Chris and his team won't stop until the job is done and done perfectly. Thanks for making my windshield replacement so easy. I called them, they took my insurance info and that was the extent of my involvement. They came to my office and replaced it in the parking lot. Amazing. Thanks!!!

I could not give higher praise to the team at Auto Glass Warehouse. I went to the Fort Myers location for windshield replacement in my 05 Newmar DutchStar. There were a number of issues in dealing with my insurance company and, they supplied aftermarket windshields which did not fit. As you can expect this caused me a great deal of concern. Auto Glass Warehouse worked with my insurance company and we re very involved in solving the issue. I now have OEM glass that fits beautifully and I ll be happily on my way.It s hard to find any business these days with old school style, Customer Service is number one with them and they were diligent to provide it. If you have an issue give them a call you won t be disappointed.

I contacted auto glass warehouse thru statefarm, they sent a repair tech out he stated the gaskets needed to be replace. I sent management a link to a company that had the gaskets. ten days later auto glass warehouse FINALLY returned my call and stated I had to remove the windshield from the car, purchase the gaskets AND bring the glass and frame to them! Don t use auto glass warehouse lazy no-good company

I had a very positive experience with Auto Glass Warehouse, located in Fort Myers, FL. Tony's customer service was above and beyond. He worked with my car dealer to fit me in, less than 24 hours before I had to catch a flight. The car had to be done. Just amazing! Thank you Tony. Chris and his team are fabulous!! Not only are they kind and professional, but when they installed my windshield on my boyfriends car they left it impeccable!I can t say enough about them.They make the process from start to finish so smooth.I guess what I am trying to say if you need your windshield replaced call Auto Glass Wharehouse because they are the BOMB!!!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I was very impressed with Auto Glass Warehouse! From the beginning, with Kristen reaching out to me, to schedule the replacement and ending with the repairman showing up in a very timely fashion, to get the job done. Kristen was on top of the situation from start to finish. The both of them are truly an asset to the company! Front windshield was cracked and Auto Glass Warehouse in Naples replaced it. They found me a used windshield at a lower price, They were efficient, pleasant and competent. They even called my insurance company so I paid nothing. I recommend them highly.

When I called the Fort Myers location, Tony set everything up and contacted my auto insurance. My technician Dave came to my home and performed the installation in approximately half an hour. Worked with Dan in Sarasota location yesterday and he went above and beyond to take the time to talk to us about what he found with our motorhome windshield.He was professional and courteous and the work that was done was excellent. Called insurance co., reported cracked windshield. Shortly after, Sandy from Auto Glass Warehouse called me, got approval from insurance co., and set up an appointment for next morning. Sandy was very courteous and professional. Next morning, Matt & Nick arrived early on time. They were super friendly and professional. They answered all my questions without hesitation and replaced the windshield in my Jeep Wrangler within 15 minutes with no issues. Best service I have seen in recent years.

Tony and Kim were FANTASTIC. I had trouble with the car dealership and Tony was able to effectively communicate with them to make sure I was taken care of and Kim was able to make sure the payment from my insurance went through on time. I am extremely pleased with Auto Glass Warehouse's staff and service. Stephanie, in the office, made the entire process so easy and kept me closely informed until the morning of install day. My glass tech, Cameron, did an outstanding job, cleanly removing and installing the new windshield right in my own garage! Both were courteous and very professional. Thank you guys!

I had a rock chip in one windshield and a replacement on another - we had great service from start to finish. When we called, Danel was extremely helpful on the phone and we knew right away we had chosen the right company. The techs arrived on time, they worked efficiently, and were very capable and professional. The price was great and I can confidently recommend this company. Thanks for the great service!

Glass warehouse performed excellent work replacing my damaged windshield. They do their windshield replacements with strong work ethics. The job was done in such a professional way, I couldn't tell the windshield was replaced. It looks that good. I know the replaced it because the crack was greater than a foot. I highly recommend them to anyone for their prompt, professional work ethics.

I live in the Ft. Lauderdale area and could not find a RV Glass replacement company that sounded like they new the correct process to replacing my RV windshield. The Miami/Broward companies I spoke to all said Yes, we can replace the windshield but it s not what we do daily I called the big RV Dealers in Ft Myers and both dealers said they used Auto Glass Warehouse. I called and spoke to Kim, and she ordered my glass and scheduled me to come in on a Friday. She also advised me that the RV needed to sit for 24 hours while the sealant sets up correctly. During the job they found my center support between my 2 front windshields had some rust starting so they wire wheel brushed it and then treated it to stop the rust before they reinstalled the 2 piece windshield. All the while, my wife and I went around Ft. Myers as tourists and stayed in a hotel overnight. The next day Saturday, the RV was completed perfectly and ready to take back to the east coast. If you need RV glass this is the only place to go.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had a windshield replaced during February. Everything looked good in the job until I got in to drive the car and I saw that the wiper pivot ws way high. When the technician was removing the wiper arm he must have pulled the pivot out of the bushing. They sent the same technician back. He was not doing the repair and was only explaining how it could not have been his fault. He kept asking me what I wanted him to do and I kept telling him what he needed to do. I got very frustrated with him. I called the office and requested a new technician. At one point the technician pulled all of the part from my car on the ground beside my car and took a picture of them and then left. I made the repair to the wiper pivot. The company did send another technician later in the day and reassembled the car. Very disappointed with their quality and professionalism of the technician. I would not recommend using them!!

Took my older vehicle to safelite. I was told many policies about repairing my glass and left without my replacement. Glass warehouse is the best. Great professional people who work hard at customer satisfaction. If,I could give them 10 stars I would. Don't go to anyone else. These folks know what they are doing.

Someone came to my house on Monday March 8 to repair my 2006 Dophin RV windshield. On his arrival, he noticed the windshield could not be fixed and had to be replaced. He took measurements and said someone would follow up later in the week. On March 29, I still had not heard from them and I called the Fort Myers office. I told the women what happened and she said she would get back to me. Again no update so I called back on April 7 and spoke to a Stephanie. She to said she would get back to me. Again no call. On April 12, I spoke to Tony who told me the insurance paperwork had not been done and he call me back. It is April 19 and still no call back. For a company that brags about great customer care, my experience has been very frustrating and certainly not great.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great job on the RV windshield installation by Dan Boehmer. He was able to get here this past Friday, 29 Oct and finished the repair on Sunday, 31 October (Sunday) on my RV windshield. I had my glass replaced by safelite a few years back and it constantly leaked. Wilmer, from auto glass warehouse came removed the old leaking glass showed me what safelite did wrong corrected the problem and replaced my windshield with no issues... Than you Wilmer, you did a wonderful job. And thank you to all of you at the office. You guys made this experience painless.

Danel was absolutely incredibly at helping me to coordinate the repair of my car. She coordinated with the car rental company, my insurance, the glass supplier - took all.of the work off of my hands. She was friendly, fast, kept me up to date on staus several times. She made this repair seamless and so much easier!

Awesome experience. I talked to Kim on the phome and she was able to answer all of my questions. Charles was my installer and he did a terrific job. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Would definitely use Auto Glass Warehouse again.

6/2021,I went by the office gave them measurement for glass to cover 1 dressers and 2 beside table.they delivered.the dresser and one bedside table fits perfectly.but one dresser was way off.office was close by so they went back to their got the correct fitting and fix the issue immediately.The also did my 2 bathroom in 2020 after my remodelling and did a good job. Ill use them again.

Just had the windshield repalced on my Silverado and I couldn't be happier!! Vinny did the work and I am very happy with his professionalism and manor. He represents Auto Glass Warehouse very well. In fact everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with there have always been very helpful and they love doing their job, it shows in all their hard work. Special thanks to Sandy and everyone at Auto Glass Warehouse in Fort Myers.
