"Small" SUV, leather seats are stiff. Seats 5. Large truck space (DOGGIES FIT)! Pop-up Sunroof. Standard haves (buttons). Basic. $35k is WAY over priced for what u get.

My experience with them started off very strong, however, due to an overwhelmed and overworked sales staff managing multiple customers it came to a screeching halt. I made them aware that due to medical appointments, as well as my work, securing a vehicle was of the upmost and critical importance. My first trip there I spent between 4.5 and 5 hours with the salesman and waiting in the customer lounge only to be told that the paperwork and the rest of the deal would have to be finished the next day, and that I would be out by noon at the latest. The next day came and I called AutoNation multiple times (because I don t have a vehicle at the moment) only to receive no response of any kind within a 24 hour period. When I did get through and speak with somebody there, the response was every time they re working on it . Suffice it to say I waited as long as I could but clearly they re not understanding the importance of me having a vehicle and I guess making a sale, so I went elsewhere. In the time that I was there and from what I observed it s clearly evident they could use more sales staff. Right now the best thing they have going for them is their sales staff, they are energetic, very kind, and knowledgeable. It would be amazing to see what they could do if they weren t so overwhelmed.

Very disappointed!!! Been there October 29 2022 front of car fell on the ground. Glad I traded it in!!! Bought a new Toyota at another dealer ship!!! Treated me better than yours!!!

This was the worst experience I ever have had when servicing my car.I arrived 15 minutes early and after being checked in there was no communication about the procedures to follow.I waited for an hour in the waiting room before finally asking the person with whom I checked in about my situation.Fifteen minutes later (and 75 minutes after my appointment time) I was told service on my car was about to begin and it would take 90 minutes.I also was told the price which was more than double what I paid previously (at this dealership) for an oil change and tire rotation. No explanation as to why was given.Maybe long waits and high prices are expected at dealerships, but, in the future, I will find better ways to waste my time and money.

Worst experience. Unprofessional. Every time I go in to scheduled appointment, they take 3 hours bouncing you around instead of 15 minutes. Also they will spam you until you die. I receive around 50-100 emails/letters/calls from them every month. Unsubscribing/blocking does not help. They keep changing emails and numbers. Avoid at all costs.

The amount if trash and litter all over their property is disgusting. There's been a trash bag by their back entrance for days and the street is always littered in their front. If they can't take pride in their appearance and pride in the community then how can I support? If they take care of this and keep it up I'll remove the negative review and give positive

Technician stole a item out of my car while in service and the no one can do anything about it. Never bring your toyotas here. It is worth the drive down to naples!

I went in for routine oil change, scheduled an appointment for 4:10 pm, and sat there for 2 hours waiting. I left work early to go to this appointment on time, and when I requested information on when my vehicle would be ready as I have been waiting for over an hour and half, the lady told me I would need to speak to one of the advisors. There was only one advisor available dealing with all of the peopla waiting and the lady I spoke to offered no help to me. I was late for my second job due to waiting for Toyota to complete what should have been a 20 minute job. I expect to be taken in promptly at my appointment tome and I allow room for delays but a two hour wait time is actually ridiculous. This happens every time at this location and frankly it's bad customer service. No one apologized for the wait time, for having only one poor advisor there to deal with everyone, and I am truly disappointed with the service.

Very slow process in the service department for both induction of your car and at the end of service you end up waiting quite a bit of time for the paperwork to complete very old system it should be way more integrated seamless from beginning to end on touch screens like any other systems

Made me pay upfront for parts and 4 hours later charged me 50$ for a cancellation.Bad business .And charge way to much for services .Friends told me don't go there.Shoulda listened

P�simo servicio me cobraron 230 d�lares por decirme de donde proven�a un sonido q ten�a el carro q ya yo sab�a y se lo dije solo quer�a q el seguro me lo arreglaran ..el seguro no me lo cubri� y tuve q ir a otro taller mas barato y al final no era ni la pieza q ellos me dijeron as� q me cobraron ese dinero por gusto y cuando regres� para reclamar mi dinero y decirle q se equivocaron entonces me pidieron 200 d�lares m�s de desucible para arreglar la otra pieza supuesta q estaba rota y el seguro si me la cubr�a

Hice mi cita con la vendedora neylim Carri�n con el inter�s de llevarme una Rav 4 a casa, luego de m�s de 3 horas de gran debate para ponernos de acuerdo con las altas precios de paquetes que les van sumando al precio original y de ofrecerte el peor inter�s haci�ndote creer que tu cr�dito es lo peor, se pudo negociar un 8 % pero por el seguro no pude llevarlo, firme algunos papeles hice un pago m�nimo. Al otro d�a me dicen que ya no ten�a ninguna aprobaci�n ya hab�a puesto el carro en el seguro y hab�a quitado el viejo, en fin son unos falta de respeto y enga�an a los clientes, si no te venden el carro caro no est�n satisfechos, te maltratan y te manipulan hasta obligarte casi, o sencillamente te vas. No se que clase de vendedores son, dos d�as perdidos y mi veh�culo sin seguro ahora. No vallan a Toyota fort Myers creyendo que van a comprar un carro, un disgusto es lo que pueden encontrar all�.

Un carro m�s que una necesidad es una obligaci�n, pero cuando vas a un lugar y descubres que ni el vendedor ni los que est�n en servicio o no saben lo que hacen o no quieren trabajar, entonces la compra del carro se te hace m�s dif�cil, la vendedora me ense�a un carro me dice que en 6 d�as llega despu�s de 15 dias el carro arriva y sorpresaaa nada era como me lo hab�a mostrado al principio, y para colmo intentan decirme que yo hab�a firmado el documento como que estaba de acuerdo con que esas eran las especificaciones del carro, m�s bien me parec�an Testigos de Jeova, cuando uno no pod�a convencerme se levantaban del buro y tra�a a otro y as� sucesivamente, cuando me toca el turno para los tint Windows me dicen que estaban en una reuni�n y que tenia que esperar 4 a 5 horas para que me hicieran el trabajo, me cambian el turno para una semana despues, llego el d�a, luego de tres horas de espera resulta que el trabajo de los tint Windows lo hicieron mal, mi consejo busquen un Dealer en otra �rea o en Miami quw respete tu dinero ahhhh y que sepan lo que estan haciedo este de aqu� no se lo recomiendo ni a Biden
