My truck broke down while traveling through Oregon. RPM Diesel, was the suggested repair shop. The guys in there do an outstanding job they gave me four choices to choose from for my repair. They worked with me and they made sure that everything was completely taken care of. Shout out to tree for being a diesel genius, you guys are awesome.Thank you for being honest and being an awesome shop.

just had them rebuild a turbo charger for a J.D. dozer that the turbo was not available anytime soon from J.D. RPM as always did a great job on this !!

Better know for sure what you sign with these people. They tell you one thing and charge you for another. Never had a company charge for labor and travel at the same time.it was explained differently and the service repair authorization is very loosely worded. In addition to the unexpected billing the work and parts that were charged didn t fix the problem. I had to hire a separate company to come and clean the brushes on the alternator and the thing runs just fine.Make sure you have enough money in the bank to cover this expense because it s not going to be what you think. And they won t negotiate a payment option at all. Buyer beware

These folks saved me $150 per injector because they were honest.The Injector shop manager Wendy Homann was incredibly helpful to me when I was there the first day and even offered me a tour of the facility that was very educational.I can't even imagine the money that they have tied up in the high tech equipment to service set up correctly virtually any kind of injector pump or injector that I know of.The next day when I brought my Injectors in for rebuilding the technicians actually came and got me and took me back in the shop showed me there was nothing wrong with my injectors and gave me some other ideas on where to look for my engine problems.I'm a mechanic for a construction firm but it was educational to talk to others that know more than I do about injection systems.The end result was I didn't have to spend a dime and got a really great calendar.Thank you RPM diesel you've made a friend and customer for ever.

I took my injectors in at almost 1 p. M. On a Friday ask them if it could be done by end of the day so I can have my boat running for the weekend Wendy told me it would be no problem. She walked me around and showed me some of the equipment and how they test and repair injectors and other components. I can really appreciate a business who take pride in their work facility and customer service from front counter to service all the way back to billing was top-notch would strongly recommend.

Rudy and his staff are incredible, they go out of their way to provide customer service like you hardly ever see. They are prompt and professional. In my 45 years in the marine industry, I can say it is service and reliability like this that is old school pride mixed with cutting edge technology. If you need it done right the first time, RPM Diesel is the place to go.

These people are scammers, I ve seen what they do. Don t do business with them. They remove and take parts that are perfectly fine, keep them and then charge you a lot more than what was told and don t even do the work they were supposed to do. My father told them he wouldn t pay, that it was scam and told them to speak to his lawyer. They came to the house with 2 U.S Marshalls to seize the boat unless we paid them $10,900. From the beginning it was a simple generator maintenance that should have been $300, they billed us $2000, and they ended up leaving with almost $11,000 for work they didn t even do, and they stole some of our generator s parts. Don t do business with these people unless you re trying to get scammed one way or another.

Today I had the pleasure of speaking to Lin Wiser To make a long story short Lin got on the phone with myself and another dealer where we found the part and had it delivered to RPM Diesel. The distributor in Massachusetts would not sell to me direct but Lin jumped right up and ordered it for me on a conference call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THANK YOU.....

Yesterday was riding with a friend and the car dies at a left turn. We get out to push it to the gas station rt off the turn. Out of nowhere 2 guys behind us in your company vehicle step out and ask if we're pushing it to the gas station on the left there. They stepped up and pushed the car to the station with us in the middle of a busy street. We were struggling to move that car without the help as we're not very strong. Lol. I just wanted to say Thank you! You guys are amazing! I was not a customer before this event.. I am now! Thanks for the help!

Gas fuel injectors cleaned ran perfect. Then the damage from corrosion in lines messed them up they cleaned them again successfully. My fault but no charge on second go around. I thought that was pretty cool. Top notch, people and service.

Reliable and efficient company. No need to worry about getting something done. Honest as well, if cost of rebuilding a pump for any engine is higher than the pump itself, they will tell you.

RPM Diesel has provided me and the company I work for great service for twenty years in FortLauderdale and the surrounding area. They are my go to company for Detroit Diesel and MTU engine surveying, repair and service. Eric Johnson in the survey and Service department has a depth of knowledge and experience that is very hard to find.

I was thrilled with the service and repair performed by Jeff -the service tech that repaired my generator onboard our 103 foot yacht.Totally knew what he was doing -straight shooter -didn t waist my time or money .Jeff solved the problem that other companies could not and generator is now running great !!Thanks RPM and Jeff !!!

I heard a lot of bad stuff about that company. I know a few people that got ripped off bad by them . If you read this, stop ripping off people. I will never use their service.

I've done business with RPM Diesel Services for over a year now and I think they are the best in the business. They always have what I need and the prices are always reasonable.
