I went in to this store yesterday and was fortunate enough to get help from an employee named Devon. He was quick to help me solve my problem and give me tips to get the job done. He was extremely knowledgeable and solution oriented. I never expect this kind of service coming into these stores and I was really pleased with the level of support he was able to give. I will go out of my way to come to this store again. Thanks Devon!

I don t know what makes you think it s ok to tell a paying customer they have to go to another business Mc Donald s next door to use their restroom. Literally had a basket full of items I left on the counter to take my toddler to use the restroom.Also took my business elsewhere. Completely lazy & rude employees. In a world where everything is purchased on Amazon you should be thankful for anyone interested in visiting your establishment to make a purchase. Unbelievable! It s a normal part of business to have a restroom available to patrons and YES the restroom will be dirtier and will require cleaning but at least you have the sales. Seriously unbelievable! Wish I caught her name but it was a young black girl working the register today 11/10. around 10:45.

Armorall extreme tire shine gel product is the best for tires an all around plastic moldings in 2021 Nissan Rogue.Fill in the sponge applicator groove and smear making a line with the filled up sponge middle applicator and go back to apply rubbing the needed surface to the edge, it's an awesome quality hard to find Armorall product tat must be restocked in the stocking shelves ASAP. Wear gkoves.

Very nice and helpful employees today, a man and a woman. The man sold product to a couple outside with a 25 year old Honda and then helped them. The lady and then the man helped me with windshield wipers and other general questions. Great teamwork.

Terrific staff. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my dumb questions. If you are nervous about what part if any you might need for your vehicle then come here even if it is out of your way. I left feeling way more comfortable with the items I purchased after my conversations with the friendly staff.

Luis and AL !!!!!! They went above and beyond to help me. Especially Luis who sat through mini melt down to eventually help me find a solution to my problem!!!! Thank you! This is definitely one of the better locations. From now on I'm only going to Luis's store! P.S. The hub caps were definitely a great add on

It's a very easy store to get to you and there is an abundance of items to purchase. You can even get your battery installed there.

Never again I will buy from here. I bought tire sensors for my corolla and they told me it will work. I spend 150 dollars for them. My mechanic install then and didnt work so I decide to remove them and one broke and I told them what happened and they told me they cant help me. So they sold something just guessing it will work and then u lose the money. Never again. I work too hard for every penny I have so first me was throwing 150 to the toilet. Thanks

Worst customer service ! Did not want to go out to check on my battery because it was raining . Really ? I guess advance auto parts does not sell umbrellas !On top of that they did not want to exchange one of their low quality battery s that you can buy for a bargain of $159 and die on you within two years. I forgot , you get 5 year warranty , NOT!

I'll never step into an Advance Auto Parts again. I bought a battery in last 18 months but, my fault I didn't keep receipt. The battery died and I've never needed a receipt because the batteries are always registered to my phone number on my account. I took the battery in and even though the date stamp on the battery showed it was in warranty, they refused to exchange it because it wasn't registered to my pH #. They obviously put it under the wrong number or never put it in. So they told me a replacement was $200 and some change. I left and went to Battery Plus and bought a $225 AGM battery. I'll NEVER Ever buy from Advance again and will tell anyone I can about this.

Place is garbage 0 customer walk in the store to the manager sitting on a bucket completely ignored my presence and the other guy was helping other people sit there waiting until he finish so when it was my turn and when he saw I had a return he got up the bucket after he ignored me for couple minutes to tell the guy to make sure he put the money back in the card I bought then he say o wait it's a tool u gotta go back to the store u rented with and I told him I cant go to the other store he said sorry I cant help NEXT NEXT I cant help NEXT very rude and unprofessional NEVER COMING BACK FOR SURE THANKS TO HIM!
