Last week Bitty's came out to my Condo to repair my boat trailer. The repairman did a great job, was honest and worked as quickly as possible to get my trailer back on the road. Great Service Bitty's! Thanks to Josie as well!

We had a kind of urgent repair with our slide out and an issue with our generator. They sent Kyle out quickly to help us and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed the issue quickly, took pictures and showed us exactly what was wrong. Very thorough. And Josie in the office is really quick to respond. They are honest and dependable. I will use them for all my RV repairs now.One week later update *****THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!! I can t say enough about their service - fast, HONEST, professional, fair pricing and just all around good people. My slide got fixed on time as promised. THANK YOU!!!!!Service: Electrical

We had a water leak under our RV oven.Called Bitty's Josie handled it where she could send a tech right away.Kyle checked everything out and found out bat plumbing part.Chris the owner brought the parts and did the repairs.Awesome company.Also surprised at the prices they have. Very reasonable.By the way. We're here visiting from North Carolina.

We were stuck in an out of the way campground with a coolant leak. Bitty's staff were all very professional and personal. They understood our frustration and that we needed to change campgrounds fairly soon. They fit us into the schedule and when concerns returned they were back at our camper to check again.Even after we left their service area, they were still concerned and willing to do what they could to work with the manufacturer to solve our problem.I can't recommend them highly enough. Certainly more stars than five are deserved.

Services: Waste tank leak and wheel bearing maintenanceWe are visiting Sanibel from Maine when we started experiencing leak issues. Josie got us on the schedule right away. Christopher took real interest in our situation, diagnosed and had a plan to address the problems. This was not a simple fix! He and his Dad(?) worked well as a team and pretty quickly had us back together and better than ever. These guys are the real thing and super professional. If you have RV repair needs, call Bitty's!!!

Called these folks. Good reviews. They called back quick. Came out checked my AC. Had a back up in the truck to use until the new one came in. Came back today. Installed the new one. All in 28 hour period. Fair price. Good communication. 110% thumbs up.

If you're looking for top-notch trailer repair services, look no further than Chris and his business! From start to finish, Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with - he was on time, fairly priced, and his work was impeccable. But what really set him apart was his fantastic attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for his clients. And, to make scheduling a breeze, his wife was available and super responsive to for scheduling. Super Polite, Super Honest, Super Helpful!!Hands down best mobile service company I have found so far!! I called them, They came right out to look at my air conditioner, mind you they were on their way from another service call .. they were literally here in less than 15 min came told me what I needed to do and wouldn t even except a tip, just asked me to come do a review!! We called Bitty s Mobile repair because we were having problems with a slider on our 5th wheel. Josie answered the phone and was friendly and helpful. She quickly got us scheduled. Christopher came to our RV park and examined our slider. He was very knowledgeable and provided several suggestions on maintaining the slider. Christopher arrived on time and was friendly and personable. We will definitely call again if we have any other issues!

Christopher was good about communication and quick about getting the job done.Bitty's was very reasonable with the price.I had all four tires (and a spare) changed (at my site) on a 39ft 5th Wheel RV...I would definitely recommend him and use him again myself!

Chris is awesome! The handle on the toilet in our RV broke off. We called Bitty s mobile repair, And Chris was out within a couple of hours. Although he was unable to fix it, he did work with our insurance company and ordered a new toilet. Chris kept us informed about the delivery of the new product and then was back to fix it as soon as it arrived. His prices are very fair and reasonable, his workmanship excellent, he is dependable, and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone, and in fact we are having him come back to do some more work on our RV. Thank you Chris! Vikki and Den Pignatelli

I had a very good experience with this company the first time. The second time I had some communication issues but they reached out. Decided against the job because of the material they insisted had to be used and wouldn't warranty the product I asked for for sealant.

Chris is a competent, pleasant, and honest mobile RV technician. He repaired our computerized RV HVAC system even though he had to deal with 3 different manufacturers to determine the problem. He stuck with it, fixed it, and his bill was very reasonable.

Chris has helped me repair several problems on my coach. He is prompt, honest and fair and does great work. He has worked on 5 or 6 of my campground neighbors and everyone has the same opinion. In the Fort Myers area, he is the man.

Christopher responded to my call and advised me when he would arrive in advance. He quickly diagnosed the problem we had with an awning in our coach that had come loose making it impossible to travel. He went right to work and had all the right tools to fix it. He was courteous and efficient.

Having been locked out of my campervan for 7 hours (and waiting for Triple AAA no show) Bitty's mobile repair came to help another customer but jumped into action and within minutes I was back into my van. If only there were more than 5 stars I could give Chris an accurate review. He is the kind of person we all hope to do business with but rarely ever find. He s kind, fair, thorough, professional and a person I d refer without a second thought. As he was working I was thinking how nice it felt to have a person I can call whenever I need help without having to be on guard. I told him he s The Salt of the Earth and he is. He passed on savings of the products to us, made suggestions unrelated to his job that he knew would benefit us, showed up EARLY cuz there was a storm coming and didn t want to put us off, offered to make other repairs without a service fee next time cuz he ll be in the area who does that?!?! Chris does. He stayed and helped fix a vent filter with his zip ties cuz ours were too short like he had nowhere else in the world to be. I m happy if I can support him and his business with this review- my first ever Google review!! He came and gave us a price Monday and it s installed and done on Thursday!!
