First of all, let me start by saying I would recommend Patriot Auto Care to my friends, family, and anyone looking for honest and trustworthy mechanic work on their vehicles. I was put at ease when I spoke to Jeffrey (Owner and Operator). He was very meticulous and thorough when he explained what needed to be done. He was very considerate of my situation. There was a lot of work to be done. After I let him know about my financial situation, he advised me that safety was the priority and what needed to be done within my budget. I appreciated his honesty. I have had a terrible experience with another Mechanic Shop and I feel blessed that I now have reliable, competent, knowledgeable, and professional auto care for my car. Patriot Auto Care went above and beyond customer service. To go into some of the work they did was a clutch master cylinder, and clutch slave cylinder to name a few things.. (which I had first had "fixed" by another shop which I will not go to again because they did more damage and botched it up, TWICE, and recommended work I did not need).To continue the amazing service I received by Patriot Auto Care, Jeffrey(Owner) had me come by the shop 4 days later just to make sure everything was working properly. They care about your well-being a Patriot Auto Care. Thank you and you have a client and family for life!

Great place, good and fast customer service, I made I ll change for my 1500 Dodge ram and it costed 98 dollars, I asked in after places and was costing me 115.

New wheels, lift, brakes, suspension done by patriot and am extremely satisfied with everything. I told Jeff what I wanted and he guided me through the whole process. Very accommodating, reasonably priced, will continue coming here.

Called and asked for Tom he was not available spoke with Ivan. He said they would be glad to give a free estimate that I could take back and get approved, he told me to come in and he fast talked me and tried to charge me $127 for the estimate . I am from the church across the street and do not take kindly to being baited and switched. Ivan is NOT a man of his word and I will continue to inform memebrs of our church that he is not some one that can be trusted. Ivan you have burned bridge in a very small community. I no longer support Patriot Auto Care nor will I ever recomend it again.

Had a battery light come on and car would not start. Towed my vehicle to a dealer who after 4 days told me I needed a new engine. Towed my car to Patriot, who diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts and replaced my alternator and belt, AND got me back on the road the same day. I've been going to this shop for years and as a woman sometimes shops will try to have you pay for unnecessary work but never here. Ask for Ivan, him and the guys there will get you right at a fair price.

This has to be one of the cleanest auto shops I've ever visited. Most shops feel cluttered and dirty but I was surprised by how clean it was inside; even the bathrooms were in really good shape. The guy at the desk was also nice and helpful. I think the only drawback I noticed was that the seating was a bit limited inside. Currently I count only 6 chairs so I can imagine that space in here can get a big cramped if multiple people (but especially families) are waiting around for a repair.

My rear axle broke on my BMW and Jeffrey and the Patriot Auto Care was there to help. By the time I got to the shop the parts for my repaired were already order and repair started right away. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and I was back on the road in no time. Jeffrey the owner made sure that everything was taken care of properly and that I was satisfy with the work.

My wife took her car in to get 1 tire installed. They charged her $70.00, which is high in my experience, $35.00 of that was for a wheel balance, which is a 15 minute job. Also, she got the 4 miles away and the low tire pressure light came on, on the tire that they installed...To finish off the terrible experience, the wheel looked like it had been dragged around a junk yard, see attached. Every time we used these guys the car came back with the wheels looking terrible. Theres obviously no quality control. Called and spoke to, I believe, Ivan, who hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Robert, nice guy, but had no answers. Wont be going back, and I'm sure that they don't care.If you want someone working on your car who cares about your possessions, go somewhere else.

Very hard to find a mechanic these days that has attention to detail. Robert took my Touareg this morning for an alignment, I was having issues with the comfort of driving. I added having all the front suspension bolts tightened to specs and the alignment. Picked up my Girl 3 hours later and what a difference. I highly recommend Patriot Auto, this is coming from a DIY guy and I'm very impressed. Thank you again!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I will not go anywhere else for my oil changes. I moved to pines and I still drive up there. Customer service is great, not to long of a wait time either. Nothing but good things about this place!

They didn't install the gasket in oil filter housing and oil kept leaking badly, could've destroyed the engine in my dad's car. Also replaced splash shield screws with zip ties.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Today I had to check the tires in my car and they did it as fast as they can. The service always are excellent. Jeffry and the guys are very professional honest and polite. They had been taking care of my car since I bought it more than 3 years ago. 2nd UNFORGIVABLE MISTAKEWe let them changed the engine car oil on 7/28/2020 of our Mazda 6 as well as the oil plug.Today I was about to drive the car after a while of sitting on parking spot, I discovered the car had no oil. Thank God I checked using a dip stick. It seems like they just forgot put the oil in the engine!! They claimed that the plug and its washer got loose, but when I looked on the spot where the car was parked there was no oil marks so this can't be the case. Even if this were the case it is still UNFORGIVABLE.What makes me to write this review is the fact that around year ago when we serviced the same car they forgot to tie up 2 tiers after a tire rotation which could have caused a major accident. Inboth cases, this could have caused injuries or costly damages to my car or me and familly.IF NOT GOOD FOR OIL CHANGE, THEN THEY GOOD FOR NOTHING

I had a horrible incident in this place today. It was the third time (in three weeks) I returned because of the exact flat tire. I talked to the person in charge (Ivan) and he showed himself kind of upset, I told him I didn't come to complain but either this was a "coincidence" or something went wrong the last time the tire got fixed. I was charged 30 dollars for each time I came before and the problem was not resolved. 60 dollars in total for a flat tire.After almost an hour and a half, I have been told that nothing was wrong with the tire but the problem was fixed, so I asked them how a problem can be fixed if nothing was wrong with the tire. When I re-ask for an explanation about what was going on before I would be re-charged with more money, The manager (Ivan) said "you can go somewhere else if you don't like it" and when told him, he is being rude saying that, he replies, "go somewhere else and never come back, I have fixed your problem for free"... but it wasn't ended like this, when I left the mechanic tried to be nice with me and said "don't pay attention, everything will be ok" but at the same time the manager (Ivan) opened his door and yelled at the mechanic "You don't talk to the customers, get back to the shop".That guy was extremely rude, and that usually happens with some mechanic-males whit female clients. I don't recommend this place at all.

This has to be the most honest fast and professional experience I have ever had. The knowledge they give you to help you maintain your car has never been done by any other company. By far the best experience and will remain a loyal client

I brought my girlfriends car to be serviced here for an AC issue. They did a check up on the unit which cost around 200 dollars. Conveniently the AC was working again after they refilled the unit of Freon but there was an electrical issue from a bad wiring job . Within 2 days I was back because it stopped working and to have the wiring completely redone which would have cost big money. I said no to the repair and then when I went to pick up the car I found out that they lost the keys to the car and that it was left unlocked all day I went somewhere else and the car is running just fine. DO NOT GO HERE!Service: Air conditioning

I've never had an issue with this place, the service, the employees, or the prices. I take 2 cars here regularly and each time I leave and am very grateful to have them. Mike is always so nice and helps right away. I've never had to sit for hours for an oil change, unlike other places I've been.Thank you Patriot Automotive! I recommend you all the time and will continue to do so.UPDATE - unfortunately, they changed hands. Sad because those really honest and super nice people aren't there any more. The new guys are nice, just try to upsell. I went in for tires and brakes and was told my bill would be $400 more than what I asked for and needed. They tried to sell me an alignment and to bleed the brakes, both of which I've been told by my trusted mechanic that I do not need. In addition to that, the low prices they used to be known for alphabet gone up. With that said, I'll find somewhere else.

I've been working down the street of Patriot Auto Care but I had never considered them until my co-worker, who had to have her car checked, went to Patriot Auto and all she had to say was nothing but how happy she was with the service. My husband has been taking his car & mine for oil changes to the same mechanic for years until now that I had to take it myself because of him working and I was going to make the 45 minute drive there. I decided to take my car to Patriot for service & had the same result. This is my new go-to for oil changes and I'm saving $$$ on gas as well.

I love bringing my vehicles here for service. Friendly, honest and professional, always. I feel safe knowing they are going to provide expertise in their work and comfort in knowing they are not overpricing their services. Where else can you get an oil change AND tire rotation for $12.95?? The owner, Mark, is always there and very friendly. I have stopped in a few times for silly little things and they never make me wait, never say no and sometimes don't even charge me. I get friendly reminders about upcoming service needs based on dates or mileage so I don't forget what my cars need. This place is awesome. Even give me a ride to my office or pick me up when needed.

I am a little late with my review, but better late than never.I stopped in because my tire pressure was low, the manager or owner drove my car tobthr back checked for a flat and put air in all 4 tires for me at no charge. He was so nice, kind and pleasant. This is near my office so it is great to know they are an option for me should I have any issues. It is rare these days to find a place like this.

I am a young women with a Mercedes and my dealership where going to charge me to much for just a check up. I went to them and they checked it for free. Knowing my gender & age they made sure I understood in detail the pricing and what s physically happening to my car . They also reduced prices and gave good quality results . I will definitely be going back to them. Very comfortable environment.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Wheel alignment
