I have never had such a great experience with an auto shop in years of owning cars over 30 years. In NY, Naples or Ft Myers.Hector and Vanessa went so far above and beyond to not only repair, replace and did more than we asked for.I will only use them and recommend them.Very grateful to them.

I m so happy to have found Hector and his Auto Care business. Very pleasant and honest man. Took the time to understand what I wanted and needed. Awesome quality work at a very competitive price. His extensive Toyota knowledge is evident and I m happy I know have a personal mechanic for my my 2019 Rav4 and my Mercedes Benz Sprinter. Hector was recommended by a friend . Best recommendation EVER!!Hector and his staff since my sister I got there were professional, nice, and friendly. We told him the issue from another bad mechanic had done to our car. He resolved it in 1,2,3. Always showing us the parts, and keeping us informed. Definitely has a forever client. Hands down Hector and his staff are professional and honest.

I moved here in Florida about a year ago and eversince finding a mechanic i can trust has been difficult,because there are always hidden fees, extra thingsthey want to charge and the job isn't always doneproperly. But a few months ago I discovered this shopand have been coming ever since. My car had manyissues and was not doing well and the othermechanics in the area could not fix the issues. Butthis mechanic was able to identify the issues properlyand fix my car. He went above and beyond makingsure i knew what the issue was, taking time to listento my questions and concerns and showing the oldparts and the new parts. When i left my car in theshop he provided me a ride home and as soon as therepairs were done he notified me and explainedeverything that was done and gave me tips as well. Ifyou are looking for an honest mechanic who will fixyour car properly and give you all the information thatyou need to keep your car healthy then 41 auto care isfor you.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

I hate to leave this review because the staff seems very friendly. The thing that made me leave this review is the fact that I took my car in for a check engine light thinking it would be a quick read the codes and inspect and let me know what could be wrong.Instead the keys were taken and they went out to check everything out for about 1-2 hours. After about 45 min I asked the front desk if I was going to be charged for this since they were taking things apart. They said no we re just checking and we ll give you an estimate at the end.Fast forward to an hour or so later when I got hit by a surprise $60+ bill. I ve never been to a mechanic where they weren t up front with me about what they were going to do prior and have me sign off on the charges before beginning.Have since taken it to two other mechanics for a second opinion. Both have quoted me hundreds less and given me a free quick 20 min inspection.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Do NOT Use These scam Artists. If you have a check engine light they will just cut the wires and then reset the computer. They put things back together wrong on purpose so that it would mess up and you would have to bring it back to them. They ran the main wiring harness in-between the engine and the hot temperature hose line so that it would melt apart. They even cut my airbag wiring sensor. They charged me for changing the oil when all they did was clean off the oil filter to make it look new. They won't be in business for to long, I just filed a lawsuit against them

I Would not and now, Never go here again. They "fix" the parts that you ask and then sabotage your vehicle and then the mess with other parts or install them in a way that they will mess up. If you have check engine light on and it's a wire that leads to a sensor or anything else they will just cut it and then reset the computer engine light doesn't show anymore. I would not use these people, typical scam artists when it comes to negligence of being a mechanic. Do not go there

They are not professionals, they are thieves, they told me that my car had a short, the only thing they did was connect the scanner and erase the codes, when I pressed the part that was the problem, the lights appeared on the dashboard, it just took its time to make me believe i fixed my car they just did scan and charged me for general inspection of my car they are scammers.No son profesionales, son ladrones, me dijeron que mi auto ten�a un corto, lo �nico que hicieron fue conectar el esc�ner y borrar los c�digos, cuando presion� la parte que era el problema, aparecieron las luces en el tablero, solo se tom� su tiempo para hacerme creer que arregl� mi auto, solo hicieron escaneo y me cobraron por la inspecci�n general de mi auto son estafadoresService: General repairs & maintenance
