Great customer service. I called to schedule an appointment, but they said it was first come, first served. I needed a new battery and oil change. They got me in quickly and took about an hour to service my truck. This auto repair store may not be the cheapest but aren't the most expensive either. They juggled three or four customers while I waited. I debated going to the GMC dealership across town, but I am glad I went to this shop just around the corner instead!!

Charlie is an absolute gem! We brought our CRV in this week with what turned out to be a catastrophic failure and he went completely out of his way to diagnose our car to make sure there wasn't anything else to fix and then went even more out of his way to recommend a car for private sale that might work for us. Charlie is amazing, and we are thrilled to have done business with him, regardless of the outcome. Thank you!

All I can say is nice people but their mechanics are certainly not very qualified to be mechanics. Brought my car in because it would not start no crank nothing. At first was told it was the starter so they changed it but didn t get the car to start. Still charged me for labor. They kept telling me it was one thing after another. They obviously couldn t diagnose what the problem was. Really bad communication as well because I was the one always calling them to hear an update. After 2 days in the shop they still weren t sure what it could be. Told them to stop any further evaluations before they charged me for more. So I towed my car once again to another shop where they will certainly be able to diagnose the problem. Will never go back to this shop

Great place, when you go to a repair shop you never get to see the owner but you will always see him there. Charlie is a GODLY man and it shows in him.

This is a business done old world style. Friendly, prompt, reasonable pricing.The gentlemen who run Bayshore Truck and Auto care about their customers like you wouldn't believe!!They work you in easily and with a smile and don't charge an arm and a leg. Also work with you on payments. Unbelievable in this day and age. Since I found Charlie and his crew I haven't taken my car anywhere else...the do it all. Absolutely 100% recommend them to one and all.

Took my car in last Thursday, late afternoon, only knowing for sure that I needed a new radiator. They called me back about 8am the very next morning saying it would be done that day by 2pm. Less than 24 hours after I took it in! Very reasonable prices and a great, friendly staff!! If I could give more stars I would!!

My wife had such an excellent experience with a nail in the tire, I decided to give them a shot fixing my SUV. All I can say is WOW, fantastic service! Friendly interactions and I felt they were honest mechanics and billing. So sent the wife's car back there for a tuneup also with friendly experience.

These guys are great! They treated me like family and did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need they even talk to me out of putting money into my vehicle because they were afraid that things would keep going wrong so they suggested that I didn't these guys were top-notch and we'll tell you the truth every time you cannot mess up by going to these guys go talk to Charlie, Billy, or clay in the office and tell them I sent you :-)

I have spent over $1500 on oil leak ,car shaking when I hit the gas, 2 new tires I have returned to this place4 times and every time I go back they don't fix the problem and there is something new wrong with my car. And I am charged for work that he does that he didn't tell me about until I get there to pick up my car. I am so unhappy with this establishment. My father in law needed a new air conditioning compressor. He was quoted $1600 he went to piney auto and they quoted $1000. Something is wrong with that pic. Do not waste your money or time hereServices: Tires, Engine repair, Brakes

Great service and fair pricing. They fixed our son's car after others said it was junk and it couldn't be fixed. They took it from junk to safe. We have had them do all of our work on our motor home, pickup and car. Always happy!

I walked in the door looking for a yes and I received a bunch of nose from the staff I just needed a tire change no one was in a rush to help they didn't have the equipment to change my tire and they were more unhappy to tell me where I could go to get better service

This place is the greatest!!! I broke down with my car (engine done) had the car towed to their place. Since i live 3 hours away and was just traveling by they tried everything to get my car on the road the same day. Unfortunately it was not fixable but even though they didnt make any money off of me they were very helpful and helped me in any way they could, very kind hearted family business!!!!!!!!!Service: Engine repair

Super nice people. Hit a brick on the highway and was dragging something under my car. Stopped here and they immediately got my car on the lift and it was luckily just a broken mounting bracket. Removed it and replaced it with a new one. They didn't even wanna charge me since it was super easy. They even said "we don't do this to get rich just to help the community". Really good place!

The guys here are so nice. My truck needed some work because my goats ate my brake lights and other wiring (no joke) and they took the time to figure all the wiring issues out and had my truck fixed in no time. Would recommend them to anyone. Super nice Christian folks.

Absolute pleasure to have met these folks. He was a joy to meet, a good fair man. They even took me home (live really close) and then delivered my car back to my house. As a widow I appreciatedthem doing such a kindness.

First time using their services and was very impressed with there service. I had to have my car looked at cause I couldn't figure out why it would not shift, they was able to pin point what was wrong and was able to help me in getting it fixed my self. The whole staff is outstanding and was very friendly to me and other customers. I would recommend using their services for your vehicle. They can also try and help you sell your vehicle.

These guys tried to charge me 800 dollars to replace my fuel pump! I paid 65 dollars for them to put it on a code reader but ended up watching a U tube video and with the help of a friend we did it ourselves in about an hour, it cost 140 for new fuel pump! I won't recommend this place to anyone, the guys were super friendly but way too expensive.

Great, friendly service! If you just want car maintenance services and don't mind the looks of the place, then this is the place for you. They even drive you home if you live nearby for services that take a bit longer.

Friendly staff. Unable to fix my vehicle. 3 days to tell me what I learned already at a local auto parts store, except now it cost $76. I can't comment on the work they do.
