Had a great experience here. Made an appointment and they got me in the next day and changed out my drive belt within a couple of hours. Very friendly, kind people. I will be returning for future service.

This place is a scam. I went in to get my brakes fixed because they were making a weird sound and the guy told me that my pads, calipers and rotors had to be replaced for 2k after looking at it for 5 minutes. I told him I was going to get a second opinion and he got an attitude. I decided to go to my dealer ship and they did a thorough inspection and all I needed was pad replacement. I obviously don t know much about cars, I m a young female college student and I think because of that he assumed he could take advantage of that. Don t go here, they will rip you off!

We had a trusted mechanic for 20 years in Pennsylvania before we moved and were dreading finding a new one. Alico Center was recommended to us and I'm so happy we found them. The owners are extremely professional and friendly. Service is honest, fast and reasonably priced. It is hard to find an honest mechanic...look no further!! Alico Auto Center helped my son (college student at FGCU) out when his car had to be towed there. The car was dropped off at Alico Auto Center around 1:30pm, and they had 5 wheel studs and lug nuts replaced by around 3:00pm. Being that I am 3 hours away from the Fort Myers area, it was great to find a business that was willing to help out a college student in a fair and honest way.

Went to Alico Auto Center on 7/6/23 after getting the runaround @ 2 other auto repair centers for a vibration in the front end of my vehicle. Alico diagnosed the problem (bad tire; other 2 thought alignment or balance issue) & fixed it that day. They even sent 1 of their team members to pick up the new tires so I wouldn t have to wait for delivery. What a class act they are! My thanks to their entire team for their excellent care & a job well done!Service: Tires

I have when I needed things previously used this business as they are extremely fair best oil change price around, and would work with you. Called and asked about warranty on tire they had installed on my car in 2021, and if they'd be willing to look at it. I was told without knowing what tire or even seeing it that it was not covered under warranty first because I picked something up like a nail (which I didn't), and second because I hit a curb (again didn't) and also how would they know without seeing it first. I understand being an expert, but have never been shot down before even bringing an item in, this is not the service I have come to expect from them at all. I have driven less than 15,000 miles since purchasing the tire that burst and just wanted them to look to see if it was covered, I know I'm not the biggest customer but they in essence made me feel like I was not a customer ever and service is not important and have lost my business permanently due to this.Services: Tires, Oil change

Had a wonderful and inviting experience at Alico Center Auto. I called to get my Jeep checked out for some new excessive road noise before an upcoming road trip. They quickly got me in and diagnosed the issue as a bad wheel bearing. The quote they provided was very fair priced. The service was great and the Jeep sounds quiet once again. If you're looking for fair, friendly service then this is your place rather than the impersonal dealership experience.Service: Auto maintenance

Had a great experience, everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like they were honest and upfront with me, and also very reasonable in price. I m a hot shot truck driver and my water pump gave out on me in fort myers late one night. I called Alico Center Auto &Tire the next morning and told them my situation. They said if I can get the truck there early they would be able to get me back on the road relatively soon. I took it over right away and they had me back on the road by noon and I was heading back to Ohio . They were very helpful and I would definitely recommend!!

I had the pleasure of working with the owners. This is a very professional establishment. Took in a vehicle that I thought just needed a wheel alignment. Thank goodness I took it to get checked. They drove it FIRST before they even took the vehicle in. They assessed the problem, gave the quote and an estimated time expected to make the repairs. They delivered ahead of schedule and kept me informed regularly. VERY THOROUGH. Will definitely go back.PS If you are a Turo entrepreneur, they have experience servicing cars for TURO. Great service, I needed breaks as my pads were gone from fixing up FL after hurrican Ian. The other shops wanted to charge me a lot more and they could not get me in for over a week. I arrived at Mr. Calvine's shop late in the day he took the time to look at everything on the spot and had the parts first thing in the morning had the job done by 9:00am. He even got me a new trailer tire, the best service I have ever had. I was back on the road to continue fixing up FL.Service: Brakes

I brought my SUV in to get a standard oil change and tire rotation. Afterwards they called to tell me they would have to charge me extra for labor and that they could not rotate my tires as I was "missing 2 lug nuts" as well as that "my lug nuts were too swollen to take off". I was immediately confused as I have never heard or seen this before. Upon getting my SUV back and closer inspection I noticed that they somehow stripped and bent most of my lug nuts and didn't even attempt to take off the others on the driver side. I don't know where the two missing ones went but I know that they were on before getting serviced. I ordered a new set and went back to have them put on and get tires rotated and they tried charging me 150 for labor under the premise that my lug nuts are swollen and they'd need a "special" tool to get them off properly. I was bewildered and did my own research to find that they are full of it. Trying their best to swindle me and charge anything they can for labor when their incompetence caused this issue in the first place as well as damaged my existing set of lug nuts and lost two of them. Brought my car into another shop and they laughed when I told them this story and also said that they were full of it.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Replacement of Brakes that were dead after 10,000 miles from Tires Choice on Corkscrew not knowing what they were doing and installing improperly. New tires and an alignment. Now it drives and stops perfect. My husband went to Alico Center Tire and Auto today for an all wheel alignment. He has a Ford F250 Super Duty 4WD. They did a great job and the price was reasonable. This is a family-owned business. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The shop was very clean and they have two nice waiting areas. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend to everyone.Service: Wheel alignment

Calvin & Calvin were professional and addressed my needs, with a full synthetic oil change and serviced my A/C. They have a nice big clean shop and treated me like family. They were able to get me in and out in a reasonable, if not faster and than anticipated time. They stand above the rest and will treat you as a person/family and not $$$. I 100% recommend Alico Center Auto and stand by their customer service, professionalism, and quality of work. I guarantee you will make them your go to shop for your automotive needs. After going into Alico Center Auto, I know I will not be going anywhere else ever again. They are extremely welcoming and accommodating for all people and vehicles. The knowledge that Calvin (The Owner) possesses is far beyond credible and that isn t even his best trait. He made the trip far more enjoyable by being extremely personable and entertaining. If you know Calvin he is going to help you out as best he can! He runs a great shop and he is the best mechanic I have ever been to! I recommend everyone take their vehicles to Alico Center Auto! Called a few places around the area and all of them told me 2-4 weeks out, but when I called Alico Automotive they literally got me in the next day! My 2004 Toyota Corolla had bad brakes, bad struts, needed an alignment, one headlight was out, needed new windshield wipers and an oil change as well. They did it all for a very reasonable price and I will be going back there for good! My car runs extremely smooth now and I couldn t feel better about my experience with Alico Automotive!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Staff is great, best shop I ve been to hands down. They were able to help get my car tires balanced after finding out the previous owner never balanced the cars tires. They took me to the back and showed me everything they did step by step while explaining the issue and also giving guidance. I was able to pinpoint exact issues that were not addressed by the previous owner and I will definitely recommend to everyone I know. I will be coming back!Service: Tires

If it was possible to give an even better rating I would. Everything about this place is absolutely amazing. Within 5 minutes of me walking in the door they took a look at my car and were able to diagnose the problem, and then had it fixed within 30 minutes. On top of being quick and efficient every staff member in that building is one of the nicest people you will ever meet...and on top of that the facility was extremely clean. I will never go anywhere else. I took a stack of business cards to hand out to people I know because everyone should know about this place!

I wouldn't dream of bringing my car or work truck anywhere else for general service and tires. These guys are the real deal. They are as Professional and honest as it gets with fair pricing. The Shop is always clean and im always greeted with a smile. Not once have i ever left that shop feeling as if i had been cheated. I cannot say the same for other shops i have dealt with. I couldn t get anyone else to do an oil change in the next week. They happily told me to come in as soon as they opened and it was completed quickly. Everyone was professional and polite. I m happy I found them.
