair only cost me $18 for a bad cooling fan fuse. I was so amazed at how honest they were when they could have easily taken advantage�of me.Fast forward to this past Friday - The new service adviser Keith, quoted me $1,388.58 to work on my 2017 RAV4 brakes. I'm 38 years old and I've had several shops work on my vehicles�over the years. I could tell right away that Keith was one of those slick service guys that thought he was talking to a guy that had zero real-world experience when it comes to car repairs. Keith said that I needed new rotors, brake pads, a brake caliper, and a brake hose. He said that I can wait a couple of months before needing the repair and that I should save my money and get another job like I was a teenage kid. I took a photo of the quote and sent it to my good friend who has lots of experience with rebuilding�car engines and everything else. My friend�said the quote was outrageous�and he would take a look at my brakes. After�looking over my RAV4 and taking it for a test drive he said that my front brake pads needed to be replaced and my front rotors�may be slightly�warped. All in it will only cost $210 for new front rotors and pads plus $150 for labor.I heard later that Mark sold the shop and is now teaching mechanics at a Ft Myers high school. If you are the owner of C Mark's I would recommend hiring a Christian with integrity like Mark to run your operation before you lose all of the customers that came to know C Mark's as a trustworthy mechanic that don't�take advantage of their customers.

I definitely recommend this auto repair business!! Customer service was great they handle all the warranty paperwork with no hassle my car is running like a dream thank you so much for keeping me up on everything and letting me know where you were at each stage you guys are great!A special thanks to Josh he did a great job and had great customer service!

Honest AND Reliable. I thought I needed some costly repairs. Josh called me after looking at my vehicle and assured me that was not the issue. All I needed were brakes. Not easy to find a reliable Auto Repair. Especially not easy to find an Honest Auto Repair. I found both with this place.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Used to be good. New shop manager Keith doesn't stand by the work of the shop. Was told vehicle had two issues, paid to have both issues fixed. Problem persisted and he wanted to charge me an additional $1,700. And told me I was out of luck for the previous $700. Took my vehicle around the corner to Complete Auto Repair and got it fixed for $165. Go there stop going here. I should've taken them to small claims court but because of the hurricane some things I just let go these days. But everyone should know about this guy ruining CMarks . Can't believe they don't stand by their work. That's the most egregious thing an auto repair shop can doService: General repairs & maintenance

Very honest business. I thought I needed a costly repair and was quoted over the phone $3500 but once they got the vehicle they said it was a much less costly fix. I appreciate the honesty and the vehicle runs great!

I dropped off my 1995 truck at 8am for complete brake repair, which included replacing rotors and calipers, inner/outer bearings, and fuel filter. C Mark's Auto had the best prices for the repair and the work I had done is covered for 2 years 24,000 miles. I did not wait for my vehicle because they said it would take several hours, but they do have a waiting room. C Mark's Auto Repair was recommended to me by a family friend and I will now be recommending this business to others. I hope you have the same positive experience. Make sure to call first to set-up an appointment because they are busy (likely due to their great service and rates).

C. Mark s saved the day with a tire repair. I was just about to lose an entire day of doing emergency roof repairs waiting for a tire repair from a chain tire store. The C. Mark s team got me back on the road in 15 minutes!! Highly recommended.

I ve been sending my cars to C Marks for years. They re the most professional and courteous shop I ve ever dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a great mechanic. They have great prices. The mechanics are top notch. They are mindful and knowledgeable on any vehicle.

I have a 09 Challenger and from the first time I was recommended to their shop, I have been a loyal client. They are dependable, reasonable, and most of all professional. I have personally worked with Steve (a technician) and Keith (the service advisor) and I wouldn t think of taking Vader (my Challenger) anywhere else. If you want your vehicle taken care of the first time without any hidden charges, C Mark s is the ONLY place to go. Great place to take your car for auto repair. The Dodge dealer close by refuse to work on my husband's Dodge 2017 Hellcat. Told him to take it to C Mark's Auto Repair down the block. They took the car in, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and the car was returned to us very timely. Thank you all for coming to work!

I think C Mark s is a great place to get your vehicle fixed. I was referred to them from the car dealer, for warranty work years ago, and have never gone back. The wait is a little long sometimes in season but that is because they are trustworthy and have earned the business of many. I would say that C Mark s stands for old fashioned service, stands behind their work and their prices are fair. It is nice to have a mechanic that you can trust.

This is the only shop i let touch my cars. Been doing business with C Mark auto since 2013 and they are great. Great people , fair Prices, good communication you name it. This is a great total care vehicle repair shop. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to fully explain your vehicle's condition and needs. The honesty and integrity of C Mark's is outstanding. If your car has a need. This is the place to take it in Lee County. Highly recommended and customer approved!!

Hands down the best place you can take your vehicle in Fort Myers. Family owned, been here for years, and always do a great job. My entire family takes all of our makes/models there. They replaced the Turbo in my wife's car for only $1700 when the local dealer was going to charge me 3K. And they use OEM parts. If your car/truck/van is out of warranty...take it here.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

C Mark's Auto Repair was very responsive to my daughter's car repair. I called them late in the afternoon and the next morning they returned my call. My daughter is going to college and Fort Myers and they were able to accommodate her with a same day appointment looked at the car, determined the issue and repaired the vehicle at a fair price.

Appointment time was at 8am. 3 people walked in after me and left before I did. Currently, it's been 3 whole hours that I've been at this joint and when I asked for a time, I was told "I don't know." My car was supposed to go to the Kia shop, but they told me to go here since my car is 'too old'. This was a horrible reference and I would not recommend going here. There are better places in Fort Myers.As I cannot reply to your response below:My mother paid over the phone and your team mailed her the receipt.Might I also add, if any of your team would've walked out those doors and paid attention to who was in the room, you would've saw that me and my sister never left. We were never checked in on until my parents got involved. Regardless of if we were to get a ride or not, that's not an excuse to delay working on somebody's car.Nobody should have to wait for 4 total hours. You were not given a time of completion, and you were not given a return time. We sat in the store, and all of you did nothing. And if I recall correctly, your desk faces the front through a glass door. There's no excuse for your unprompt behavior.May I also add, that in spite of running a diagnostic, nothing in the car was fixed, even though we were told that the A/C issue was fixed. We had to find another auto repair shop to get the issue resolved.Service: Air conditioning

So glad I was recommended this amazing mechanic shop by my car dealership. Very friendly, great staff and Keith and Mark took great care of me and my car. I will definitely be recommending them and taking both of my vehicles back to them for scheduled maintenance and any needed repairs. Thank you again guys!

Upon initially going in and having my car inspected for front end noise, I was told I needed ball joints and bushings. After being told by another mechanic it was the struts and strut mounts I was surprised by this, but decided to give C Mark's a chance, (they seemed honest and had good online reviews).After the repair taking twice as long as promised, I got my car back and asked if the front end noise was resolved, I was assured it was. Upon test driving the same noise was present and Mark said that new bushings sometimes take time to seat. Long story short when the noise persisted and I went back a few days later, I was now told I did in fact need new struts, strut mounts, and springs for almost $1000. A experienced mechanic wouldn't of known this initially?In the end I went elsewhere where they told me I didn't need to replace the springs, (saving me money) and gave me a better overall price for the job. After replacing only the struts and strut mounts the front end noise was completely gone. There's no question I was given the run around by C Mark's and taken advantage of.In short avoid C Mark's at all costs. I don't believe them to be honest and they will take advantage of customers wherever they can doing unnecessary work.

It's really hard to find a great Auto mechanic shop these days that is honest. Especially if you're a woman. C.Mark is the best place. I've used them for years and they always do a great job. Honest place and great work.

My wife and I travel with our motorhome and our vehicle. We heard a noise in the front end of our vehicle and askedsome friends who we can go to. They recommended Cmark. I called and made an appointment for the next morning. We arrived at 8 a.m. and by 8:15 someone was looking at our vehicle. After 45 minutes and two test drives they came back to tell us everything they checked and they found nothing wrong with our vehicle at all. I ask them how much for the diagnostic service and they said nothing bring it back when there's a real problem. Traveling extensively as we do it is hard to find reputable Services when it comes to Car Care. They could have charged us $200 just for the diagnostic but instead chose to give it to us for free. Now I know when I'm traveling in South Florida this is going to be the only place I go to. Even if it's a ride it's worth it to get honest reputable service.

C. Mark's has a long standing great reputation in the area.I trust them with my vehicles and my safety.They are caring, fair and are customer satisfaction oriented.This is a busy shop with well trained technicians.

Horrible service and Mark, the owner didn't care. I had a Trailer Hitch installed , and they didn't program it. Then 5 weeks later, it stops working, and I find out that they didn't push the electrical connectors all the way together. Costed me an extra $480 and two more trips. He could care less. Horrible Place - avoid avoid avoid
