I would like to applaud the work of store manager, Eric in Florida for taking care of a somewhat complicated situation with the utmost customer satisfaction. He did an awesome job. He was patient with me and I appreciate that kind of service. The company spends thousands of dollars in Auto Zone yearly and is most appreciative for the help of all of your AutoZone staff members. Very good customer service. The manager April went out of her way to make sure I got all the parts I needed from multiple stores on multiple occasions. This is definitely the only auto parts store I will be dealing with. Very happy and very grateful for the wonderful customer service

April helped me out with a scan, sent it to my email, made conservative suggestions (lower cost) on up.She re-directed a few calls to other associates, greeted a few customers AND had me heading out in less than 5min. You have a great employee !The extras like this experience you offer really helps me be a Auto Zone customer

Went in to buy for spark plugs for a 2019 Nissan Altima I was told by the employee I would have to go out take a spark plug out of my car try not to break it bring it back in and they would try to match it up went down the road to another auto parts store they use their computer looked it up and I was on my way in 5 minutes with the spark plugs I needed

I expected good customer service but I received EXCEPTIONAL customer service.I couldn't believe this was really happening.Jasmine was helping me along with their manager on duty and they went above and beyond to help me find a solution that worked within MY FRAMEWORK not just some standardized cliche responses.Absolutely recommend.Come in with a small smile and leave with a gaping wide one due to the great service.

Eric was extremely helpful in replacing my dead battery, and running a test on my alternator. Even though the store was clearly understaffed for the night, he made sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible and even took the time to explain to me the specifics of what goes into my car's issues. Definitely recommend this store!

I m a elderly female and my headlight went out. Went to AutoZone to get a bulb, I didn t know how to install and asked if anyone could help me with it. Eric was very kind to help me and show me how to install it. A big shout out to ERIC , thank you!

Tony F. walked me through the selection of wiper blades answering all of my questions with patience. He also installed the wiper blades and performed a diagnostic check of my battery. He explained the results and explained how I should proceed. All around great customer service!

I just left AutoZone. The review number says 1237. I walked in and was greeted by Jasmine. She asked if she could help me and I told her I needed a starter for my make and model. She put the information in her computer and gave me different options and told me the warranties on each. I made my selection and she pulled the part and rang me up. I know very little about cars and really do not like buying auto parts. But, it was a quick and easy transaction thanks to Jasmine. Will recommend this location.

Eris S. Was helpful and quick to change out our battery and give us some tips. Aspiring to learn more about mechanics he took some time out of his day to show me some hints and give me plenty of time to understand. That paired with the deals he taught me to look for when coming to my next oil change I appreciated his candor and working on our car in this Florida heat lol!Thank you Eric and see ya next time! Had to replace my power steering pump a couple times apparently bc they were made in china and weren't up to par. Ended up w a used one elsewhere. Eric was more than cooperative in returning the china parts. Great customer service and he and April are experienced in their field w great cs.

Tracy was very helpful in finding the correct fluids for my truck. He went above andbeyond and helped me put the fluid in and provided me with great instructions on how to do it myself. Highly recommend going to Tracy for good customer service. Will definitely be going back.

I called Autozone yesterday looking for a door actuator for my Impala. I spoke with Jasmine, gave her the part number, and she was able to find EXACTLY what i needed. She was nice enough to go find it for me so i could be 100% sure that they had it and they did! When i got there to pick it up, she was really friendly and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure i was a satisfied customer. The other staff was friendly as well. I will DEFINITELY be shopping here in the future!

Jasmine at the Auto Zone in NFM was was the most delightful and knowledgeable young lady. Thank you for stepping out from behind the counter to help me with floor mats for my car, I was clueless until you helped me. Not sure if I'm ready for the blue LED floor mats yet
