The dealership's service center is going to have dealership prices, but the service is truly top notch. Marcos was excellent, and kept me well informed each step of the repair. I took in my 14 year old car, fully expecting it to be ready sometime the next week. The service center finished a water pump replacement, among other services, within 24 hours of when I accepted the diagnosis.I drove away very impressed.

One of the best experiences I have had. Maegan in service is amazing. I am not a customer of the Fort Myers dealership but she treated me like I was, she got my car right in, replaced the tire and got me out the door so I could be home safe with my family. My next BMW from the dealership, even though I don t live in this market.

Megan and Marcos are incredible. Part of the reason you pay for a BMW is the driving experience but what should be known is the service that may or may not come with that. Megan on two occasions was phenomenal with her customer service. She went out of her way to make it sure I was comfortable and satisfied and efficiently answered any of our questions. She clearly is knowledgeable and able to explain to a layman what needs to be repaired and why.. she s personable, sweet and knows her vehicles! Marcos on one occasion went over and above to help me when my vehicle needed to be serviced. I had an emergency with a client and he ensured I had a loaner and turned everything around in 4 hours. These two truly make me enjoy the servicing of my ultimate driving experience, pleasurable.

Carol in service was very accommodating. She got me a rental and then a loaner. She made sure I knew everything that was done to repair car. She is a great asset for Fort Myers BMW. Everyone else that I came in contact with were also very helpful.

The service department functions like a well oiled machine. The moment you drive in until you drive out you re very well taken care of every step of the way.The welcoming staff in the garage that walk right up to your car immediately after pulling in. The service writers. The thorough and prompt communications. Even the cashier. And the garage attendant again when your car gets pulled up after being washed and vacuumed. Very well orchestrated service from beginning to end.

A fantastic experience. We were traveling south from South Carolina when the check engine light came on. I called BMW Fort Meyers to explain what was happening. The service department was able to squeeze me in the next morning. They did te diagnostic test and solved the problem. Scott was a wonderful guy to get me in and out in a short time. Highly recommend this BMW Service.

I brought my car to BMW of Fort Myers yesterday.Marcos Polanco promptly checked me in , reviewed the recommended service., and gave me the estimated completion time. While waiting,I received a link that took me to a video that showed my car on a lift with a running narrative of what the mechanic was inspecting . The audio and visual quality was excellent. The service was completed in the time Marcos said it would take.Check out was a breeze, and the car was washed looking better than when I arrived. Good experience! Thanks Marcos!

In the past service was frustrating to say the least. It got fantastic when there was a new temporary service manager. When he left I was worried. Today I dealt with Scott who was great! He got me in and out within a very reasonable amount of time and communication throughout the process was excellent. Not worried anymore and I will always try to deal with Scott.

Easy to make your appointment right online and save to your calendar. Pull right in to the service department where a service manager is there to assist you. All questions and concerns are addressed professionally. My manager was Frank Silva he was courteous, knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. I did not have to wait long. Very pleasant experience.

Marcos was great the staff was amazing as well in the service center. They offered me water and coffee too. Only thing I d like to mention that needs immediate attention is there is no changing table anywhere in the building. They did allow me to use an unoccupied space upstairs to change my newborn on a chair.

I got a flat tire while traveling for work. I called BMW of Fort Myers Service Center and got in touch with Scott Miller. He explained to me that with run flat tire, I am safe to make it to the service center. Upon arriving,, I was met at the entrance, Scott took my information, and I was fit in to the schedule to replace my tire. The whole experience was handled with professionalism and care.

My Service Advisor was Marcos P. and he did an excellent job. He explained the required service on my BMW X7 and walked me through the bill when the service was complete. I was told the work would take about three hours and I was pleasantly surprised when the mechanic had my car done in a little less than two hours. Over all the facility was clean and very guest oriented. I won t hesitate to return when additional service is needed.

On Thursday 4/4 I discovered my vehicle was leaking oil and had a coolant issue. This is a rather newer car and due to the nature of the discovery I called roadside assistant to have it towed to a dealer for warranty work and to avoid further damage to the vehicle. Trying to be considerate of BMW Roadside Assistance time and cost I had my car towed to BMW of Fort Myers as this has always been the closest option to my house. Normally, I use Germain BMW as their service department has always been amazing. On Friday, I visited BMW of Fort Myers to hopefully be placed in a loaner car as my car is still under its CPO warranty. They stated they were out of loaners and that I would be responsible for paying for my own rental car if I wanted one. My vehicle previously had a faulty engine gasket just a few months ago and I was provided an all expensed paid rental car through Germain BMW. I asked for the service manager and stated I was previously given a rental car through Germain BMW when this issue happened last and they covered the bill under the CPO warranty. The manager dismissed it and said Every BMW dealership is independently run and it s up to the dealers. I stated that regardless of your policy, this car was just in the shop for an oil leak issue at Germain, so this should be a scenario in which a rental car is paid for as it s a reoccurring issue. His response was, It seems like a Germain workmanship issue not ours. After I noticed I wasn t getting anywhere I went ahead and rented a car as I was not going to sit in the dealership all day. From a Corporate Branding/Experience perspective it is appalling corporate allows two different dealerships within the same area to have such contrast in their business procedures. Maybe it s because Germain is a family-owned business and Fort Myers is owned by a Sonic who puts profits before service. It s simply like going to McDonalds in Naples and having a completely different burger than a burger in Fort Myers. That wouldn t happen, they have standards set across the company that represent their brand. Additionally, how does a dealer-operator who operates a luxury brand not go above and beyond for their clients? I remember my fiancs air control unit went bad in her CPO Volkswagen Tiguan and even they provided her a rental car at no cost.In addition to the rental car experience it is truly astonishing to see the difference it workmanship between two service centers. When my engine gasket in Naples went bad they changed a list of parts that had been considered consequential damaged by the gasket going bad. However this time around I asked the service advisor what was being replaced & they stated the gasket and a pump. I specifically remembered the spark plugs being replaced the previous time and asked about the spark plugs. The response I received was that is a wear & tear item and that it would not covered. I asked if it should be replaced under the term consequential damage. I specifically remembered the spark plugs housing being covered in oil so how could that not be replaced. I would be rather upset if they had gone bad in months due to the contamination of oil. What is even more astonishing is that they had the audacity to document on the paperwork that the engine well was cleaned of oil. When I arrived home & performed my own inspection, once again I found oil starting to pool on top of the spark plugs and the engine cover soaked in oil as they had not cleaned it at the dealer. It took three attempts of pressing paper towel/microfiber clothes on the engine cover to get all the oil out.I have reached out to now 3 managers & have not heard from any of them & I will not stop going up the BMW NA chain until I feel my voice is heard on this situation. The level of service at this dealership has been sub par & the facts speak for itself. In the last 6 months this dealership has received 24 1 stars reviews now 25

Typically I have had great service at BMW FTM but this last time was different. The gentleman although very nice was confused on the warranty plan. Didn t read previous information as he was trying to sell us a tire they just replaced. When we picked up the vehicle it was not cleaned as it was every other time. The settings were all reset, the time set to 24 hour, seating settings reset, all phones were no longer set. Not that this is that major of a deal but I m confused why an oil change, brake pads, and one tire reset the settings. It was not a pleasant experience this time around. I hope moving forward it goes back to the previous visits. The good news was the break pads and tire were in stock so the car was completed that day.

Servicing my car at BMW of Fort Myers on Saturday was excellent. the service manager was great. She Took time to explain what was included in the oil change. Told me approximately how long it would take. Also texted me while I waited. Then the car was washed and vacuumed and delivered back to me in beautiful condition. Also I received a video of the actual person working on my vehicle telling me exactly the shape of the car. It was an excellent appointment. I love doing business with BMW of Fort Myers.

Fantastic service as always. In at 8:00 out at 9:30 as planned. The assigned service advisor was in contact with me the entire time. Car was washed and detailed upon return. The waiting accommodations are very relaxing as a bonus. I always use the dealer for all PM's and / or repairs. Thank you BMW

I live part time in Southwest Florida, and needed repairs. This was my first visit and the team was excellent. I was able to make an appointment quickly, the intake process was efficient, my service manager Scott was knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and the work was done on time and below the estimate. Kudos!

This afternoon I had an appointment with BMW to change the oil of my wife's 2017 BMW X5. The appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, but when I arrived for the service, 2 and a half hours later, I was informed that they couldn't change the oil because the oil pan was damaged. They cited the high mileage on the car and the fact that I had changed the oil 14 times as reasons for the oil pan damage. When they explained this to me, I immediately requested to speak with the service manager for an explanation as to why they wouldn't fix it. He explained that changing the oil too many times, specifically 14 times, can lead to oil pan damage. I explained to him that I only bring the car to the BMW service center for oil changes, as they should be able to see it in the records, but he refused to listen or find a solution to the problem. The service manager at BMW in Fort Myers, Mr. Claude Babineau, never showed willingness to try to help me with the situation. You are trying to tell me that because I changed the oil approximately 14 times and drove 140,000 miles in six years, I am responsible for the damage that your technicians did to my BMW? That's why I always bring the car to your facility oil changes and maintenance that it requires so that it's done properly by BMW technicians, BMW provides specific instructions to you on when to perform oil changes and maintenance on our vehicles and as customers, we expect to receive good service.Changing the oil on our BMW X5 14 times over the last 5 to 6 years should not typically cause damage to the oil pan or the area where the oil plug goes. As long as the oil pan plug is properly installed and tightened to the manufacturer's specifications during each oil change, the risk of damaging the oil pan or the plug area is minimal. However, it is important for your mechanics to be cautious and follow proper procedures when changing the oil to avoid potential damage to the customer vehicle. I have been going to Fort Myers BMW dealer and service center since 2009, and everyone in the service department has always been very friendly, polite and willing to help the consumer at all times. However, today when I arrived to drop off my car for service, I made a comment to one of the service representatives asking why they seemed down in spirits, now I understand why, It seems that the service manager lacks the people skills and almost seems that the other representatives are unhappy in their positions because of who they have as a manager. This gentleman does not have people skills and does not know how to handle difficult situations and is definitely not willing to find solutions for consumers. We have purchased a total of 5 BMW vehicles from Fort Myers BMW and 4 minis from Mini of Fort Myers all part of the BMW group, and I am extremely disappointed in the customer service provided to us today, I had NEVER had an issue with this dealership before, but I can honestly say that after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This was my first time bringing my car to BMW of Fort Myers. The experience from the young lady who greeted me as I got out of the car to the gentleman who was my advisor, not sure of his title or name but he was from Conn originally, was nothing but top shelf. Everyone was friendly and could not be more helpful. The waiting area with coffee, hot choc and water was an added plus.

The employees at this dealership are kind when they talk to you, but not knowledgeable. The service writer didn't even know how to open my hood, i had to show him how to open it. I left with many unanswered questions. I had an 11:30 a.m. appointment for an oil and oil filter service. I arrived and was speaking to the service writer at 11:20 a.m. I was told to give them an hour to an hour and a half to complete the service. Finally, at 2:10 p.m. I was called to the cashier and was given a very brief description of what they have been doing with my car for 3 hours. An incomplete inspection and oil change, $160. I couldn't believe it, $160 for oil and filter, an incomplete inspection, and 3 hours of my day. To top it off, the technician scared my filter cap. It looks like he used a pipe wrench on it. Unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on in my neighborhood and my car was dusty when I took it in for service. When I finally got my car back there were fingerprints all over it. There were swipe marks on my hood, trunk lid, and doors. Unnecessary places the car needed to be touched for an oil service, it looked like my car had been finger keyed. I also have two new little paint imperfections on my passenger side door that weren't there before I took it in for service. I also ordered a couple small parts and was told they would be there in a couple days. It's been a week now and I haven't heard a word about the parts. So, in my opinion if you care about your car and your time I would not use this dealerships service center. You would be better off using a quick lube. You'll probably get the same if not better service at half the price. I am not impressed at all with BMW of Fort Myers service center.UPDATE: It's been 3 months and I have not heard a word from BMW of Fort Myers.

I am a fixed operations consultant with 40 years in dealer retail. My initial experience was pleasant and professional. However, there was a significant lack of communication. This led to my calling 2x and sending emails. No response. Not only was my vehicle not completed, I had to wait for the technician to complete services that were scheduled for completion the previous day. My car is pristine. It now has grease and hand prints on the fender tops despite your technician using fender covers. Additionally, it needs $2100 in additional repairs. Your advisor set the expectations that there wasn t any chance for additional repair during the initial inspection. I will not be returning for any future repairs or maintenance. All my client's are new car dealer's, striving for increased market share and retention. Communication and setting expectations, are paramount where need plus value equals sale. Your dealership failed.

I arrived a little early for my 4 pm oil change appointment. The check-in was fast and easy. They estimated 90 minutes and finished sooner than estimated. I waited in their very comfortable waiting room while using their Wi-Fi. A very pleasant experience!

To be fair, I left a luke warm review a few months ago, and for good reason. This service visit was a different story, everything went smoothly and there was a much better positive vibe in the dealership, Megan the Service Advisor was a breath of fresh air, pleasant and on top of things! Being an ex franchise dealer GM, I do however shake my head on how I could walk the lot for a half hour and nobody came out to see if I had any questions? I guess with the low inventory levels salesmanship isn t needed anymore?
