Worse experience. Was there for 4 hours. Didn t have the tire tools they needed. Beat on my lug nut on so bad trying to get it off, it had to be drilled out(by another place, this place told me they couldn t do anything with it after they beat the lug nut into the rim I went in for a tire rotation. Guy was nice, but didn t seem like they had experience in what they were doing. Won t go back.

Normally I wouldn't go back and leave a review of like 6 months later but I use snap finance and purchased a set of tires and an alignment for my vehicle. Well that morning I was on the interstate and my car did not shake prior to getting my new tires. Well after I got my new tires and my alignment immediately my car was shaking. So I go back and I told them I don't think that the tires are balanced and he pulls them all off and puts them on the machine to balance them again. And I leave and my car is still shaking and he says it's my CV joints. I don't have a lot of money which is exactly why I was financing my tires and the alignment and making payments on them. So I've been driving my car around shaking for 6 months. To the point where I just went into a new tire shop and got two new tires for my vehicle in the front because both front tires that I've had for 6 months or so worn down that you could see the thread on the inside of the tires. The other tire shop puts on the two new tires on my car stopped shaking. So needless to say it was human error or the new tires that I purchased from this place that was causing my vehicle to shake. I will never return as I now have two new tires on the front of my vehicle and I'm still paying for the four if this place gave me. Along with the alignment that they gave me my car still pulled after I got the alignment. Proceeded your own caution.

Ordered parts on Saturday, guarantee Thursday delivery. Call me Thursday to make sure we're ordering the right parts after I was told they were ordered. So apparently there weren't ordered. Was told they'd be in so we could do the job on the following Saturday, the following Thursday they came in. Horrible communication from the son. His famous words "I got you". Was told a job would take roughly an hour, over 2 and 1/2 hours later my wife is still sitting there waiting for the work to finish. Worst communication with any business I ever dealt with. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. And to show you how honest I was his dad told me it was going to be 150 bucks even though I knew it was 600. We could have skipped on the bill but I'm not that type of person which tells you who's honest here.

Owner told me to return on 8/2 at 8:30 AM when they open got there at 8 waited until 8:45 no sign of anyone. While I was waiting there was a return customer there saying they put his wheel on incorrectly and had a severe wobble. No thank you I was out never even been a customer but didn t start off well

friendly staff when we were buying. after 2 months we had a problem with a tire and they did not want to help. owner or manager very rude and sarcastic

Got rims, amazing Michelin tires and my calipers painted here. Amazing family business. Mr Ariel and his daughter Luisa treated us like family and did a fantastic job on my SUV. Gracias Don Ariel y Luisa!

Such an amazing staff and great deals. Had a chance to get fixed my car and now runs perfectly.The crew helps and explain diligently for any questions. And fixed the engine quicker than any other place I've ever been. Fully recommend

Erick was a huge help and super friendly! What an amazing experience! I wont go ANYWHERE else.... even as I was waiting for my tires to come in, seeing him help others and seeing return customers sold me on my 5 star rating for this place! I felt at home and not just someone spending money. Treating me like family! I'll be back!

Have use them a couple times and price is great and service is quick. With everyone busy during this holiday season they still got me in and out fast. They have a large inventory as well

This is the best place to get your tires. The owner is fair and honest and will give you the best price and service. I'm a former employee and have since moved to ocala and still travel to ft Myers to purchase from him. No matter who you are he will treat you like family.

Great prices and friendly staff. They got both of our cars done within the hour. It's great that they are willing to put on tires you bring in yourself as some companies won't allow it. Very satisfied with their service.

Make sure you check your tires after they mount them! Brought a tire in to repair a puncture. They re- mounted the tire backwards on the rim. Guess they couldn't see tire direction rotation arrow on side of the tire? Surprising for a tire shop!

Erick and the guys down at Big Doctor Tires are GREAT! Erick is always willing to take time to help you out and make sure you are getting exactly what you want. They are quick and efficient at installing and super friendly! I had an issue I went to Erick and without hesitation he fixed the problem which he had no obligation to do. I highly recommend this tire shop to anyone who wants quality and friendly service. If I could give it 25 stars I would do so.Ronnie Chamberlain

They are liers. Says open till 6:30. Told me they could replace tire if I arrived by 6. Arrived at 5:53. They said, We are sorry, tire guy has left. I do not and will not ever recommend liers.

Well I was legitimately happy with this company up until one of my tires which is covered under warranty started messing up. I was told Erik would get back to me regarding information to have this matter resolved only AFTER arguing with everyone there for a hour and a half when I had come from my main mechanic and had everything on my truck checked throughly. When my tires were rotated I had a massive vibration in the front when my tires were rotated back to their original state again the vibration was mildly noticeable in the rear. I absolutely had respect for these guys until Saturday when they were talking disrespectfully about me in spanish thinking I didn't understand them. I also told their new mechanic to stop calling me Hunny. I will be contacting the BBB along with my attorney regarding my tires which are fully covered under warranty. If my tire explodes I will not be held accountable for something I have records of in conversations with the owner and his son. All I asked was my tires be taken care of accordingly and they decided to get ignorant and ignore a customer. If my brakes that were also done by them and are covered under warranty with them have issues best believe I will be sueing. I absolutely am not going to allow anyone to take advantage of me.They've lost my business along with everyone I have sent their way!

I had a great exsperience there and would definately go back and would refer anyone to go there first!!! A big thankyou to Eric and Manny!!!!! They replaced my tires, brakes, oil change all in a matter of a couple hours! You can also get a loan thru Acima in a matter of minutes there! Great payment plan, which I recieved and it saved the day and my week, as i drive alot for my work and did not have enough money to have my car fixed!!!! Thanks again, Big Doctor Tires. Sold me two different kinds of tires saying one will last longer. Vehicle bounced so hard until I got new tires from somewhere else. This was after the third time of either being sold to me with a hole prexisting in the tire.

How do you sell tires and yet can't balance a tire these people care more about taking ur money then they do for your safety never would I ever recommend anyone get a tire from this place at all been driving like there's a bubble on my tire thanks to them and to make life better my lady Is pregnant and they think it's funny having me drive like this
