O'Reilly in Fort Meade has some of the nicest and helpful staff. I love the fact that there are women working and they also know auto parts too! Great place to buy auto parts they have a very good return policy and I'm glad my auto mechanic uses O'Reillys when fixing my car.

Went to another O'Reilly location to get some brake rotors turned, and was told that they didnt have anyone there who could do it. They called 2 other locations for me, and one of those locations flat-out said they WOULDN'T do it. The other was the Ft Meade Florida location, and I was able to get both rotors turned in about 45 minutes.

New Year s Day my wife and i were driving back to Cape Coral from Orlando when the switch for the drivers side window decided to break after the window was fully down. We decided half way back home that it was just too much having the window down the whole time so we decided to swing into the auto parts store. Before we could even walk in Jason one of the managers walked out the car to help. He was so kind, had the Part in stock and couldn t have been more helpful. I definitely recommend this store. If this is how this chain treats their customers, they have a fan in me!

First time customer and Was very impressed how nice and clean store was! Went in to buy gas cans and a front headlight bulb and Adam was very helpful and offered to install it for me,Thanks Adam! And their very nice and friendly employees and staff! Will be going there more often.

Drove from out of town to pick up a part here and couldn t have been more pleased with my visit.Shelby and Brandon both worked together to make sure I received the proper items for my vehicle and were very friendly in doing so.Will definitely be bringing my business back! Thanks guys :)

Dalton provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable about my issue and was able to recommend best solution to fix my vehicle. Nice-looking new store.

I had a brake light out and my current car is the first one I have ever had where you have to have tools to change it. Jason looked up a video and took care of it for me. I think he is a rock star. Thanks guys!

Fantastic service! One of the young gentleman added the clamps and lugs to the wire for me so I could have a specific size.
