Stumbled upon this place and 100 percent so glad I did! I had a nail in my tire and within second s of walking in the door they assessed my car and jumped into action I was out of there in about 20 minutes! I will be back!

I had a great experience here. I had a flat tire and needed an oil change. It was well done, he found me a good used tire so it was it was cheap too. He will save you time and money.

What can I say when you're walking you get greeted by the CEO of affordable auto service Lou very pleasant person very informative he's out for the customer's best interest very highly recommended for all your vehicle needs repairs service even your Fleet recommended to bring it over here you'll be in and out less than 40 minutes depends on the repairs or the service certify all technicians so if you have a fleet vehicle vans cars whatever means stop by and get pricing for regular maintenance service and repairs just ask for Lou he will greet you with a smile strong handshake makes you feel just like family nice and warm and excellent customer waiting area reasonable pricing all around it is Affordable for all exotic to domestic vehicles thank you Lou for excellent service keep up the work you and your staff I was extremely impressed by all thank you David Guerra forklift Superior LLC

Dude that runs the place is ultra unprofessional. I raised a concern about the service they gave me. Before I could even tell him what was wrong he was yelling and swearing at me that there was nothing wrong. Saying they do 20 alignments every day (not physically possible) and always perfect. Maybe if they gave me the specs from the alignment and he wasnt so defensive immediately id trust them more. Got someone else to fix it right

Had a screw in my tire at 3:30pm on a Friday and couldn t find anywhere that could fit the car in to repair. Was on my way to another place but then they called and cancelled on me but I called Affordable Auto & Tire Service in a panic and Luis was amazing! Stayed open until I arrived, took the car back, completed the work within 30 minutes for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend giving Affordable Auto & Tire Service a call if you re in need!

I got my car towed here by recommendation of the tow truck driver, best decision! It was fast, quick, and soooo affordable! Good honest people work here! I was so worried that I literally road my car until the wheels fell off. But he was completely honest and my car feels so much better!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Completely dishonest and took advantage of us. Went in to have a 2 bent rims (1 only slightly bent) repaired told it would cost $40 each. Go to pick up vehicle only to find out they had placed two new tires on vehicle, done alignment, and the bill was $457. I asked to see old tires and they clearly did not need replacing, he started talking very condescending to me and yelling he would change the tires back & take them off. He couldn t show me where he repaired the second rim. He was so unbelievably rude, at that point I just wanted to get out of there and was afraid to allow him to change tires back in fear he would do something only to cause more issues to the vehicle. He did finally discount the bill to $400 but I highly advise not to go to this shop. A business should never do unauthorized work and then be belligerent when questioned about it. Many other trust worthy shops in the area. My advice is to stay far away from this place.

Excellent! Highly recommend. After repeated frustrating attempts with Tire Rack and Tires Plus to have new tires put on my car I visited Affordable Auto and Tire. The service manager Jeff was professional and very knowledgeable, while the Hunter Road Force technician was extremely skilled and customized the tire balancing to my old sports car. After searching all over Naples/Bonita for a reputable Hunter Road Force technician...This is the best!I'll go back to them to service my car....and suggest you give them a try.

I brought my vehicle here because my air conditioning stopped blowing cold air. I used a free AC check that I found in the ValPak which they also had numerous other offers on other vehicle repairs and such. They checked my car out that day very quickly yet efficiently. I need a new AC compressor and I later received the financing to take my vehicle back. I dropped of my car they gladly drove me home while the service was performed on my car. Before days end they called me and my car was fixed and happily picked me up from home. The owner is one of the nicest people and very trustworthy. If needed I will definitely have any future repairs done at their shop.

Used their coupon for a Synthetic oil change that said it included a free tire rotation. When they got done I asked if they did the tire rotate and he said they only do it if you ask. I said it's on the coupon. He refused to do it and said to come back. I called on another day and he said to take my business somewhere else using a few choice words.STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!

I had a fantastic experience there today! The gentleman who took in and did the work on my car is an absolute rock star (Anthony or Antonio?).They went over and above to get me back on the road as quickly as possible and did what they could to save me money. I was visiting in Fort Myers but if at all possible will plan my next service needed with a trip there so I can use the same people. Extremely honest and trust worthy and will go the extra mile!

I give this business ZERO stars!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! My fianc� brought his car a year ago for a new transmission (a $2,000 service) and had to constantly bring it back for issues the car was developing AFTER the service. They keep saying "your car's fine" when it is NOT! they do not want to admit that they sold him a FAULTY TRANSMISSION and scammed him out of $2k. When my fianc� tried to speak with the manager/owner about the issue, the manager started screaming at him and calling him a clown. WORST BUSINESS EVER. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

MY GO TO PLACE FOR ANYTHING AUTOMOTIVE! Luis and Anthony are super professional and amazing people. I ve had them do tire changes a few different times and they have never disappointed me. They are truly the most affordable and best auto shop in SWFL. Today I had them do a tire change, oil change, and alignment. They took great care of me and delivered 5 star service. Thank you guys for your help. I will be back soon!

Took my Honda in for a free safety inspection too see what they would find, because I was just at the dealership for a recall. The dealership gave me a list of things they said that needed to be done. (Brakes, Tune Up, Timing Belt Job, Fluid Flushes, two front tires and alignment.) Cost $2,400.00Affordable did find the same things needed based on mileage and worn parts.They estimated the job at $1,750.00.I was in total shock! That was $650.00 cheaper! The manager also told me he would throw in a free oil change.I agreed to have them do the work. It s been two weeks since the work was done and I must say I am super happy with there service and friendly customer service.I will recommend all my friends and family to give them a try.Thank you Affordable Auto & Tire for the great service and prices you provided.Frank

What a great company and great service they provide. Called in and he couldn t help me right away but said he could squeeze me in the next day. He called back 5 minutes later and told me that my van has a recall on that very same part and if I took it in to the dealership I could get it fixed for free. That s the kind of service I expect from someone I had been going to for years. I never had gone to him and he easily could of went on his way and did anything else but he called me back and told me the truth. Honesty is the most important thing for me when it comes to a mechanic. And he has earned my trust forever! Keep it up!

Let me start off by saying I left my wheel locks in NYC And had a tire with a really bad air leak. I called several tire places and went down to Fire Stone to no avail. The others do not even compare to the Service and professionalism that Mr Vargas and his team provided. He not only fixed my tire and took the wheel locks off but gave me a EXCELLENT Price. I can guarantee you will not find a better Auto and tire specialist in the area. FIVE STARS

After going to a big car dealership for an oil change, my 87 year old mom was told she needed to replace the front brake pads and rotors, back brake pad and rotors, and the oil pan at a cost of $2000. It was dangerous to drive . My mechanic in a different state told me even if all the repairs are needed, they are charging twice as much as he would charge. He told me about Affordable Auto, where we went for a second opinion. Joe told us we only needed to replace 1 of the 3 things. The other 2 were fine. He did recommend that we put an undercoat on the undercarriage to protect it from further salt damage. ($75.00-worth it!)It is so nice to find an honest car mechanic who does great work, charges reasonable prices, and was as outraged at the deceptive scare tactics my mom received at the car dealership as I was. Joe even sent a text to me with before and after pictures of the repairs for my peace of mind. A great experience!

When I moved to Florida, I wasn't sure where to go for my car's issues. I asked someone who has lived here for a while and she said after trying out countless auto shops, she trusts 'Affordable.' Hank is absolutely wonderful. He even remembered me the second time I came in months later. He'll actually explain what's wrong with your car and the best route to take to fix it, not the most expensive route. One time I had an issue that required 19 hours of labor and he only charged me for 1/4 of that. Now i have to say it was very odd circumstances and it was probably because of the exact nature of that problem, but it still let me know a lot about the place. While in the waiting room an elderly man came in telling them about a certain sound he wasn't sure about. They test drove it and i heard them talking to the guy telling him why it was not imperative to fix anything and it was a normal sound for his make and model. Almost any other shop would just take advantage. I'll never go anywhere else.

Brought my vehicle for an oil change and they found other things wrong. They were very honest and fair with pricing and explained exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. I usually take my vehicle to the dealership because I just trust they know what they are doing but in this case- I was wrong! This place here will be where I get all of my vehicles serviced. It s hard to find good, Honest people that are also efficient in what they do.

Great service. Fair price. These guys have been servicing my vehicles for a couple years now. They do a good job and they're really reasonable. They get it out in a timely manner as well. I've been satisfied with every job they've done for me so far.

I sent my employee here and they took great care of him and had him right back on the road. I took one of my fleet vehicles in for new calipers, rotars and pads great job and completed on schedule. I then took my personal truck in for a wheel vibration that other shops did not want to attempt on my 22 inch fuel rims. These guys got it done and fixed alignment that was off on front right wheel. The truck has never felt soo good. Highly recomend this place.

When my car overheated, I went to them as they are in my neighborhood. They were professional & friendly, & the office was very clean. Indeed, my radiator had a leak. Original equipment, 10 year old car. They drove me home, then picked me up when the work was done. Very reasonably priced. To top it off, yesterday they called to see if everything was working correctly! Wow, that's a 1st. I'm a happy customer & will use them again.

I must say I wish all auto repair shops were like this one. The owner Luis and his manager tony are the reason why i tell everyone to come here. My car kept having stalling issues and not only do they drive you home and back, but the price for the repair was almost less than half than other repair shops I called. They always save me whenever I'm in trouble and I am very happy I have a shop i can trust to do honest and great work! Keep it up!!

I have used Affordable for several years. I drive an older car and anytime I call there Jeff or Hank has always been great to work with me in getting my car in for repair quickly. Jeff always sees that my repairs are completed in a timely manner.These guys are great ! Their shop is always clean, bathrooms included.While experiencing a car crisis you can't find a group of people that are more friendly, caring and efficient in completing a job well done !! Exceptionally caring and professional. We were stranded in the area. Three hours from home on the Saturday of Memorial Weekend. 1:15pm. The three neighboring automotive big chains turned us away. One of them had every bay empty yet they told us they were booked. We stumbled on Affordable Auto & Tire. A mom and pop. 40 minutes before closing. Without hesitation they took us in. I cannot thank Jeff Russom enough for his kindness and for exhausting his resources until he found the part that we needed. I called Luis Vargas, the owner, to commend his crew but written reviews go a long way. It's how I personally determine where to go and not to go. If I lived in the area these guys would be maintaining my vehicle. Thank you, thank you, thank you. God bless your generosity...

Anthony was a great help! Called with all the details and pricing and because it's their new location in Ft Meyers they have a special with discounts and I didn't even have to ask! Not to mention picked me up at home to come back to pick up my car. Great service at a great price! Will recommend 100%!!!

I work next door to them. I was doing my oil change and needed a small gasket removed from my oil filter. Without hesitation they did that. I wasn t even a customer of theirs and look how they treated me. It says a lot about their character. I wish them longevity with their business.
