I have dealt with numerous other body shops and I have to say that this was one of the nicest and accommodating shops I have dealt with. My repair was minor and they took care of it in record time as I was heading back north for the summer so time was a consideration. Their price was more than fair and the job was very well done. I highly recommend them.

Dylan, Joe and Angel are awesome! I had a small dent in my car during my Fort Myers vacation. Time was very short before we had to fly back. Dylan was very quick in providing an estimate, ordering parts in a very timely manner. Fixed the rental car in just an hour. It saved us a lot of hassle with the rental car company! I would highly recommend these guys over other nearby body shops. Cheers!

We first used Beach Fender Mender last year to repair our right front side after a minor collision. Their quote was competitive and they did an excellent job. There are no visible signs of the damage we had. We used them again this year to flush out a nest under the hood, in the engine compartment. Again, great job, quick turnaround and reasonable price. They did a minor touch up for us gratis, which we appreciated. They are very professional and pleasant people. We happily recommend their services.

I'm very disappointed with the services this place has 6 months ago i went into labor and hit a curb on the way to the hospital popping 2 tires and a bent rim my car was towed there and they offered to fix it after getting the 2 tires and rim they told me I needed a rack and pinion they had my car for a month costing over 2000$ when I picked it up it still wasn't right and started making a sound I called them to bring it back and they told me sorry its an engine problem every mechanic ive talked to since has told me that has nothing to do with the steering and now my car is even worse im afraid to drink it it makes a loud humming noise and sounds like the front tires are gonna fall off they were supposed to call me back with a solution and never did they don't care about their customers I paid them to mess up my car!

I recently needed a new tailgate due to being hit in a parking g lot. Danielle and her crew did a great job at a fair price. A problem developed a few days after I picked up the car. I brought it back and they worked on it again for no additional cost until they fixed the issue. They were very nice about honoring their all work guaranteed wording on their window. They are incredibly busy because they are honest people who do quality work. If your car needs work, take it here.

As snow birds we started our trip back north today with our F-150 loaded to the brim and fully prepared to get a few hundred miles out of the way before stopping but of course the truck had other plans!The alternator went out on our way to the highway and we were stranded on the side of the road but not for long!! Not only did we get picked up within 30 minutes of breaking down but they replaced the alternator and we are back on the road in less than two and a half hours.Such great work ethic and helpful staff, we will be back next winter for all our vehicle repairs!Services: Engine repair, Car towing

What a great experience! After getting 3 estimates from other body shops around town, and being told that there was a 3 month wait for my car to be fixed, I went to Beach Fender Mender. They took me right away, my car was ready the next day, and, they were a fraction of the price of all of my other estimates. I am now a loyal customer to them. Also, they were very nice and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend!

Excellent. I had a small door ding and they took me in right away, fixed it faster than they estimated, and did a great job. I was traveling when they finished, but they were happy to hold the car until I returned. Friendly, professional, and excellent work. Highly recommended.

This is the worst bodyshop in all of swfl, my car has been around for 4 months, supposedly it was 6 weeks and they still don't have an estimate completion date, when you go there they only tell you lies, saying next week it's ready blah blah blah and it s not , I only recommend it stay away from this place. This is disrespectful.

This review is long overdue.. I am beyond grateful for Beach Fender Mender! About a year ago I was without a car and my kids wanted to go see their grandparents and spend time with their cousin in Virginia for Christmas and New Year s. I saw a car for sale out in front of Beach Fender Mender and thought to stop by in a couple days to check it out, but by then it had already sold. I was heartbroken. Doug told me how much the car sold for and it was right around what I could afford to spend. He called me a little later and said Hey, I have an 08 HHR that I can sell you close to that price. I was overjoyed!! I checked it out and the a/c wasn t working and the brakes were bad-I thought oh MAN more $$ , but no.. They, felt for my situation fixing both for free and I was on my way! We made it to Virginia, and had a wonderful time with my family! The kids spent pretty much the whole time playing with their cousin. We drove back to Florida after New Year s and I m still driving it today. I thank everyone at Beach Fender Mender for making our holiday prayers come true.With my Greatest Thanks,Mike

I took our Tornado damaged car there too. Stood right in front of a guy at theCounter for 10 minutes. He was adding up a statement and was interrupted by a woman in the office. They started yelling at each other. She went to her office. Another 5 minutes passed. He left and no one acknowledged I was a potential customer. I left feeling dissapointed. Won't go back there and waste my time with them.Should not be advertising in Tropicana newslettersService: General repairs & maintenance

Have my car for going on 4 month since the tornado only passenger side was damaged and windshield, every time I call different excuse why car isn't done, 4 times I was told car is done pick up I 2 day's 2 day's come not done. Very disappointed in them never will I go back to them. Insurance company paid them over 10,000 $ before thay even started on my car that's why no hurry to fixed it. Won't ever recommend them ever.

Recently had my car repaired and painted at Beach Fender Mender. They quoted me three prices which depended on the repair I wanted. They did an excellent job on the repair. Also, Dylan gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was ready...super service. Ali was so nice and helpful. The car was ready when they promised.

Beach Fender Mender is my go to place for auto body work in Fort Myers. Their prices are very fair and by past experience, sometimes less than other places. In my experience, many other auto body places don't even want to quote a job when you tell them it is going to be a private pay job (no insurance). They also live up to their promises about how long the repair will take. After my past experiences, I skip the other places and go straight to Beach Fender Mender. I know that they will take care of me for a fair price and in a timely manner. Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These people talk a good game, but they have a lot of errors. I had my car painted there about two and a half years ago when the owners were on vacation and they failed to reconnect the windshield washer, the trunk and engine lids don't fit properly and now the clearcoat is peeling in spots. They charge top of the line prices and do not do top of the line quality work. Watch out.

Here on vacation and my car broke down on Fort Myers beach. They could not tow my car but told me who to call. Repaired my car the next day and waited for me after hours to pick up the car. Replaced the alternator.Excellent job Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Working with this automotive repair shop has been a very bad and costly experience. My door handle fell off my car and I had purchased one on the internet. Before I attempted to visit the repair shop, I called to see if they could assist me with putting the door handle back on the car. One of the owners, Danielle, agreed and I brought my car in. The mechanic proceeded to take my entire door apart only to find out that the door handle did not fit. At that time he was supposed to put the door back together so I could be on my way. Unfortunately, I sat waiting patiently for over 2 and 1/2 hours. I ordered a new door handle from Beach Fender Mender at a whopping $97 in hopes they would be able to put everything back together in tact. Eventually, the mechanic haphazardly put the panel back on the door and rigged a shoddy temporary handle. As I drove the car the following days, the window began to rattle, shake and sounded loose. I went back to the repair shop after calling them for a few days to make sure the handle was in the store. I never recieved calls back. When I went back to the shop, I met the owner and explained my situation. He immediately became rude with me and made comments about how it was my fault that I brought my own door handle in. With much disdain, he found the door handle and told me again that it was my fault because I had to leave and his mechanic had to quickly put the door panel back on. I explained to him that this was unacceptable practices and the work was done haphazardly. I left with a car that was in worse shape than when I brought it in. After leaving the shop and the owner with the rude attitude, my window fell through the loosely fitted door panel and broke. It was a holiday so I could not call to get it handled. The owner is a rude, unhelpful, nasty person. I would never bring a vehicle to this shop again- not even for a simple task. Needless to say, a simple repair has cost me a lot of extra money and a lot of unwanted stress.
