I had a friend replaced my spark plugs and change my oil for a long trip that I m supposed to be taking. After that happened I was having an issue with misfiring. I took it to one shop in town that said they were too busy to do it, but recommended Bautista s. I pulled up and explained my situation, and the gentleman started looking into it immediately, and was able to find that I had a cracked spark plug. I had a spark plug on hand, and he put it in for me and had me out the door less than 30 minutes and was very reasonable in price. They were professional and honest and that s enough for me to return. I prefer supporting small businesses. Thanks Bautista s and if I need anything, I ll definitely be returning.

I took my 2009 f150 there about a week ago and I bought 4 of their used tires just to get a quick fix as my original ones had cracks all down the sides. Today I noticed that the tires have been mounted backwards completely the wrong way, the tires where made in 2011 which is illegal to even mount tires over 5 years old onto a existing rim/wheel, in addition my lug key was completely fine before taking it there and now it is completely stripped out from where it wasn t seated all the way and now I can t even get the wheels off. In addition, when I took my tire off, they never re balanced the wheel and only took the old weights off and never put new ones on.

DONT GO HERE. Service was terrible. Left with a flat tire. Guy took 2 hours just to attend to my car and then another 6 hours to work on it. Over charged me by a milestone. Overall not worth it

Service was very good but didn't appreciate getting charged an additional $3.00 for using my debit card to pay for the repairs!! This wasn't disclosed at the beginning of getting my repair done and they need to disclose this at the beginning before repairs are started!! It's not the $3.00 but the principle of non disclosure!!I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN - PERIOD!!

We stopped in unexpectedly because we were having a tire issue. It was after hours on a Saturday but the gentleman inside said he would help us out. They patched the tire and got us back on the road. I can t thank them enough for giving up their time to help us out!

Called about a 1967 Impala a few months back and asked to talk to the owner of the car Ruben as per the posters instructions, was told he was busy and to call back some other time. Kinda rude... but whatever. Called back eventually, and was met with a if you re interested in the car come and see it for yourself we don t have time to answer any questions . Not happening, not driving a 2 hour drive to see a car that could very well be falling apart. Don t know who this Ruben idiot is, but maybe you should tell him that if he actually wants to sell his cars, he should answer the phone and answer the freakin questions that possible buyers want to ask. Only giving this place a 3 star because I m not sure if Ruben the idiot owns this place or not, if he does, 1 Star.

Great shop! I've taken my 96 f150, my 96 f250 and my 2001 f250 to get work done and have always been treated right and had the job done right! Keep it up Bautista!

I went in to get a tire ask how much was the labor and the tire disposal and gave me one number when I got out of there they had charge me $7.99 more than the original quote I will never go back

This man is a rip off he sells nothing but junk he will take your money and leave you with no way to go he got me for 1500 two vehicles that were junk in 2 months he has done this to an elderly lady he got her on 2 vehicles left her stranded don't buy from him he is a crook he has young boys working for him on the vehicles don't waste your time
