That is one of the greater advance Auto parts store it was very friendly and helpful and explaining everything to us of what we needed to know about the product we was buying, very nice,Thank you advance you got yourself a good crew like always at advanced Auto parts

AMAZING service Had what should have been a terrible day dead battery with a ridiculous amount of corrosion, had to walk to this shop from where the car died, etc.But Kai & Jeff were fantastic & I received phenomenal customer service. They got that trainwreck of a cable looking brand new and got me back on the road.Thanks again, guys.This is going to be my go-to auto parts store moving forward.

Replying to Henry. I was there at the store when he was asking 4 different associates in regards to a hood bumper for his 2022 Dodge Challenger. Everyone that INDEED HELPED him told him the same thing unfortunately they do not carry that product and he would have to get it from the dealership . They told that to him in English and Spanish but since he didn t believe them obviously got mad and gave them a bad review.I personally have never had any issues with them and as a matter fact they are actually very helpful . I love the fact that he claims that nobody helped him. Delete your review Henry. Your negativity is not needed, thank you.

Was just there My Chevy impala battery died. Jesus s. Got me the right battery quick. Informed me it might need professional installation. Did it on my own real quick. Was back on the road. Great service and help guys!

Carlos was more interested in who was closing shop for the night then helping me with what I needed. When I didn t know a simple answer to his questioned he looked annoyed put his hands up to pull his hair back and sighed when he instructed me to go to my car to find out. I thought he would come out and help me as opposed to me looking like a fool. Instead of going back in I kept driving and I went across the street to Napa where they were more than happy to help me. Won t be going back to this auto parts store again.

I have been going to this store many years, my experience have been great and the location is very convenient.If they don't have the part I need they are very good about getting it in a timely manner.I recommend this is store for my DIY means when it comes to car problems.

Went there for fuse for tail lights, wipers and squealing belt. (WILL) helped us all the way. He went to the auto, took us to what we needed in the store. We give (WILL) 5 stars!!!Best customer service!Thank you!He wouldn't even take a tip from us.

Great store carlos and summer were amazing to work with only bad side was the lou guy next door coming in and yelling about how we couldn't work on our car in the store parking lot cause he owns the mechanic shop right next to it

Don't go here! Bought a brand new alternator that was bad!!! Which cost me more money at the auto shop because they had to do twice the labor. The asst manager at Advance Auto just kept saying were sorry it doesn't cover any labor we can only refund the part. What do you mean it was a BRAND NEW outta the box!! Didn't even know the corporate number!!!

I was towed there from college Pkwy. I needed a serpentine belt. I never needed one before. I didn't know what to expect. I was happy it could be done that day, plus I received a AAA discount.

Fantastic assistance - my Alternator died, on vacation and on the way through Ft Myers on a Saturday. After a parking-lot-quick-test, and discussing several part replacement options, the Adv Auto Rep (Kirk), also recommended a local on-site repair service. The alternator was removed in the parking lot, bench tested and proven bad, and replaced in less then an hour for a very fair price. Minor disruption to a vacation and great service too. Thanks, Rick Hess

Very poorly ran store with employees that do not know how to work the cash register. I literally watched 4 customers leave rather wait in line for the 1 open register while 4 other people were "working" behind the counter not helping anyone. Poor poor service
