I knew exactly what I needed in a vehicle. When my online searching found that vehicle at Auto Nation Fort Myers I wasn't sure what to expect. Initial contact was made by Patrick Greene and we set an appointment to see the vehicle. upon arrival we were greeted and introduced to Patrick. He showed us the truck and it was exactly as advertised, I test drove the truck and immediately knew my search was over. Everything from there on went smoothly and I drove it home. It was a definite great experience!!

Got a 2024 Tundra from AutoNation here, couldn't have been a better experience. I came with my wife and newborn and they were above and beyond in terms of accommodating my wife and son. Seth and Kai were checking to see if we needed anything for the baby or ourselves constantly. Very family friendly. Kai and Seth are top tier in their job field and worked hard to help me find a truck that suited my needs and that I would love. They were both very thorough with explaining the trims and processes. Looking forward to continuing business with them!

Anthony Jones is amazing! Very knowledgeable and did an excellent job showing us the vehicle. Wasn t pushy and didn t ask a bunch of questions. As soon as we got out of our car he came over and asked if we needed any assistance. We are in the market for a Grand Highlander and he showed us one right up front. Excellent vehicle by the way. We didn t even have to go inside the building! Also he didn t ask a bunch of questions during the test drive which was nice. Will definitely come back. We went to the Mazda dealer and they made us sit down and asked us questions and had to fill out paper work before we even got to look at the vehicles out front. Oh, just the usual stupid corporate nonsense that s completely unnecessary. I m glad we didn t have to do that at the Toyota dealer!

I can't recommend AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers FL highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional atmosphere. But what truly made the experience outstanding was my salesperson, Antonio Martinez.Antonio was incredibly knowledgeable about all the Toyota models I was interested in. He listened patiently to my needs and never once pressured me into a sale. He took the time to explain all the features of each vehicle and answer all my questions in a clear and concise way.Thanks to Antonio's expertise, I found the perfect truck for me! The entire buying process was smooth and stress-free. Kai in the finance department was efficient and explained everything thoroughly.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers FL. Just bought a new 2024 4Runner from Autonation. Was a quick and easy process. Arrived at my Appt and they had my 4runner ready to go for a test drive. Sales person Patrick was very good. He showed us all the features on the truck. I love my new truck. I can't wait to add a bunch of cool accessories on it and personalize it.

Diego was truly a pleasure! I can t say enough good things about how enjoyable buying a car was with his exceptional customer service. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! Make sure you ask for Diego when you go to purchase a car here, not to mention, we got a great deal on a car and didn t put in a bunch of fees! Things is the dealership to go to for a fantastic deal!

My experience was great. They were quick and efficient with servicing my vehicle. The only thing I could say could be improved on is the information provided in the email for the appointment. There are multiple autonations in the area, but the email did not provide an address for which one to go to. When I called to get the address, there were no options to speak with anyone. I drove to three different places before I arrived at the correct facility. They should put their address in the body of the email.

I continue to bring my Camry to AutoNation because of Dan Dixon. His personal skills are beyond awesome. He knows my Camry better than I do. I trust his expertise and knowledge. When i call he always responds in a timely fashion. He is the epitome of customer service.

7am appointment. Great service. Comfortable waiting room. Faster than anticipated. Only complaint is that the person who moved my car to the lot, left a very heavy smell of aftershave in my vehicle. I have allergies and needed to open all windows to get rid of the smell. Otherwise, would have been 5 stars.

As my lease was expiring I returned to AutoNation Toyota Ft Myers. Wesley Cattanach is outstanding and he has helped me many times at my lease expiration however, this time he was unavailable and introduced me to Roberta Billing. Roberta was phenomenal! She was patient, personable and knowledgeable. Got me through the process quickly and efficiently and I drove away in my new Corolla Cross. Thankful to them both for a wonderful experience!

From start to finish, the best service I ve ever had purchasing a car. Roberta was efficient and patient and super easy to work with; never pressured me or tried to sway me from the path I was on. She supported my decisions and desires and found me the perfect car at the fairest price. She streamlined the paper work process to make it completely painless and efficient. Then she took so much time to make sure I understood how to use every single function the car had so I felt safe and comfortable.

Good experience overall. The paperwork for purchase of my wife's new vehicle was prepared in advance, as requested.The finance manager we dealt with could use some coaching. He made an inappropriate joke about the limited power of attorney required to delegate registration and titling of the vehicle. He also became impatient when we wanted to read and review each document.The sales reps were great. Ezequiel was very responsive to our questions. And Seth did a fantastic job of delivering the vehicle.We would buy from this dealership again.

I purchased a 2024 Prius Prime from Patrick Johnson of AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers. Patrick is an honest salesman and was a pleasure to buy from. I drove 3 � hours from Orlando to deal with Patrick because he is the first salesman who dealt with me fairly. I will be contacting Patrick next for my wife s new vehicle.

I was in for 2 recalls and 2 items that needed to be fixed. Ryan helped us and i was greatly satisfied with his service. He offered me a ride to any place near to go eat or shop while they worked on my vehicle. I appreciated him for the offer but decide to stay and wait. I was told it would take 3-4 hrs but they got it out sooner so that was a plus. I have to Love my Toyota people did great!

Greeted quickly for scheduled appointment to have an oil change and overall check up. Waiting area was satisfactory with available coffee, beverages and snacks. My service advisor Anthony was informative and friendly.

Disappointed. It took over four hours to take off my "donut" tire and put on a new tire. The updates provided by my service advisor were timely and she was very helpful. When my work was completed I checked the work and found my donut tire just thrown in the back of my Highlander versus being mounted underneath where it should have been. I brought it to the attention of the service advisor and it was taken care of. At the prices they charge I expected better.

I had Bernard as my sales representative and I could not have wished for anyone better! He was very knowledgeable about nearly every car on the lot, and focused on what he best felt fit what I was looking for. We found the perfect vehicle to suit my needs. He followed through with me until I was ready to drive off the lot. The wait to pay for my vehicle was a delay, we waited a few hours. But, in the end, I am happy with my purchase.

Ended up selling my car to Auto Nation , it was a really good experience. I had been to 3 other places that day and they gave me what I wanted which was $1k more than anyone else was willing to pay. I would recommend you give them a shot wether your selling or buying!

This was the best new car buying experience ever. I did everything on-line. Even the car was delivered to me. I never stepped foot in the dealership. Hank sold the car at the price I was willing to pay. Patrick did the financing part at a rate I was willing to pay. Carlos did some closing documentation, all on-line. And Patrick delivered the car to me. After two previous traumatic car buying experiences (not here), I absolutely refused to go into a dealership to buy a car. I highly recommend AutoNation Toyota and their willingness to do everything on-line.

I ve had the best experience with Autonation! Particularly Bernard .he was professional, honest, and a joy to work with. I m always apprehensive dealing with salesman, but he made the process stress free and made me feel confident in my purchase options. The Finance manager was also terrific & very informative about my finance options as well as warranty packages. 10/10 experience!

Purchasing the 2024 Toyota RAV4 was a great experience at Auto Nation. In the past, buying a car was almost an all day long experience. The team of the salesperson and the Finance department was a very efficient process. My salesperson, Roberta Billing, was outstanding and so uncharacteristic of any other car salesman I have ever encountered. This is the way car dealers should treat their clients.

Devon Charles was a lot of help finding our next car. He knew where all the cars were that we were considering on your large lot. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He s a very personable and was dedicated to out needs. And a very genuine person. He was not pushy or aggressive. We were very appreciative f his time and kindness. What a great sales person.

I scheduled for a 2:30 service appointment but arrived about an hour early, Ryan came to meet me and was very friendly and gracious about getting me right away, much appreciated. He came back to me few minutes later said there was two other things that were recommended, I said I was not prepared financially right now, he said no problem just keep them in mind and when I m ready I can schedule them in the meantime the techs are working on the oil change and tire rotations and will have me out shortly! He did everything he said and I was out in a timely manner, explained everything & on my way Ryan was very good, polite and friendly! I m giving 5 stars!I was a little disappointed when I got to my car and it was never run thru the car wash, I was looking forward to a clean car, do they no longer do a quick wash of the vehicle? Otherwise a good service and reasonable cost, didn t break the bank

We're were in the process of buying a Tacoma on 3/29/24. My husband is disabled and was having a hard time getting into our 2022 Rav 4 Black ops series so we needed something a little bigger. After all was said and done, price was where we wanted it they took the truck to gas it up, put the floor mats in they came to us and said that we couldn't get it. After getting us hyped up the explained their mistake, they had not ran the credit check after us being there almost 5 hours. We have been with Toyota since 2006. We have purchased 10 or 11 vehicles from Auto Nation, never again. Ford has a truck waiting on us. I don't really want to leave Toyota.But I feel we have no choice. The only negative thing that was on my son's credit was Good leap (solar company) that installed panels two years ago this month and they have never worked. Multiple people have Been out and cannot get them to work. We now have an attorney involved. This should not affect Spencer's credit. He just purchased a Ford Mustang. He had excellent credit. I think it is poor business when the credit check should have been long before the price negotiation started. We are VERY UNSATISFIED with the way the financial part was handled. Besides the salesman there were three different financial people that came out to talk with us and all paperwork was signed to do credit check and the paperwork was signed regarding the payments.
