Very dishonest owner. Just bought a set of rims and tires that came missing part and damaged rim that I didn t see when I drove off their shop in a hurry to go to work in the evening. I noticed the damage when I parked the truck. Went there the next morning which was a Friday, had a sign on the door saying they were closed for the remaining weekend.Went there Monday, they took pictures of the damaged rim, said the owner wasn t there till later in the day but he would call me to discuss. Waited another 2 days no once called. I went there this morning and met Matt the owner, he was very indifferent with my presence there. (Of course he already got my money why bother right?) I had to ask him to come outside and look at the damage. Not only he refused to take ownership but also insulted me asking my age and saying that at this age I should have common sense saying that I hit a concrete and walked away from me.As you can see the photo the rim structure sticks out about 2 inches, it s virtually impossible to hit that angle without damaging the tire and the part that sticks out of the rim.I guess it s fair to say he is actually the one who has no common sense and no brain for not only disrespect the client like that and say such statements.Definitely not recommend other than stay away.

Any upgrades to my trucks, I always come here. Good prices and great people to work with that are skilled. They don t mess around, they take care of business, and do it in a professional, timely manner. They stand behind their work, and communication is great. I would always recommend anybody to this company.

I have been going to badass rides for awhile now to get tires every now and then. Every time I go now the prices are getting higher and higher. The last time I went they ripped the bead on my tire and caused a bubble and made me pay for it and blamed it on me. And the other tire they remounted has 4 small bubbles on it and not holding air. Badass rides is not how they used to be

Absolutely great! Barbara is fantastic. They lady at the front desk. If I got her name correct.Got a replacement grill for my Audi A4. Only took a hour.They won my business. More work to come!!

They damaged my car months ago when installing new tires for me. It took such a long time and Matt said they would fix the damage. After months of waiting for the part to come in from Germany, I spoke with Matt last week, and he said to come in the morning because he has never replaced this part before and does not know how long it will take. I came in today, I get handed the part and told they will not be installing it. Matt then shows up and tells me they bought the part, but will not install and will not cover the fee for someone else installing it.

Grate customer service, they work as a team in the shop. All the guys i talked too had good advise. They did grate work and had a vast selection of products to choose for my ride.

I spent hours at other tire shop to installed my tire on my C7 corvetteI finally end up at Badass ride it was done in second, these are nice they know what they are doing, best team ever .

I've worked in customer service for many years and I have never received such excellent service like I did yesterday, from Matt. I just wanted to say thank you and I'm going to tell everyone what a wonderful place Badass Rides is! We really appreciated your kindness and compassion too.

Super friendly staff. I went in not knowing anything and a bit timid no lie. I explained up front I didn t know how the Vinyl wrapping even worked. The owner Matthew made sure I understood how wrapping works and the basics of it. He also made sure to even show me the progress and how things were coming along HIGHLY Impressed. I have regrets and the price was shocking very ReasonableThey do it all and the results speak for themselves

Zero stars would be more like it from the quality of work to customer service. My vehicle went in with NO issues and very well maintained. Dropped off to get springs put on when they opened at 8am, didn t hear anything so called around 1pm, told it was just being taken back, got a phone called at 4:30pm stating that it had a broken cv Axel and they ordered the part and would have it fixed the next day. Mind you if it was broken why didn t they inform me as soon as they saw the problem versus after the fact (prior the car had no symptoms that go along with this being broken prior to dropping the car off)! Picked the car up the next day and later that night notice a rattle and the exhaust hanging down on one side which was not like that prior. Contacted Matt andreturned with the car only to find out a bushing on the exhaust was broken (again the aftermarket exhaust had zero issue prior) and another part needed to be ordered. I spoke face to face with the mechanic who was down right rude and Matt did not say anything until after I left sending me a text that placed the blame on me and tried to make me look like I was a total idiotThe text#1 your axel boot was ripped from the start , u can obviously see in the boot it s been ripped . The rear rubber bushing on your exhaust does not get touched when lowering your vehicle or doing an alignment . I apologize if you feel that way but your vehicle is a 2015 & we are currently coming up on year 2024 ! Your vehicle is 9 years old & you will have things that will need repairs etc .I have been into cars my entire life and all of our vehicles are well maintained and low miles. This car went in with no issues and now due to the poor quality mechanics and business has had 2 back to back issues in less than 24hours of them working on it. Money wasted and a huge disappointment, not to mention the car will not be the same. I am not one to complain; but this entire experience was wrong on so many levels!

Excellent service and quick! Highly recommend this shop. I got custom 2 toned leather seats for my car along with tints, and a level for my fathers truck with rims and tires. Super knowledgeable crew as well. Nothing but good things to say about these guys!

I was in need for mount /balance and alignment and Matt took excellent care of me. Our car drive 100 times better now. Highly recommend definitely best in town.

Got all of the windows tinted on my car at Unique Auto Spa. Not only did they do a magnificent job on the windows, but they cleaned up the entire outside of my car and made it look super nice! Matt and his entire team are excellent to work with. I would definitely recommend this place!

Needed to have some old tint replaced. Was able to drop my vehicle off prior to work and they had it done the same day! Wasn't able to pickup for 2 days and was able to pick it up at my convenience! Matt and the team at Badass Rides did an awesome job as always on my truck. Sam at the counter was very helpful and polite! HIGHLY recommend anyone needing tint or vehicle accessories to make them your first stop!

I would not recommend the place . It looks good but Mickey Mouse unprofessional . I decided to put a 4 inch lift on my 2022 Chevy LTZ . I spoke to the owner and he sounded professional and had me convinced his shop was better than the rest . We talked price he said he had the parts in stock bring it Monday morning and he would have it finished by the end of the day . I came back at 2 to check in it was still parked where I left it . He said it would be finished before they leave he will call me . I waited till six he had it in the shop wheels off then he said it will be ready first thing in the morning. I told him I am in a rent a car and the car has to be back by 9 am he said don t worry. I come back the next day nothing was done . I spoke to his manager she said they we re waiting on parts so Matt lied to me and said he had the parts . I told her put my rims back in my truck . I am returning the rent a car . So I wasted my money on a rental a day and a half and of my time driving back and forth from the shores to his shop 4 times , he never apologized or offered to pay for the rental . I was going to buy the lift and tires and rims . I would never recommend anyone to deal with this company they are spaying cars inside the building and doing all kinds of work around peoples cara and trucks . If I could give them no stars I would and report them to the better businessBureau. Lies and deceptions are

If it were possible I'd give it zero stars. I called to get an appointment for tires and rims. In the initial phone call was put on hold...which lasted over 4 minutes. Hung up.called back, put on hold again. Did this 2 more times. On hold for a total of 13 minutes.I recommend to take your business elsewhere, someplace that actually cares and wants your business. The name of the business says it all...they are bad...and a bunch of ...well you know the rest.

Brought my charger to them to put tint on and they got me in same day. super respectful staff. The owner was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.I brought my 2014 car in to have it's windows retinted & during the tint removal process, the installer damaged my rear defrost line, causing it to arc, and ruin the system.I brought the car down early in the am & Matt, a partner in the business said to pick it up in the afternoon...by nearly 9pm I was finally able to connect with Matt, which his reply was that they ran out of acetone & the rear window tint was difficult to remove, to I can pick it up tomorrow morning.... finally the following afternoon I was able to get the car.... fast forward a few weeks & I noticed the burn mark in the glass, that was not there prior to the reinstall.Matt ducked every bit of ownership on his installer, swore he never heard of it, but after 2 minutes of google searches, it's a common issue & many tint shops have their customers sign waivers because it's a well known issue & they don't want the recourse.He stripped the window tint they installed off, told me to bring it to the Cadillac dealership & have them warranty the glass.... meanwhile the car is not under factory warranty.His communication is horrendous every which way from when the vehicle will be ready, to keeping you on hold for 15-30 minutes while you wait because you need the vehicle for work appointments the following morning.If you value your vehicle, your patience, your money, your time & blood pressure.... do not bring your vehicle to this shop.

I didn t understand, a 4 day job took one month. Half of the work was not done. I was always pleasant & understanding but needed my vehicle after a month. I offered to bring it back, I was told they would reach out, never heard from them. I called 2 weeks later & was told I d receive a call back. Three weeks later never heard a word. Again I never complained. So disappointed!

This shop is stuck in the early 2000s. I have been in 4 times in the span of 4 days for something as simple as underglow on a Camry. They had my phone number and said it would be done by 4 and so I come in at 4 and my car hadn t moved an inch and they said the LED kit was broken. Okay so why didn t you call me and let me know? I could ve bought a kit on my way back to the shop and gotten it done that day. Very unprofessional and no regards to customers time and patience. They don t have confirmed appointments they don t even document anything or check people in, very disorganized, no communication.

Out of all the used car dealers and mechanic shops I've had to deal with I've never been as disrespected and lied to straight to my face like Matt did. I had a Honda Civic sit at their shop for over 3 months and it took 2 months for them to finally schedule me officially and it was my fault for not going to Matt first and not whoever wrote down my needs on a scrap of paper to later throw away. When I came to pick it up I was approved for 1,600 on snap and conveniently the labor more than made up and reached the full limit I was approved okay and my monthly payment was supposed to be 70$ okay that's more than doable however he then lied to me because I had to come back later because the mechanic who worked on my vehicle was on lunch and I had errands to run so I came back later and then apparently the mechanic who had to go over my stuff changed completely and instead of being able to use the Snap financing Matt Lied to me saying snap wouldn't cover the labor so I had to pay 800 dollars to get my car back, I come back and again the price raised up to 2,000. I will never come back here unless I want pricey labor and long wait times, the disrespect is free at least! Come here if you want an amazing ride at an experience cost with excessive wait times definitely come here
