This has been the worst experience with a business!I bought a rebuilt Mercury 175 HP from Tony. The price included shipping to my location 2000 miles from him. It took 4 months to receive the correct one. I ordered a 20" shaft but he sent a 25" shaft. Finally received the correct one after 3 months.I had my mechanic install it on my Ranger and found the oil reservoir cap stripped and had to purchase a new one. I was on the water for 5 hours doing the break-in when it went into limp mode and left me in the middle of the lake.I took it to my mechanic the next day to test it and found the MAP Sensor, Block Pressure Sensor and TPI failed. It cost over $700 to repair.After several requests for reimbursement with Tony stating "I will take care of you brother".Last response was "he was too busy right now to talk, because he was opening a new location"It has been 5 months now and I have come to the realization that he had no intent to pay me back.Photos attached are defective parts Tony requested shipped to him so he could reimburse me and Invoice for my mechanic to repair. Shipping was $27. Nothing has been reimbursed!I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.Do not buy from this company! Beware!

Tony and Cat were great to work with. Tony first tried to help diagnose and give tips on fixing problem myself. I really appreciated that honest approach to my problem. It ended up to be an engine overhaul but only after extensive tests on compression and temperature. That info was presented me and we had a discussion on whether the engine was worthy of a that major investment. I felt they had my best interests in mind. They completed in less than a week and we are pleased with the professional results. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of good customer service on their boat.

I was having issue with my 2 stroke Yamaha after picking up some bad fuel in the keys. I cleaned the carbs and still couldn't get it to run just right. I took it to one mechanic who told me it was a compression and coil issue. He cleaned the connections on the coils and told me I would needed to replace the head gasket. I had checked the compression before I took it in and knew it was not a compression issue. Soo it was time to look for a new mechanic.I had driven by Elite numerous times, so I gave them a call. They got me in the next day and had figured out the issue by the end of the day. The previous mechanic had swapped the leads for the coils after cleaning them. In addition Elite found that the timing advance arm was not the right arm and the engine timing was advancing to quickly. Now the boat runs better than it ever has. I know my way around boats but these guys are the real deal. I recommend Tony and he's team of mechanics to anyone!!!

Best service ever. You gotta love someone who demands that things are done correctly and won't put a motor out that's not going to last. You won't regret getting work done here.
