I bought my car recently from Paolo. I absolutely love my Alfa Romeo Giulia!!! He made the process seamless and always had my best interests at the forefront while conducting business. The dealership made me feel very welcome. From when I walked into the doors to driving off the lot were exceptional. I Would recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to consider Alfa Romeo of Ft. Myers. You won t be disappointed. Paolo and Maurizio will make you feel like family. Truly a pleasure. Thanks again for the awesome experience.

Words can t describe how amazing my experience was when I purchased my new 22 GIULIA. Paolo and Maurizio made the whole process quick and easy. There was no dealer tricks or gimmicks straight to the point and a great deal. They were attentive and made the whole process a pleasure. When you feel like your part of family, you know your in the right hands. Highly recommend!!

Purchased an Alpha Romeo Giulia from Paolo. Easy going, friendly, communicative. Showed us exactly what we we re looking for. Easy transaction with the finance guy (Scottish guy with a red beard) I m horrible with names. Only downside was they re not currently working with the credit unions so interest rates a little high until we can refi in a couple months. Overall was a good experience.Update: Chris was my finance guys name.

Service technicians and service manager are extremely rude and unwilling to help. I wouldn t even purchase a vehicle from here. I purchased my 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio from here not knowing I would have issues with the windshield wipers being installed incorrectly. When I brought this to the managers attention they assumed it was from me getting paint work done on my hood from minor damage that I had from Hurricane Ian and they completely brushed me off.

The Sales team is very good. the Branch manager has the tendency to forget what he verbally promised his customers. I had an issue with the service department. Unfortunately they don't have their own service department, they are using the Galeana Service Center.....and what a nightmare that is. I used to drive a Mercedes and used to receive high end service with any of the Mercedes Dealer ships. Forget about that with the Alfa Service in Fort Myers. The disrespect you are being treated with is unbelievable. Would I buy an Alfa Romeo again.......for sure not......and it is not only about the service......the value loss this vehicle has is intense. Not recommended look into other Brands.

From start to finish to trade and finally, financing (Thanks, Lance!), Scott Shutes and Monty are two of the best gentlemen I have ever purchased from. Thank you, guys. Love my Giulia!

Just purchased my Alfa Romeo Giulia from Paolo today! I have to say, without a doubt, insanely good customer service, he was very helpful and kind throughout the entire process, and rather importantly, extremely straight forward. Very happy with the customer service, even happier about the car!

My experiences in purchasing and servicing of the Alfa Romeo's purchased can't be further apart from Stuart FL vs Fort Myers/Galeana. Horrible buying experience, horrible service experiences. Galeana should NOT be able to keep their Alfa/Maserati franchise. They have over committed in their ability to properly service clients, weeks out for service and while friendly, unhelpful service personnel. I have a 2022 Stelvo that does nothing other than start and stops. Might as well be a 1972 vehicle, but at least I'd be able to play the radio in a 1972 vehicle.

I have purchased many cars through the years and can say my experience with Zach at Galeano Alfa Romeo was hands down the easiest and most enjoyable.I stopped in yesterday out of curiosity to see Giulia in person. Zach was very respectful and I loved having him along on the test ride to see what Giulia could do! The sales manager even had upfront pricing ready for me to review the moment we returned from the test drive. I was limited on time so told him I would think about it and call him later. Usually I shop around the state for the best pricing but didn't this time because their price was fair and I appreciated the fact they weren't pushy. We called today to see if they would give me what I owed on my car for trade-in and they agreed with no haggling. I was a little nervous they would change the agreement in some way before returning in person but no, it was as promised when I arrived. I walked in at closing time and they were all great, even Ryan in finance was easy and fast. I was driving away in my new ride in less than 90 minutes!I'm thrilled with my new car and the experience here! And I absolutely recommend Zach!

From before arriving to the dealership, I was kindly and professionally greeted by my sales advisor Paulo over the phone as I was asking if they had vehicles in stock that I can look at. We quickly set up a time that was convenient for me to come in and look at the inventory. Paulo sat down and discussed what I was looking for in order to find something that fit my wants and needs. During the entire process, sales manager Scott was there to assist in any way possible, even suggesting the vehicle that I ultimately purchased. The negotiation process was not hard pressed and I never felt as though I was trapped or not being worked with. As a previous BMW and Audi owner, I ve yet to encounter the overall buying experience that I had at Alfa Romeo Fort Myers!

Great experience purchasing a new stelvio from Paolo. A true car guy with a no pressure sales approach. In the age of the internet, the experience of purchasing a car is more important than ever. I purchase a lot of cars and always do my research. It is rare for me to deal with a salesman that knows his product and can answer any questions I have. Truly refreshing to have an experience like this. For a great new Alfa Romeo or Maserati buying experience definitely go see Paolo!

Most unaccommodating dealership experience Originally guaranteed loaner for Alfa repair and rescinded. Then left hanging on shuttle which was also assured. Canceled service after 3 week wait. Will not be buying this brand again. And never this horrible dealership!

Can't say I can agree with all the 3 star and over ratings. My son's Alfa Romeo was worse after diagnosis than before. Of course, he didn't let them work on it after hearing the diagnosis and price. Taking it to another shop.

We had s great experience buying a 2017 Fiat 124 Spider. Zach Hayes is knowledgeable and gave us an offer we could not refuse. We appreciated that there were no games; they gave us a more than fair deal right up front. It was a quick transaction. Thank you!!

The best car buying experience I have ever had! Steven Barry went above and beyond to make sure that he took his time to find exactly what I wanted. Once I fell in love with my Fiat 500x Steve worked hard to make sure I got the best possible price. If you are looking for a new car and want an honest, professional, helpful salesperson who will take care of you, head to Galeana/ Fiat of Ft. Myers and ask for Steve!

Had the pleasure of visiting the Ft. Myers dealership, and working with Zach Hayes. He's awesome! Had a great experience, he gave us the opportunity to test drive any model, no pressure. We walked out with a car! Thank you Zach, you're very knowledgeable, you took the time to address all our questions. I will highly recommend you to all my friends. Happy to be a part of the Alfa Romeo family!

Paolo was amazing. He took us out for several different test drives and was a very helpful sales person. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Monty was also great to work with. Definitely not your typical car buying experience!

My wife and I stopped by on Saturday to look at the Flats. We ran into Tim Zubry cry, not only was he extremely well versed on the car we looked at , he was also very polite and courteous. For those that are turned off by the whole car salesperson thing stop in and ask for Tim "Z".We purchased a new 2016 Fiat 500x and love it. The dealership is awesome to work with and if they had more people like Tim selling cars their lot would be empty....if you get a chance to close your deal ask for "The Bald Guy", Eric Fleming he ROCKS.

I walked in and knew exactly which car I wanted. 2017 spider abarth. Sales person didn't seem interested in showing me ANY specs on the car, and my transaction took 7+ hours of waiting while other people were processed before me - even though I was sitting in the lobby to see they arrived well after me. It may be worth your time to drive to the other coast for a Fiat - this dealer does not seem interested in customer service or common decency.

Traveling in the Fort Meyers area from PA when the check engine light in our Giulia Ti came on. Many miles to travel ahead of us, wanted to get it checked out. Leo from service pulled us right in with no appointment to check things out. Five minutes later he reappeared with our car to say no major issue a relay that controls the auto stop start feature was acting up. He had the codes reset and all clear. Said we could get it looked at back home, even if it reoccurred it would cause any issue to drive. Just no auto start. I don t care for that feature anyway! Best part was we lost only about 15 minutes from our vacation time and NO CHARGE!You rock Leo! Thank you so much!Bob & Kathy

The one star is too good for these people. I had purchased two cars from their Kia dealers but at Fiat I experienced a first. I thought I had negotiated and said yes to their price and they wanted me to come down and sign the paperwork Then all of a sudden they reneged on the price their closer not my salesman said. The most frustrating and bad business practice I ever experienced. Ruined my wife's and my day completely. They lost a customer for life. They couldn't give me a car now. Do not talk with Dwight. Sincerely Joe Steamer. P.S. My wife is driving a beautiful new Miata

Stopped by to look at the Alfa 4C and was met by the salesman Zach who was very informative about the vehicle I was interested in seeing. He wasn't pushy and didn't look pass my young age of being a millennial interested in such an expensive car. He took down my information for upcoming used inventory and I plan on purchasing with this location in the future. Wish I was more in the market for an SUV upgrade because the interiors on the new Stelvio are on point!

I wrote a bad review because of an safety issue with the Alpa Romero I bought and got a nasty phone call from Lenard. He told me the reason it wasn't taken care of was because of the bad review, however I just wrote the review an hour ago (which was 4 months after I bought the vehicle). I would think twice before buying there. There are other places to buy your special vehicle. All I wanted was for them to follow through with what they said they would do. However if you must go there please see Monte, he is a good one

I had the clutch recall done on my 2015 Fiat 500 here. It took over 5 days to have a recall fixed that was suppose to only take 1 day. Rude people at the service center. Will not be bringing my Fiat back here. I would rate this place as zero stars out of 5 if I could. This is the closest dealership of over an hour away from where I live and I thought it would be a good experience, I was beyond wrong. Never have I experienced this kind of terrible customer service.

We had a simple dash notice of low tire pressure. The digital menu doesn t state the actual PSI to know whether it s safevto drive with it or not. Called Fiat emergency service. They would only offer to tow vs check tires prior. This was my daughter s first auto problem as an upperaged teen in college.. so, I assume that s why our order was placed in my name (dad) instead of hers, despite that the two of us are 2.5 he s. apart. The car was towed to this dealer for service on a Tuesday afternoon. After, calling to insure the tow co. and the dealer s Service Dept. had the local contact info for my daughter who uses the car vs mine, I nice agent Matt called her to confirm that the car would be ready the next day Wed.Called the next day to check status for my daughter. I was on the oboe for greater than an hour with multiple transfers , voicemail messages, on-hold music waits as long as 25 minutes, and a nice and frustrated phone operator/ receptionist, however, pleasant. I was told each time that I received an answer from someone that the car was not in the system by either name or number, that it takes some people a week to get cars back, was it a tow-in, this sounds like a scheduling problem and I can transfer you there, and I don t know what to tell you if you aren t even in the system. But my advisor Matt would call after lunch. We understand lunch, but why would an advisor call us a day ahead about a car that one else has registered as in possession so that someone could help if the advisor couldn t return to work? After multiple frustrating calls, Matt nicely confirmed with my daughter that the car would be ready at around 3 pm or so. A nice guy named Jason promised to call me prior with some search results it never happened, and the scheduling Dept. voicemails we re not returned either...My daughter went over via Uber to retrieve the car and was told to wait outside for the car to be brought around. She went back in after a long non-deliver wait, and then was given the key and told it s parked out front -/ no one knew you were waiting outside. After walking car to car searching for the car while we were talking on the phone , she located the car on th side not the front. This was another hour later totally just to pick up a minor tire checking request. We counted our blessings this the tire was not deemed to have damagiebforvrepair and was safe to use with an adjusted PSI.This was one of the worst service experiences I ve ever experienced at a dealer. We are stunned, Rick Case Fiat of Weston, fl provides the utmost red carpet service experience the dealer we use when on the east coast where we live. Why are there so many flippant issues with registering, locating, and completing simple service? The over--precocious succor-ant attitudes that result from shear chaos , only results in this type of internsl cacophony it s so sad that a business can stoops this low!Sorry for the length of review the errors are courtesy of Spell Czech.and limited time. Two weeks later, we were able toGet to a reputable Fiat Service Dept. at Weston s Rick Case Fiat Dealership. We learned that we had two splitting front tires and were in need of new tires and a front end alignment included the tire that Fort Myers Fist simply placed air and released the car rudely to my daughter. Basically, the Fort Myers location doesn t even care if your tires are safe for your teenagers to drive with it s a horrid place/experience.

Scott was helpful and sympathetic even when I didn't end up buying a car from this dealership. Good guy who looks out for customers, regardless of where they end up buying. Recommended if looking for an Alfa!

If you re looking to buy a Fiat, plan to avoid Galeana altogether and make the trip to Sunset Fiat in Sarasota. Galeana s pricing is MUCH higher and negotiation is nonexistent. Sunset Sarasota s web price was $4k LESS than Galeana for the exact same model. I walked out of Sunset with a brand new Fiat with tax, title, registration, fees AND LIFETIME WARRANTY-out the door- for the price Galeana offered as a starting price. Galeana said Sunset s price was false and once I got there they d tack on all kinds of hidden fees; they didn t. Additionally, the salesman (Tony) at Sunset personally made us espresso while waiting. Nice touch. Sunset has a customer for life. And if I have to have my Fiat serviced, I will be driving to Sarasota without question. Galeana lost a sure sale yesterday. It s unfortunate for them but a bonus for me as I m in love with my purchase and experience at Sunset.

I had a Fiat Spider on order for months with Fiat of Fort Myers.I supplied them with a deposit of $200 and was told that it would be refundable if the car didn't surface. After waiting MONTHS, I cancelled the order with my salesman, Kevin Denson. I was told that I would be receiving a refund. This has never happened and I have requested this several times.
