Definitely a place you can trust! Another dealership in Fort Myers, told me the misfire of my engine was due to I needed to replace cylinders $17,000 Jenkins Ford found, even with doing a bore scope down the cylinders, I only needed to replace spark plugs. WOW!!!!

I tried to get a recall repair at other dealerships and was told I would have to wait weeks to months for an appointment. Jenkins took me the same day. The service rep took time to research my vehicle history to explain things about my Ford Pass points and extended warranty. This was the first time in three years that a dealer rep actually took time to explain my coverage.

This was the absolute BEST experience buying a car from in my life! Found the car online for an amazing price especially compared to other asking prices for the car. Spoke to Bryan the salesman on the phone and he went over all of the numbers, he went out of his way to make the process easier. Drove hours to get there and everything was exactly how it was supposed to be there was no haggling and throughout the process everything was explained honestly and transparently. I didn t have to deal with a finance team or multiple people just Bryan. On top of it you could tell that Bryan really cared and was not being pushy. If you want great prices and excellent service this is the place I recommend!

What a great experience! I found the truck I wanted on their website. Went up on a Friday to look at it. We had a family emergency and couldn't get back until Monday. Tom was wonderful. He held the truck for me. We went up Monday and he did everything he could to get the best deal and financing for me. I bought the truck and I love it!

Drove all over there lot and looked at vehicles for 20 minutes, not one salesman came out to see if I needed any help. So, I took my 40,000 dollar check and went to a dealership that cares about there customers. Thank you Greenwood Chevrolet for a awesome deal and customer service . I also will be contacting there Head quarters to voice my opinion of this dealership.

I purchased a new F-250 on 4/30/16. Elezar and Jason were both fantastic to work with. They were both responsive and professional. Their laid back sales style was refreshingly different from other dealers that pretty much harass you until you tell them to stop. Their price on the new vehicle was the best I could find (anywhere). With with new vehicle price so low, I was braced for them to low ball the value of my trade-in. They didn't. We settled on a trade-in value that was very reasonable. Financing was a breeze too.Even though they are not the closest Ford dealer from where I live, they have earned my business moving forward.

I found our truck (2015 F-150 4 Door 4x4) online from Jenkins Ford in Fort Meade, FL. I spoke Tom over the phone about the incredibly low price they had listed. After looking around for 3 months at other Ford Dealerships it seemed too good to be true. After Tom confirmed the price for the truck was true, we traveled from Lakeland, Florida to check it out. Our experience at Jenkins Ford was delightful. Tom was awesome to my husband and I and made this process painless. This was the 1st time buying a new vehicle and after hearing all the horror stories we didn t know what to expect. We will defiantly be back to buy our next vehicle.

This is a small dealership with huge heart. All of their staff that I worked with was very friendly and helpful. Jason in the service department was amazingly awesome, and went above and beyond to help and accommodate my children and me. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for repairs, and buying a new/used vehicle from them!

All,I have purchased many Ford vehicles over the years. I recently wanted to purchase the Ford Mustang Mach-E and had some very bad experiences that is until I called Jenkins Ford! Dealers were marking the vehicle $10,000 or more above window sticker, then even adding mandatory additional items (like LoJack and paint protection for an extra $3,000). I was over it! I know the game and saw right through it. Then I called Bryan at Jenkins. What a breath of fresh air! A serious straight shooter! No extras, no fluff! I told him I would meet him to buy the vehicle and he even came in on his day off to meet me. I was done with paperwork in like 10-15 minutes tops! Outstanding customer service! Will buy from again! KUDOS!

I don't know where to start with this dealership.... I live about 1 hour and 40 minutes away and it is worth every minute and gallon of gas of my drive to come to this dealership. This dealership and the employees care and go above and beyond to help. If you are going to any other dealership in the state of FL, you are doing yourself a disservice.My wife actually discovered this dealership on the interwebs while looking for a new car. They had a used car she wanted, so we set off to see it. After arriving, we had the pleasure of meeting Jamie. He was professional, respectful, happy, empathetic, a great listener, and genuine. He answered all questions we had and not only did we end up buying 1 car, but the deals here are so great we ended up with 2 vehicles. The experience I had during the car buying process was by far the best experience I could've asked for, or have had experienced during my car buying times! I will never buy a vehicle from another dealer ever again. I had a few questions after purchasing the vehicle and Jamie was always prompt at answering my calls right away or calling me back very quickly if he was busy. Can't speak any more highly of him.Fast forward a couple weeks, I had an issue with my truck, and I had the pleasure of meeting Jason in the service department. I watched as he was completely swamped with work, and was able to stay calm and relaxed, multitask like no other, and managed to sort everything extremely efficiently, even while I asked my questions. Never once did I see him get flustered or frustrated. This trait is something you don't see very often, hopefully they realize what kind of talent they have acquired in this department. I was blown away at his composure, not sure if I would've been able to handle the situation the same way. Not only was he awesome, but the techs were nothing short of spectacular. I struck up conversations with every tech I saw, and they answered all of my ignorant, non mechanically competent questions.I could spend all day here and not be frustrated. Again, if you are going anywhere else, your not doing yourself any favors.If you want fancy TV's and being treated like a sale, or a number, go to other dealers... If you want to feel like you are buying a car from a friend, come here. They stand by you as a customer.THIS IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN FL!!!!!!!

Found vehicle on internet. Made an offer and sent pics of my vehicle for trade in. Low pressure when I came in and did not have any problems. Saved about $500 from my local dealer and received a better equipped car. Well worth the longer drive. My salesman was Jason O. He kept me in the loop and had just about everything ready when I came in to pick up the car.

Great Deals no hassle the way car buying should be. I purchased from outside the area and finalized everything over the phone. We drove over and picked up the vehicle we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Nobody will beat Jenkins pricing PERIOD............

If your looking for a great deal, fast and friendly service. You will loose out if you do not go to Jenkins Ford in Fort Meade Florida. Their prices cannot be beat. See Tom Stedom, he is an amazing salesman, very knowledgeable and he will help you find the car or truck that fits you. From now on I will send everyone to Jenkins Ford that I know to purchase their next vehicle. Easiest car buying experience ever. Found the truck on the internet. Made the deal over the phone. Drove 1-1/2 hours and save 8000 over my local dealer. Took 30 minutes at the dealer to test drive and sign papers. Jamie is great to deal with.

The best experience buying a vehicle I ever had!! Bought a 2016 F-150 XLT 4x4 special addition. I live in Orlando and all the "guaranteed best price" dealers that will match ANY price. WOULD NOT MATCH Jenkins price!!I made the trip to Jenkins and was glad I did!! Love It.Thank you Jenkins Ford!!

The service department is completely incompetent. My sunroof was stuck open. I swung in to see if they could close the roof and get me on my way. The only thing they accomplished was to get the glass stuck sideways in the roof, making it worse than it was when I brought it in. When I pointed that out to the service manager his reply was "well why did you bring it in?" Next they wanted $1485.00 plus tax to for parts and labor to make a repair. After more than an hour, I left the dealership. Once I got home it took me 5 minutes to get the roof closed. I ordered parts and will do the repair myself.

The General Manager Artez here is wonderful. He keeps calm, listens, and does his best for his customers. Jason the service manager has some issues with this. I called needing to figure out a wiring issue in my Trailblazer. He said they could do that. I wanted he to figure out the wiring issue first. This issue is what is causing all the other problems in my car. Every call he said yes we will figure it out. He never called me. I had to call him. After 3 days I call him. He says it needs a transmission. I was under the belief he had already checked out the wiring issue. I also asked him in this call. He said yes. So I agreed to do it. 3 days go by. I call and ask if the car is done. He said before they could start any work he needed a $1500 deposit. Which he should have been asked during diagnosis call. 9 days later it is finally done. I asked him if he fixed the wiring issue. He said they have not gotten to that yet. What?? He had the car 15 days?? I told him I could no longer be without a job. I had already missed 5 days of work and was suppose to be in GA a week ago. So I picked up the car. Lights were flashing and it died at every stop light. It was still slipping in first and the rpm was going all the way up to 5 before it shifts in 3rd and 4th. So a $3000 bill fixed nothing. I went back ok n and proved my case to the manager Artez. He refunded all the labor cost. Jason was once a salesman anyone who would choose to go from sales to a salaried position obviously isn't a good listener. If he had listened to my request my wiring would be fixed and everything would be working. The fastest was to a million $ is sales. Good salesmen listen, summarize, listen, summarize, and solve. He isn't capable of that.

I recently traveled over 100 miles to buy a vehicle from Jenkins Ford. After making a deal on the vehicle I was told it would then be serviced and sent to their detail area. Being I drove their from my house over 100 miles away by myself the only way I could get the vehicle home was to rent a uhaul car hauler to a tune of 90 dollars. When I arrived back at the dealer the car was being prepped. When they were done it was late in the day they helped get it on the trailer and I left from home. Today I opened the hood and the motor was not even touched all the did was do some carpet cleaning. This was no way to treat a customer especially that came from a distance. Their service was shabby and I warn you have them clean the vehicle before you sign on the dotted line.

Drove three hours to look at a truck they said was in Excellent condition. The truck obviously backed into something because the bumper was dented and quarter panel was wrinkled/dented in. Excellent condition is no scratches dents or blemishes. The salesman is arguementive and PUSHY which I understand he wants to sell the truck, however, you shouldn't advertise something that isn't true!!! Be weary fellow shoppers. Don't pay TOP dollar for anything that isn't in top condition!!!

These guys are DA BOMB!!!!!!! I live about 25 miles south of Jenkins Ford in Fort Meade. It was time to service my PowerStroke. So being I've got a Ford dealership in town I called them, they quoted me $325 + tax, ALRIGHTY THEN, NOT!!! So I happened to be going to Mulberry, so I stopped at Jenkins. Walked in the service department, was welcomed very nicely by everyone that saw me walk in. Service manager quoted me around $220 + tax, and we can get that done for you immediately. Well, "Git 'er Done" I said. They were done in no time, went to pay, and it ended up being less than he quoted me. My interior is a creamy light tan, there wasn't a spot or speck of grease or dirt anywhere in the truck for them being in it moving it around. AWESOME DEALERSHIP!!!!!

Walked in on 8-12-16 asked about a Outlander it was late in after noon my credit not the best!! Was told jamie would run paper and see the online prince was 9,999 price on window said 16,000 the next morning the price online was updated! To 12,999 (i guess because i was trying to buy) called was told jamie was running it for 12,500 when i pointed out it was 9,999 well still no answer back!! Got to LOVE the home town dealer
