We were in Fort Myers Beach for vacation and started having car trouble. Before we left home we were having an issue with the car, so we took the car several times to both Honda Dealers in our area. They were unable to figure out the problem. On our drive south the situation with the car got worse. When we arrived in Fort Myers Beach, we got in touch with Frank at NAPA. He got us in quickly, figured out the issue with the car, and ordered the part. All this was done in a couple of days. After we arrived home, Frank got in touch with us to check to see if everything was ok. We highly recommend Frank and the workers at NAPA.

Frank is amazing!!!! My car was shaking and making a rattling noise like it was falling apart. I took my car to 2 other places for repairs and they had no clue what was wrong with it so they just started replacing parts but didn't fix the problem. Then they told me not to drive over 40 mph so I couldn't even drive on the highway. I was scared to death just to go to the grocery. That's when everyone started telling me that I should have taken it to Frank instead. (They were right!!!) Frank took it for a test drive and knew immediately what was wrong. He was able to fix it in one day AND he even arranged a rental car for me to drive while he had the car. When I went to pick it up, we took it for another test drive. He wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied and I am!!! My car runs and feels like a brand new car! Frank is amazing! Excellent service! And everyone is so nice there! I will never go anywhere else! From now on, Frank is MY mechanic!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I was visiting from Tennessee and had a flat tire and needed a new one. Frank and the team did an exceptional job of making me feel like I could trust them and taking care of my vehicle. We were vacationing here when one of our mudflaps almost fully detached. Not a big deal, but can't drive forever like that. The rear windshield wiper also fall apart. Frank stopped what he was doing and took care of us right away. He was so kind and helpful.

Hey Sharron Elizabeth Liz here. Great towing experience with Randy. Friendly, reassuring. I bought a 98 Toyota Tacoma new. Over the years have gone to Frank and his crew, also NAPA next door, have always had a good experience. Good advice, up front and honest. The truck has a little over 90,000 miles on her. Being an older vehicle was nervous maybe she was a goner. Delicate to repair, I m appreciative of the care they took. We are up and running! Got honks, waves, thumbs up from friends that passed me in traffic. Frank was kind to ask about Momma, she was with me awhile back for a repair. Seems like a family affair! Nice crew. I am a father of a college student away from home and needed my son's car repaired. Not knowing anyone in the area to fix the car I was very concerned about my son being taken advantage of. I did some research and found AFA Napa Auto Care. I called and spoke with Frank, the owner, and described what was wrong with the car and expressed my concerns. Frank made me feel comfortable and understood my concerns. We took the car there for repair. Frank did everything he said and then some. The car was fixed perfectly and at a reasonable cost. I no longer have to worry about my son's car running properly. I have a go to repair shop and Frank is awesome. Visited fort Myers to hang with friends on vacation. Drove 18 hours, and my car started acting up. Came here and was greeted with great hospitality. Frank was terrific and extremely nice. Fixed my car within the day. Excellent service, by real professionals. I consider Frank a good friend now and trust him with my cars life. A+!!

Our check engine light went on and being new to the area just looked online. We are happy we found Frank at AFA NAPA auto center. He was so easy and polite to deal with. We had to wait for our vehicle but he was willing to drop us off to get some breakfast and then worked on the car. It did not take long and we were on our way. Very efficient. Thanks for a greasy job.

Headed to Ft Myers from Indiana for a short vacation. While in the mountains my van began to shake horribly when I put the brakes on. It was frightening! It was Sunday and there was no place for to have my brakes checked. We called ahead to our hotel and asked where we could go when we arrived in town. They suggest AFA Enterprises. I called and they got us in at 8 am the next morning. Not only did the front brakes and rotors need to be replaced, but the rear rotors and caliper need replaced as well. I was extremely pleased with the service, price and kindness I was shown. It was fixed in a day. Frank even picked me up from the hotel to go back and get my van. I highly recommend AFA and Frank! Frank was very helpful and went way overboard to contact me after every repair. ( A/C and engine issues) with a follow up e mail and offered to have me bring the car back in before we headed back to Michigan after 5 weeks in Ft Meyers. Very fair with pricing. Would recommend him and his staff.

Excellent, honest service. On Friday after work, we pulled our camper from Tampa to Ft. Myers Beach for the weekend. About 50 miles from the RV Resort, I experienced a mechanical problem with the truck. We limped into the RV Resort not knowing how we'd get home on Monday. I made some calls early Saturday morning. The first place said, "I can't look at that until Tuesday" but referred me to Frank at AFA Napa Auto Repair. He was only open until noon on Saturday so I headed over. He diagnosed the truck and stayed an hour past his closing time to make sure we were taken care of. He called me a couple times during the repair to keep me posted. I felt like he went out of his way to get us back on the road. It seems like there are less and less businesses that truly put the customer first; most places would have put the closed sign on the door and told me to come back Monday. Frank is a straight shooter and I can highly recommend his shop.

I came here when my check engine light came on while on vacation. Frank was understanding of my timeframe and did an amazing job fitting me into their schedule so it didn t impact my trip in any way. They were quick, professional, and courteous. Frank was great! Very polite and professional he knew exactly how to fix my convertible top ! Works great so far so good I would highly recommend them!!I ve never had a call after a service place serviced my car and they did! AFA NAPA did a great job for us. We were able to make an appointment, they started on time and got it done in a timely manner. Besides doing an oil and filter change they fixed a tire that had a slow leak and we were able to drive 1,200 miles home without any issues. We moved here mid March and pulled a UHaul trailer 19 hours straight from MS loaded down. That caused my Differential to start leaking on the rear. Turned out to be the pinion seal leaking. I added some fluid but it leaked out every day even with it sitting and not being driven. I called up and spoke with Frank. He told me to bring it on in and I made an appointment. He asked if I needed it back same day! I did not so they started in on it and when they pulled the pinion and it had suffered some grooves in it from being low on fluid. They gave me a price that I was happy with. They ordered the part and it came in the next day and I was able to pick my truck up in the afternoon.I put a price of cardboard under it checked this morning not a drop!Great company and I'm happy I found this place!

I realized something was wrong with my conversion van but didn t know what. Frank (the owner) helped me diagnose that I was missing a belt and scheduled me immediately for the next day to get it repaired. Another Frank did the research and properly installed the new belt. Both went out of their way to make it work and I am so grateful. This is a great business and the integrity shows! Thank you to both Franks for fair prices and helping me get the best of care.

Frank has always been very courteous and helpful during any of my service requirements in our vehicle. Always works me in as needed and does a quality job. Being out of state and only there a few times a year, it is great to have someone you can trust and know they will take care of you and your vehicle.

We have been having our vehicles serviced at the AFA Napa Auto Center for the last 10 years. We have been extremely pleased with the service we have received and the honesty that is always the policy of owner, Frank. In the past week, we were heading out on a 3 day trip on Friday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. Frank took care of us immediately and replaced the battery quickly so that we could be on our way. They are the best auto service center we have found in the Ft. Meyers area. Other owners at our condo community have told us the same.Dee Baltes

We are on vacation from out of state. Our car died. It happened on a Friday morning. We contacted AFA NAPA and they sent their tow truck for us Immediately. They brought our car in and immediately started diagnosing the problem. They figured the problem out and fixed it. We were back on the road again. This happened on a Friday and they got us up and running within 2.5 hours. We are very happy with APA NAPA and their crew also we thank them for keeping our vacation on track.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

Had our RV towed in when it wouldn't start. We live 3 hours away, so took a chance on this local business. Very happy with the result. Friendly, professional service. Diagnosed the problem right away, and got repairs done the next day. Frank kept us informed throughout the process and did an excellent job on all the work. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

I purchased my vehicle from AFA and was pleased with the transaction. When the vehicle broke down, I thought to take it there since they seem to be the logical choice. I told them that it was the fuel pump (they charged me $131.98 for that under "customer states"). A fuel pump job is about $400-600. I was charged $1242. A total rip off! They charged me $404 for the fuel pump alone.SEE bill below for complete charges.After complaining to the owner (Frank) he issued a $140.00 discount (insulting). I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of this visit. I thought I had found a great shop.You have been warned!

I worked directly with Frank, the owner. Frank serviced my BMW and did everything he said they would do. They have a friendly, professional business and performed their services timely. There are never any surprises on my invoice. I have been a repeat customer for over 5 years and I highly recommend them.

Excellent AFA NAPA Auto Center on Ft Myers Beach! The management , staff and technicians are second to none as is there superior service and knowledge of all types of automobiles. You are always greeted with a friendly smile upon your visit, the problem with your vehicle is trouble shot and an exact explanation of what has to be done, how long it is going to take and how much it is going to cost. Dead battery,,charged battery and followed me to their shop to make sure I got there and didn't break down on my way..In my vehicle the battery is in deep and not that addressable. Well let me tell you my story. We were on vacation in our 2011 Honda CRV brake caliper froze up. I trust it all the reviews previously. Frank was very professional did a great job. However his prices were the same as my local Honda dealer in. IA. which means not cheap.

My vehicle experienced a water pump and serpentine belt failure. They were able to tow it in and complete the repairs including a cooling system flush out in one day. Although the price may have been a bit more than I anticipated, the work did come with a great warranty so I'm very pleased.

Frank & his guys are Awesome! Got a Flat & had to be Towed to his garage where they got the spare on while they fixed (plugged) the Tire. Got a call from Frank a day later checking that the plug was working & the tire was holding it's proper pressure. Who does that these days? Frank does!Service: TiresService: Tires

We are very thankful for their quick service and communication. We had come down and our truck wouldn t start. We called to see about a tow and servicing our vehicle.
