Amazing people everytime i go there. They are most reasonable in price on transmissions. No three months out like dealers who put in my transmission. If they rebuild it and something goes wrong get it in within a day. Love their demeanor of customers. A+++++

I definitely recommend this place, I received a fast resolution to my problem at a fair price and working with Michael was as a pleasant an experience as one could hope for. My transmission shifts as smoothed as butter now.Thank you!

Great customer service. Dedrick and the staff were professional and pleasant to deal with. The new transmission, radiator, and motor mounts were professionally installed and work like new. The work was done quickly while I waited and the price was reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone. I will continue to use them in the future.Service: Transmission

Everyone here was super nice. I needed my ac repaired and even though they couldn t fix it because my entire windshield needs to be removed for the repair, they were still very kind and professional. Hopefully I can get my ac fixed at some point soon!

My wife drives a 2008 Saturn Vue. GM replaced the transmission under warranty when it had just 60,000 miles. Now, at 125,000 miles, that transmission failed! My mechanic referred me to Josh, saying he is HONEST, FAIR PRICED with highly skilled mechanics. Josh knew EXACTLY what the problem was, gave me a very fair price, ordered upgraded factory replacement parts and had it back in just a week. It actually runs better than when brand new! Transmission problems? Don't get taken by dishonest or unskilled mechanics. Just call Josh...you'll be glad you did. I certainly am!Service: Auto maintenance

Josh was awesome! They did an excellent job servicing my 2014 Highlander. I work 6 days a week and couldn t come during regular hours so they let me drop it off after hours. He called me the very next day so that I could pay and because my car has a perimeter key, he locked it and left the key in a safe place told me by phone directions to find them.. They were very professional when they serviced my wife s Highlander, I ll definitely take my 2014 Mazda 3 to this location to have it serviced too.. Thanks Josh and staff!!Service: Transmission

When it comes to expensive repairs it's important to do your homework and I thought I did a good job. However, when it came time to take my truck up to amco I called but no one answered, so I called the next amco. That's when Josh answered. He informed me that he could do the job quicker than the expected turn around time at the other shop so I said gereat I'm coming in.He was super nice, friendly, and informative as well. I asked a few detailed questions which he was able to answer no problem. My truck now drives better than factory and with a solid warranty I can confidently say I got the best value and workmanship this area has to offer.Thanks Josh and team!I'll be back.Service: Transmission

WOW!!!! What a Great experience. I've always done my own work on my vehicles, but when I had a transmission issue, It was Great to have someone you could "TRUST" Josh is "Honest, and True" Thank you for your Professionalism and Honesty. I'm not from this area, but when my Truck had an issue, Josh made me feel confident that I was in the right shop. I know people don't always trust auto repair shops, but it you need one, I recommend you see Josh!!!!!!

I called Josh asking him if I could bring in my 2010 Ford Explorer at the last minute before I left for an extended trip. Josh had absolutely no problem with that and communicated with both myself and my father regarding my truck. He was honest and well explained regarding what exactly was wrong and he took the time to shop and get me the best price possible for all the parts and labor. If you're questioning whether or not you should go here, absolutely give it a shot. Great customer service and even better work!

Over the 62 years I have been alive I tried to have Automatic transmissions fixed a few times. I swore I would never do it again as they always fail. WELL A trusted mechanic told me this was THE ONLY place he would let work on his Transmission. I took his advice and went here. Well it has been 3 years now and many miles and my 2005 Cadillac is still running good as new. Great experienced staff and Josh was very accommodating. Great job done by a great crew. I would highly recommend these guys for your transmission problems. Give them a call.So a new car and return to the ONLY transmission shop I trust and would use here where I live. Guess what?...Perfect, trouble free repair once again...DO NOT gamble on big ticket repairs on your vehicle. Go to the PRO's. Their employee's are all well qualified and it shows with the work they do...I hope to not need any more Transmission work on any of my vehicles, but if I do, it is nice to know I have a trusted repair shop to deal with the problems..Thanks guys..Service: Transmission

Josh made the best of a bad situation. No one wants to hear they need a new transmission. They made it as painless as possible, and it was a super quick turn around, which was great for a work vehicle. Even fixed a few things for no charge while they had the car apart. Will definitely be using again.

Have not had a better auto repair experience. Was shocked when our car lost power to drive wheels and had to be hauled to be repaired. Our choice of Josh and his technicians was the best thing we could have done. After they finished the repair(replace torque converter and rebuild transmission) our car runs and shifts very smoothly. Josh was very easy to work with and gave an honest assessment of our problem. Thanks Josh, your among the best and I will recommend you to anyone needing the service you provide.

Was referred by Firestone Auto On Mcgregor since they work on Transmissions and had papers with some codes Firestone had sent with me showing a bad sensor either on or in Transmission. FINE. So I walk in door tell them Firestone sent me and would like a quote on how much it would be to fix sensor on transmission, Josh rudely asks " you see all those cars parked out there?" " They are all mine I have to work on and I have 1 guy working here and one guy who is out and has to have chemo treatment " ok Josh sorry that is happening but IN NO WAY DID I EXPECT FOR You to look at it TODAY. just wanted some information. Very unfriendly and then told me Ford can look at this and that (ok Ford cant see me untilnext month By the way Josh" No intention or willing to help.me I wasted my time to drive there. As phone rang he was super friendly on person on the other end of the line , instead of a potential customer in front of.him.. I LEFT AND DID NOT use this business he was NOT looking out for a customer more for himself.... why be there if you are miserable?....weirdly they have a 4.5 star rating on Google and there was a similar review and situation 4 months ago where 1 person with a Audi experienced almost same poor customer service. I would give No stars.

Josh is amazing !! He felt like a friend the minute I met him.. My husband just came home from a very serious surgery when my car decided to have a problem. I took it to Josh which I found thru Google.Josh is very warm, funny and very honest... very fair and a man of his word !!! He enjoys his job and has a great relationship with his tech. U feel at ease just talking with Josh ! U can't go wrong CHOOSING him .We are blessed to have found him ... Thank you Josh,, You have a new loyal customer!!!!

This place came highly recommended by a friend after I had called around the area looking for quotes on a th350 rebuild. Not only did Josh quote me an awesome price but the guy is super friendly and knows what he s doing. I m very satisfied with the work he did. I would highly recommend you give him your business.

I was having car troubles for a few months and Josh was always able to squeeze me in for a diagnostic or to take a quick look. He has fixed my AC, changed my oils and is always honest. It's hard to find honest mechanics especially being a female and I am so grateful to have found Josh. If there is something he is not sure of he'll refer you to the right person.I would highly recommend him to anyone that has issues with their car or just needs an oil change. His cost is always fair and he doesn't try to sell you on things you don't need. Thanks Josh for being a great mechanic I can count on!

Josh and his crew have rebuilt a transmission for my F-150 & F-350 so far. Josh was honest, fair priced and did a fantastic job on my trucks. It's a rarity to find all of these qualities in this industry, therefore I would recommend them to all of my friends and customers. A BIG thanks to josh and his crew!

Josh is super friendly and just plain real. He told me what I needed and how much it would cost, which I thought was more than fair for what I have seen online at other places. Fixed and I'm running smoothly. Called yesterday afternoon, fixed today. Honest and fair! Highly recommend!!
