Tony was exceptional! Very knowledgeable and was very willing to help. He is really a people person. I hope all appreciates him because he does his job very well..He really went out of his way to help me and was very mindful of other customers coming in inside the store. :)

On our way from Tampa to Miami, our engine light turned on. We know nothing about the area, but we drove to the next auto zone. Thank God we did, Pacheco was super helpful and absolutely saved our day. Super nice an knowledgeable employee. Absolutely recommend this location.

Pacheco listened and helped me make good decisions about what was happening with my car. Ultimately, a dead cell in the battery was the problem and he installed the needed battery and I was able to go to Bradenton without having to get a rental. I have confidence that I ll be safe returning to Alabama the next day. Thank you, Pacheco.

I highly recommend this location for excellent customer service, professionalism, and helpful assistance. Unfortunately other stores employees only knew how to use a register, so this store is worth the drive because i noticed all their employees really go out of their way to help customers. An employee named Pacheco made sure I had the right part for my SUV before I left. He's awesome !!

Rubin is absolutely my hero!!! My headlight burned out and I had no clue how to get to it, much less how to replace it or even which of the 2 types of bulbs fit my car! Rubin went above and beyond to provide great customer service! I could see that he was really busy but I was desperate, especially since it gets dark so early! Rubin took the time to check my car, remove the burned-out lamp and replace it. It wasn't easy because whoever replaced it last time put the bulb in wrong so it made the job harder. But Rubin fixed it! What amazing customer service! I will never go anywhere else for my auto parts!!! Thank you, Rubin! You're the best!!!

I was having issues with my car s battery, so I stopped at AutoZone after I was told that you can buy and they switch out the battery. Ruben helped me out so much, and went out of his way to check on my car and see if the battery is what really was the problem. I really appreciated this because he tried to see what was the best option for me. He was super friendly, helpful, and explained everything to me (I don t know much about car issues). I appreciate his help!

I m not a gal who knows a lot about cars, but I love coming here because the employees are SO helpful. Anthony Pacheco helped me the moment I stepped in the store today & looked up the products that would work best for my car & even helped put on new wipers. He went above and beyond!!

John H helped me at Autozone at Tamiami and Gladiolus. He competently ran a battery test and then explained the results. Then he went over options for a new battery and we selected one, which he installed quickly, in 10 minutes! John was professional and courteous throughout my transaction. I confidently recommend this Autozone from my experience with John!

I must say as soon as I walked in I received excellent customer service from Lester. It s very rare to find people that actually enjoy their job and make you feel welcomed. Thank you again Lester for the help and recommendations. This was my 1st time at this location and I wish all locations were like this.

I bought a battery at autozone the other day. The next morning the car was completely dead and it had To be towed to a mechanic because it wouldn t even jump. The mechanic informed me that the terminals were corroded and should have been cleaned prior to installation. This was the reason my car would not start. I had to spend over 200 dollars for the tow and mechanic after buying a 250 dollar battery because of improper installation. When I spoke to the regional manager, he completely dismissed me and told me this is not a reason a car wouldn t start. However, a quick google search shows to anyone that it is. I am so disappointed in autozone and their customer service. If I would have went anywhere else, I wouldn t be out over 200 dollars.

I had a check engine light come on my car today so I stopped in to this store and was immediately greeted by a guy named Ralph. He was really nice and helped me figure out what was wrong with my car, while I was at the store I also spoke to a Matt about oil for my car. I m not too familiar with what my car needed so he recommended the oil he thought was best for my car. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable and I feel much better about my selections thanks to them.
