Hands down the best distributor in Florida. They go above and beyond to take care of customers. If they don't have it, they will find it. I'm grateful to have found them! Krissy and Mario are the best and always go the extra mile to help us out. I cannot thank them enough. Our business thrives thanks to their help with getting tires. Thank you guys so much!

I hadn t realized my tires were nearly bald until my car hydroplaned. I called and they had my size tires in different brands to suit my budget. The staff-Krissy and Mario- are super friendly.Tires on and ready to go super quick!

Whenever I need tires for any of my vehicles I go to this place. They always have tires for every budget. If they don't have the tire. They can get it for you. I would suggest that you drop off your vehicle and come back to get it. They have a waiting area but with Covid 19 spacing restrictions it is limited to about 3 people.They can save you alot on your tires as they supply some of the other major tire shops. Also make sure you have the correct tire size when you call in. Besides that enjoy!!!

Great people and down to earth one of the best tire suppliers in Fort Lauderdale.. have always honored any warranty or defect with any tire ever purchased quickly and efficiently even giving us a higher quality than the cheaper tire we bought at no cost before.

On Saturday, 2/9/19, I spent close to $400.00 on 4 "new" tires, which included mount/balance, replace TPMS core, disposal and state fee. Initially, everyone was very nice and professional in the front office when I purchased the tires. When my car was brought back to me, the sensor, alerting me that there was a possible problem with the tire was on. I tried to address it with the service person who assured me the sensor would go off after driving the vehicle. That did not happen. The light remained on the entire weekend and only went off when I put air in the defective tire (twice) that kept deflating, while going to and from work. First thing this morning, 2/11/19, I went back to Trotta Tires and tried to explain the situation to Jose Soto, one of the co-owners. Mr. Soto was very rude, disrespectful, dismissive and suggested I damaged a perfectly good tire they sold me. After a heated exchange, Mr. Soto authorized his workers to exchange the detective tire.Please be aware that Trotter Tire provides very poor customer service when things go wrong and it becomes necessary to correct a problem they are responsible for.

Need to practice better customer service over the phone. How do you tell a customer " you know the price of the tire better than I do sir" and it sound like he was rushing me off the phone, And this is a place ive been before with great prices on tires smh

Best service, best prices, and did I mention, there brand name tires. Enough said, pick up the phone and call give your tire size, and go get your ride safe for the rainy season.
