If your looking a great body shop for whatever your needs are from an accident to just wanting paintwork done , then look no further. The owners and staff do a fantastic job with whatever you bring their way. They are more than Qualified, they are very friendly and will most definitely treat you right, give you a fair price and never backdoor you in anyway shape or form, they work for you not your insurance company. I have had my 2017 Alfa Romeo here twice for them to correct damage from accidents and both times it turned out flawless. Words cannot express how thankful I am for taking my car here to get my car fixed correctly.

Family owned and operated business that truly cares and provides top notch service! My husband s truck had way to many issues to list here but Nick & Christy made sure that our vehicle was safe before they put they put it back on the road! They left no stone unturned and we will forever be grateful for their time and effort! They are honest and dependable and we will NEVER go else where! They back their work and provide the best customer service you could ask for! Definitely give them a shot if you re in the market for a mechanic, auto body, or even a new vehicle! I'm sure these people are talented and experts at their craft. The workmanship that I was shown by the nice young woman I met with was beyond exemplary. No question there. However, I brought my vehicle to them for an estimate and had a polite and informative conversation with her. I was expecting an estimate later that day as promised. What I got was completely and intentionally blown off by them. I know it was intentionally because I reached back out to them and received a two word response and then seven days of silence before posting this. Not sure why they took that option as I made it clear I was planning on spending an insane amount of money with them to repair and then mod my Ram. I was, in no way shape or form, disrespectful in my effort to obtain a quote so I can only assume they choose to not offer services to Gen Xers and older people like myself. Since I can elicit no feedback from them one way or the other that's the assumption I'm going with. They are an absolute A+ for mechanical creativity, talent and ability. They are an abysmal F when it comes to professional customer service practices. It's a shame really. I was looking forward to seeing them turn my Ram into a beast! Oh well .... on to one of their competitors for a job quote.

Brought my car to Superior Auto for 8k in front end damage on my 2019 Kia Optima Sport. With all body shops backed up about 6 months because of hurricane Ian they repaired my car in 3 months. Mt 4 year old car received a professional face lift. I recommend using this family business for all your body work needs. My car now looks like it's brand new again. We recently purchased an antique car and had no idea where to take it for repairs. After googling places we came across All Superior and could not be happier! They were knowledgeable, kind and kept us informed about progress. They went above and beyond ordering parts from England! Prices are fair and reasonable there is no gouging! Thank you, C! Could not be happier with the work that was done on my 89 F150. We had hurricane damage that involved a headlight and quarter-panel. They thoughtfully replaced both headlights so it wouldn't look weird and perfectly paint-matched that beautifully aged paint. EXCELLENT JOB!!! Had it back within 2 weeks.I have referred SEVERAL people here and all have came back to tell me how pleased they were.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Easy to work with and prompt responses and the work they did was amazing! My car was damaged in the hurricane and I never thought she would be fixed but she looks and smells like a brand new car. If you ever have been in an accident then you know how stressful it can be. All superior auto gives you that peace of mind. My vehicle was returned to me in a timely fashion and dealt with my insurance company directly so I didn't have to. My insurance claim check from Hurricane Ian was cashed without me & my name was on it. I haven't heard anything about getting my repairs done in MONTHS. Won't be doing business here. I see reviews from non Hurricane claims that came & went, happy customers, but couldn't get my vehicle in from September 2022!!

NOT ENOUGH WORDS TO DESCRIBE THE BEST EXPERIENCE! While on the way to the DMV, for my son's license....a car struck us out of nowhere...Scared, upset, not sure what to do, and how to even begin the process of dealing with insurance and car repairs....My son, had recently met this couple at dinner, as a busboy taking care of their table...he came home that night and spoke so highly of this couple he had just met....that couple who own this incredible body shop....While on the side of the road waiting for hours for our insurance to even answer the phone....we message All superior Body Works....What happened next was nothing what I expected....Christy took charge, and pointed us in the direction of how to handle the insurance, as no one was helping us, and another driver was at fault and hit us...she helped in every way and calmed my nerves, answered every text, email, phone call, and I never thought a car accident would end up on such a positive note! Not only was everything seamless, but the car was fixed perfectly and better than new! We are so appreciative of them, and plan to use them from here on our for all auto needs!Service: Body & Trim
