Brendan and his guys are the absolute best!!! My sons truck was a hot mess a mechanics nightmare! It was not an easy task but they figured out and fixed it. His communication skills and honesty are hard to come by these days. His pricing is fair too! I highly recommend him.Thank you !!!!

I didn't have any work done, but I was given a lot of information about the issues I called in for.These guys do the research and let you know what they find.If you have questions or you aren't sure what's going on, I highly recommend coming here to get a better answer.If it isn't in their wheelhouse they'll let you know too in case a repair is very specific or requires specialized tools they don't have.

BRENDAN IS THE ONLY MECHANIC who resolved my issues! My 2016 Honda Pilot was shaking every time my gear changed. The best thing that happened was Amaco had a three week wait and I was referred to BRENDAN from some mutual friends.For several months, my pilot has been giving me issues because I have a good amount of miles on it. I had a couple of opinions prior to finally meeting. Was it a torque converter, catalytic converter or something else.Surgeons are not the only ones that can diagnose and operate. Great mechanics are truly hard to find.I will never go to any other shop again.BC Automative is the best!!!! Friendly, honest and affordable. Where can you find all 3??? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL- Went into this establishment to get some work done on my car. Spoke with the owner to get a quote that was fairly reasonable and set up the drop off to have the work done. He calls me in the morning advising me about the low gas on the car and that he would need to put some in and he would add it to the bill, which I was never opposed to. All I said was that the fuel tank wasn't empty, had 40 miles left. Then he got so upset because apparently I was trying to tell him how to do his job?!!@ Really, that's what he got from that? So then he refused to do the work, after I dropped off the vehicle the night before and set up arrangement to use someone else's vehicle for the week . Very unprofessional and rude. Must have woken up on the wrong side of his boyfriends bed. If you do meet this guy, someone PLEASE give this man a HUG before he blows a gasket.....which hopefully he can replace. 0 stars btw

The people at BC Automotive were very professional and very informative on the problems on my car. They were able to get the parts and do the work on the car in a reasonable amount of time as they said. They even went above and beyond giving me a ride home when the car was not finished due to a part not fitting properly and I didn t have a back up ride.They re pricing was fair and I would definitely use them again.

Brandon, Bill & Tracy have gone above and beyond for me as usual.As a woman who only knows the basics about cars, it can be intimidating to go to a shop. They have always been honest, accurate, informative, professional and friendly.Added bonus, they are happy to work on diesel cars which is rare.

How far would you go to find an honest and reliable mechanic?When it comes to a trusting mechanic that takes care of your vehicle as his own, Brendon came with top accolades. My truck is my livelihood and for that, even 120 miles was not out of the way. Brendon helped me make an educated decision based on my goals and budget. I had my transmission replaced and I can now drive with the peace of mind that the job was done right. Thanks!

Highly recommend BC automotive for any vehicle issues. Always honest with excellent pricing! I have used them multiple times for service repair and always highly satisfied with the service I receive. Also, I have recommended many friends and family members to have the highly qualified crew of BC automotive to service their vehicles and everyone has been highly satisfied with the service they received! 5 star service hands down!

A good friend suggested this company, and we are so glad he did! we are a small local company, we have one box truck that we use for business, it had been at another automotive company and still wasn't running properly, BC Automotive brought our vehicle in without an appointment and in less than a week they had us out of the door and back in business. The price was affordable and the work impeccable, these are the only mechanics we use! This company told the truth gave us an affordable price and fixed the problem that's what I came there for and this is why I'm coming back!

This is a local business you can count on to do a superb job every time. You can trust these guys with your car and money. Just like the rest of these reviews state, take your car here for anything you need. They are always busy, so definitely make an appointment. Thank you Brennan and team!

Absolute rip off! Get any diagnosis or repair quote on paper before you leave your car with them. The lady on call stated they'd check our car without any fee but charged us a whopping $75 for "diagnosis". I understand no service is ever free but I expect honesty and upfront pricing.

These people are cheats. I needed a ignition coil change and the guy priced me for $700 to change all 4 coils and said some rubbish about Nissan ignition coils being expensive and hes only going to change me $150 for labor and also that it takes an hour to change the coils. Well that all was a lie. The coils sell for $200 for 4 and it only took me 20 mins to change it myself. My car is working fine now and I am glad I didn't waste my money at this place with its rude employees.

I brought my 2004 Nissan pathfinder in for repair. I was told by two other repairs shops that i needed a new steering rack to the tune of 1200-1800 dollars. BC automotive was able to repair what i had without replacement for 130 dollars. This shop has an honest owner and trustworthy mechanic's. All of my future repairs will be done here.

Always honest and fair priced. Prompt when you need a quick oil change and willing to take the time to discuss options when it's a bigger issue. I've been going here for years and have never had a problem. BC Automotive, thank you for the awesome service.

I had an annoying problem with my S-type Jaguar. It would shut down in traffic and was difficult to restart. Brenden at BC Automotive was great, even though the "codes" were confusing. He patiently worked through the problem, even bringing in someone with access to the Jaguar codes. The problem has now been fixed and my car is running great again. The parts/repair charges were very fair. I can highly recommend Brenden and BC Automotive. He is a professional and will treat and charge you fairly.

i broke down on the highway during my move to fort myers on a saturday. they were the only ones i could find on google maps that were open. george told me to have the car towed to the shop and leave the key in the slot. over the next couple days i got bad news of an engine block cracked. george shopped around and quoted me a fix but getting it towed to a scrap yard was a no brainer. i apologized to BC auto for having my car take up a spot in their lot without spending money with them, but they were empathetic to my situation and said no worries. they never tried to 'fake fix' something, and were very friendly the entire time. i will take my new car straight to these honest gents anytime. thank you for helping me through a tough situation BC!

Called twice no answer and voicemail was full when the man called me back he was very rude when I told him his price was higher then usual places he responded then go somewhere else and hung up on me very unprofessional and I disgusting behaviorthe company I work for uses him and that s why I called for my personal vehicle but I will be talking to the owner today to push for another company to work with.The right thing to do is to explain why he is higher or work with me ,For a business to make $30 less is better then zero.There s enough nastiness in the world.

If not for the delay in finishing my service I would post 5 stars. That being said, 4 Stars is a "very good". My sole owner 1988 IROC Camero is rocking like new. Thanks Brendon
