Location is beautiful!Rooms are pretty, however do not allow yourself to get assigned to room 301!There are no light darkening curtains on the windows, and at night it is like daylight inside. If you sleep past 7:00, you won't because the room wall is shared with the utility closet for staff. The water backs up in the tub if you run the bath (not shower), had two bugs in the tub.Wondered why I was sweating at night, there is a big gap around the door and the door frame. Also you hear people in the office through the shared wall, And those standing around outside talking. No sponge to clean dishes ( bring paper ), found dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom.Staff is friendly.

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it! Wish it was longer. The faculty was amazing and very accommodating! We used the paddle boards and kayaks and bicycles and loved the experience. Pool and outdoor area was well kept and inviting. I will say breakfast is mostly packaged things but they did have fruit and coffee, I wish they had hot food but that is really reaching for something they could change. Shower was hot and beds were comfy and clean so all in all we were very happy with our stay. It is a smaller place so it is more homey feeling than most commercial hotels we have stayed in. If we ever come back we will be staying here!

I would NOT recommend this place. We arrived around 8 o'clock the night we checked in only to find there was no one on-site working and no direction as to what to do next. Eventually I call the number to find out there were all kinds of weird steps just to get in the room. Once in the room it was NOT AS ADVERTISED. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and sinking in as there was no support to hold them up. The towels were old and rough and the shower leaked all over the floor while I was bathing which I can only assume was due to a hole or something. To cap it all off after having a long delay to check in we asked for a late check out to make up for the inconvenience only to be told very rudely no and that it's our fault. That was the icing on the cake for me. Bad service, bad quality, and poor structure is all I have to say. If you can stay somewhere else then do so. The star rating is not accurate.

Not what I was expecting. It has a great concept and I can see the vision they are shooting for but the comfort of the rooms was terrible. Stayed for two days this past weekend. When we arrived late Friday we went straight into the room and ready for bed to find the ac wasn t working. Lots of light and traffic noise due to our room being right by the main road and only a curtain that allowed the flashing traffic light to blink through all night long. They replaced the small window ac unit the next day only to find out that it wasn t an issue with the ac rather than the electrical in the wall so we were equipped with a huge extension cord running through the room to keep it going. Bed was sat straight on the metal bed frame with no platform or box spring so we could feel the dips in the mattress as it sank between the metal slats on the frame. The entire room was was like a poorly remodeled basement with bandaid fixes everywhere. I know the deviation this area suffered but just wish the owners would invest a little more money into the rooms. The outside gathering areas were pretty cool, with a small beach community vibe. As I said I see their vision and with some improvements it could easily be one cool spot to spend a vacation, but this time for us just wasn t it. Wish I would have just booked with a hotel for the money I spent here.

This is a cute quaint perfect getaway. We wanted to getaway for the 4th and we are so glad we picked this location. Jennifer was very kind and helpful. Knowing what kind of resort this is, and seeing we would be grilling we brought our own utensils, seasoning, etc.Glad we read the review about the pillows so we brought our own, I would recommend it.This is not a GLAMOROUS BEACH SIDE RESORT This is a mom and pop location and more like island living . We will be back:)

Wifi never worked. Checkin process was painful. No TV remote, they said they would bring next day and they didn't. Grounds and rooms not clean.Do not recommend.

This is a beautiful and affordable spot situated between the bridge to FMB and the rest of the Fort Myers area! Rooms are clean, cool, and decorated with amenities! We enjoyed the complimentary paddle board, kayak and bicycle rentals so much, we wish we could stay longer. Even when there was an issue with the third party booking company we used, Jennifer and the team were quick to help resolve the issue. We hope to come back soon, this is a great stay in the Fort Myers area :)) Thank you!

The rooms and the location are good, even the hotel is located close to a busy street. Breakfast is really the weak side. Short time and less stuff.Another very positive thing is that the hotel offers use of kayaks for free. Great!A good American style restaurant is just a jumper away from the rooms. And please be aware, that there is no reception available. You nee to check in via mobile phone and get the room entry key per email the day you arrive.

The service is excellent here. Very helpful and accomadating. Our flight was cancelled and while we didn t get same room back, they let us in early.Nearby activities: There is a mini-golf nearby. Also, the Bayside Grill is literally next door with great food. Also if you take the trolley, you can get to the beach in minutes. Downtown Ft. Meyers beach is being built back up.Walkability: There is a trolley stop not far and the price of the trolley is cheap. Recommend that you take a bike with you because the trolley to Lovers Key can get backed up in traffic. So you have bikes to ride back.

I stayed here on "accident". I was traveling to the area for work and based on all the reviews of the regular hotel chains I normally would stay it, this was a better choice. Apparently most of the chain hotels were still operating without fixing what the recent hurricanes had ruined. The place does NOT look like the photos LOL you won't find any turquoise water- but, it was convenient, VERY clean, updated & safe. It's on a busy road, but this shouldn't hinder your sleep. I found there wasn't much traffic during sleeping hours. Everything seemed very quiet at night. Since I was here for work, I didn't explore the whole property but I will absolutely stay here again when I visit the area. As a woman traveling alone, I would have liked to see more lights in the parking lot- otherwise this was a great little place to stay for the week. Some reviews mentioned this place being overpriced for what it is and I don't agree. Comparing the chain hotels in the area & their sketchy reviews-I found this place to be a great value.

Pool is boiling hot, the rooms are so old, we had a mouse or something chewing and crawling around in the upstairs closet thing.. Just saying mouse from the droppings that were in clear sight.. The triming on each stair inside and around the twin bed kept falling off.. We got 3 pillows for 4 people. Asked the maids for another one and she stated thats all they hadThen 3 weeks after our stay we got a charge that they said a child peed on the sofa but we have children that have been potty trained for years now. A Manger was so post to call back with proof of such but never got back. We are locals so its kinda like wow what a way to treat someone.

Just not worth the money spent and the only reason I m posting on here now is because I was asked about my stay via Text and my number was blocked by whoever sent it and it was the same number used to communicate my entire stay . Hmmm weird . But not a fan of metal bed frames it s cheap and beds were uncomfortable. Not to mention you literally only have two pillows vs big chains you have anywhere from 4-6 for a king bed. Not only was that an issue the Toilet paper upon arrival was gone so I went and purchased some but also no where does it state a wifi password and or should I even have to ask for one now a date kinda of a given . But breakfast being served outside is not ideal at all considering the weather during our stay . Not many selections on food as well but these are things I just would have expected considering the amount of money spent not to mention 30 dollars for a late check out . It s just left a really sour taste in my mouth. Would have been much happier with a chain hotel. I will say staff was very helpful when called upon .

Many good things to say! Most notable is the pool and cabana area, wasn t expecting that! I let my lovely wife pick this spot and I m glad she did. We booked our room with Katie she s amazing, and Rob is rockstar who made it a point to show us to our kayaks. Brittany brought us extra towels when we went over to the pool! And last but not least the owner sent us an email and thanked us for our stay! That s what hospitality is all about, outstanding! Thank you!

Booked via Expedia with no advance payment and free cancellation. They deducted 50% of the price from my card right away anyways. Now I had a change of plans and cancelled ... waiting for them to return my money for over 3 weeks now. Not intested in doing business with them ever again.Update october 2023: Still waiting for my money, they decided just to ignore my mails.

We didn t stay at the hotel but we rented a Pontoon bote, and I have to say it was a wonderful experience, they were very friendly, explained everything we needed to know to have such a wonderful time with the boat, it was our first time in this kind of experience and it was so easy, our kids had such a wonderful experience not only going to different beaches but also fishing. We did it for two days and all the people there were so nice. We recommend it and we would sure repeat if we go to the area again!

Arrived at hotel. We did not get a text for the reservation stay. We got access via phone call with the assistant manager. We then entered the room to find grote missing in the tiles and a very rushed and shabby paint job. On the outside of the property their was a notice posted from the city. The notice read that the building had structural damage and to enter at your own risk of death or injury. I asked the attendant about this that seemed clueless to this notice despite it being posted in October! I was offered 100 dollars off but we did not feel safe and elected to leave. No one should be staying at this hotel! It does not appear to be anywhere ready for occupancy. Phones did not operate in building and Wi-Fi provided did not work

We absolutely loved our weekend family getaway at this hotel. Very clean, peaceful garden, nice pool area, outdoor seating by the marina, and complementary kayaks, paddleboards, etc. Very close to the beach and restaurant choices. I know our family will be back, highly recommend.

OMG! First thing, Bonny! The sweetest host! She was kind and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We extended our stay 2 extra nights because we loved this place so much and her.Second thing, Rooms! Spacious, modern, cute, clean and comfortable. Beach vibes! No complaints about the rooms! We moved rooms when we extended our stay and both rooms were incredible. (19 & 3) 3 was our favorite. I brought my 2 year old and she was comfy as well and we werent crowded. Plenty of space for our things and even a little table to sit and eat. TVs had hulu, netflix and disney plus. Microwave and fridge. Breakfast was every morning and it was nice, coffee was good. The hotel is on the water and is peaceful and quiet. But also next to a nice bar and restaurant.&& Third, Amenities. Bikes, kayaks, beach chairs you can use for free. Which was awesome when we decided to head to Sanibel. The chairs by the water have a fire pit that was easy to use and modern and perfect for winding down at night. Grill was great and lounge area was so tropical and nice!! pool area was clean and nice. A little warm but id rather that then it be too cold! Nice beach chairs to lay in and fenced in which was nice for the kid! No kid pool but it wasn't needed for us.Safe to say I would stay here again and again. And for the price, (we got a pretty good deal) it was nicer than any other hotel in the area.

Katie at the desk is the sweetest girl and she gave us the warmest welcome . We were leaving too early in the morning to board the key west Express to enjoy the complimentary breakfast and she voluntarily gave us plenty of breakfast snacks she had to give and showed us the free bicycles to enjoy as well as kayaks to go out on the harbor . All complimentary! No additional fees ! The sunset was gorgeous that afternoon as well .
