Excellent service one of the best auto shops around. These guys are great, very honest which is hard to find around here these days. They take the time to explain everything and won't screw you over. Highly recommend them!

Auto 1 Plaza does great work on fixing&repairing your vehicle issues and problems. Also, they are polite, kind, friendly&courteous to all customers with a smile on their face . Plus affordable reasonable prices that they will work with you on. So if you are looking for a good place to take your vehicle for services, this is the place .

I have had so many issues finding a good mechanic in the Lehigh/Fort Myers area; I feel so blessed that I came across Auto 1 Plaza, I ve taken my car there several times now for repairs and maintenance and they re always very kind, patient and transparent. They re very fair with prices for their work and I honestly couldn t be happier taking my car to them, 10/10!

I came from miami and I was having issues with my truck. JIffy lube down the block tried me, yes tried me! I saw the sign saw it was packed always a good thing means they are good. I called and came over and I am so happy I did. The job got done in a timely manner great price and super knowledgeable mechanics and if in the future I need work done again I will come back I will drive those 2 hours and I will do it gladly knowing the service and price was unbeatable!!!!

Fair prices will fix your car if you bring your own parts. They are pretty honest too considering they don't try and yodel me on stuff I don't need. Best of all I've alleys been able to get in and out in just a few hours.

Recently stopped by the shop to check out an apparent alternator issue. While most shops would normally jump at the opportunity to scam me into buying hundreds of dollars worth of parts and labor, Luce and his team quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and charged me fairly for it, even staying after their posted operating hours to do so. If you find yourself needing an honest mechanic, this is the place!

I took my Mercedes here to get check because it was running properly and they fixed it in a timely manner owner was very nice definitely coming back. Also would like to add that they are very honest and don t try to upsell you like other mechanics very happy customer.

Wow I would recommend anyone to take There car to auto one plaza. They are very good with their work. I've always been able to rely on them. They've always treated me with respect, basically like femily. If you're looking for someone to take care of all of your car needs, please see these guys at auto 1 plaza ask to speak to Jason or Daniel or Luch or matt

Auto 1 is the best, look no further if you re in need of a great auto repair shop! Not only are they incredibly kind, their level of expertise is clear. Additionally, I appreciate their honesty, transparency and willingness to look deeply into whatever it is they re working on. You ll love it here! Vinny and Luciano and team take great care of you and your vehicle. Honest owners, great customer service, competitive prices and fast service! I m so glad I found them. I got new tires and an oil change today. I ll never go anywhere else! Highly recommend for all your automotive needs, window tinting, auto repair, brakes, batteries, shocks/stunts and everything auto related.

Only place to take your vehicle!! Vinny and Dan were amazing and got my 2001 jeep in and out within a couple hours. Vinny explained everything and they got the job done right and efficiently. If you are looking for an honest mechanic with fair prices, look no further! By far the best experience I have had at a mechanic. HIGHLY recommend. Had some major issues going on with my 2004 Altima. Brought it in and Jason had me riding that same day. This was significant because it would have taken the other shop I called until the next day in the afternoon to get the work done. The car is running perfectly. Everyone that I encountered spoke to me, and asked me if I needed anything. Even gave me some bottled water. From the owners to the other mechanics, I felt that I could trust them with my car. That s a good feeling when you don t know much about cars. If you need any work done on your car, don t bother with any other shop. These guys are legit. You can expect a high level of work, and you will pay less than the other guys. Luciano provides a great service and exceptional knowledge. He listened to my concerns about my jeep and was able to find time to service my car the very same day. I never felt like I was trying to be sold on other problems I already knew my jeep had. He was simply educating me which I truly appreciate. Few mechanics take the time to educate clients, they quickly mention the problem hoping the client will be quick to fix. However this wasn't the case. Highly recommended. I see myself going back for future vehicle needs.

Im a owner operator in the Hotshot industry and in this business you have to be mechanically inclined. My truck started getting a pretty strong vibration and for sure I thought that something in the front suspension was shot. In need of emergency repairs I called 6 Dodge dealers and about 4 local mechanic shops and NO ONE would take me in for the next day repairs. Not only did Auto 1 Plaza bring in my truck for repairs the next day, they found the issue to be a defective tire lol and did not try to upsell me on any unnecessary repairs.The guys there are awesome thank you Auto 1 Plaza.......also got my windows tinted while the truck was in for repairs

Vinnie, Luciano and the Auto 1 Plaza team treated me like family from start to finish. I was given excellent customer service and my truck was throughly checked to ensure I would be back on the road without further issues. Appointment time was honored and there was a very nice turnaround time considering how busy at the shop they are. As a single female, car repairs can be very intimidating as sometimes people choose to take advantage. Thankfully, that was not the case, and I was treated with upmost respect and care by the team. Vinny and his crew are TOP NOTCH!I came in and they immediately took care of me. They trouble shooted my issues and were direct and transparent with what was found and what needed to be done.. Dan is a great texhnician who found out what was going on with my break system without even knowing there was issues and repairs done before.. We had a low tire and pulled in to ask somebody to put a little air in it and the guy went above and beyond and checked all of our tires without a question. super friendly. We like it so much that we went back after we ran our errands to get our low tire fixed proper and that was also a great experience. It was during lunch and the same guy that aired our tires stopped what he was doing jumped over pulled the tire off found the hole and instead of trying to upsell us on a sidewall patch he simply plugged it and that's exactly what it needed and they only charge 10 bucks to boot for the plug. The owner was super friendly and attentive to our needs as was the mechanic. the mechanic I can't thank enough and wish I had his name. Superb all the way around would give it six stars if we had it.

I had purchased a replacement for a broken rear view mirror on my car. I was lucky enough to find Auto 1 because I was met by a nice guy who asked me what I needed done. 30 minutes later I was leaving with my new mirror installed and, after MANY attempts to find a place, this place handled it perfectly! Jason did the hard part perfectly of replacing it and then at checkout, I met Luciano. These two gentlemen absolutely made my day and I definitely recommend them for all things auto!! I took my 2014 Nissan Rogue into this establishment and the gentlemen there gave me excellent service. As a female that has had my father (who passed away) take care of all of my car repairs/maintenance I was very nervous to go into a place and be treated fairly. But this business went above and beyond!!! They fixed my control arms, front and rear brakes, patched my tire (no charge) changed my wiper blades (no charge) and dropped me off and picked me up from my home (less than 10 min away but still that's huge in 100� Swfl heat) their faculty was clean and the owner and the gentleman that escorted me to and from the business were excellent. I told my Mother (who lives in the area) what a wonderful job they did and how we now have a trustworthy mechanic. Great service!! This was my first time at Auto 1 Plaza. I went in for maintenance/repairs and I was blown away by the amazing service, honestly and customer care. Vinny was able to squeeze me right into the schedule for the day even though they were packed. I m just moving back so I feel truly blessed to find a good Mechanic so close to the house without having to look around. Best experience I ve had with a repair shop and I ll definitely be coming back.Service: General repairs & maintenance
