Wonderful experience!Fast, efficient and reasonable prices.The customer service was amazing.I came in with a huge nail on the side wall. The tire I needed was ordered for the next day. They put a plug in it (no cost) and the next day I came in to have the new tire put on. I would DEFINITELY recommend this service shop!

Walked in with low tire pressure and having issues with my sensors. They took me in right away and tested my tires. They couldn t find anything wrong so no charge, and they could ve for their time. They were extremely nice! I would recommend them to anyone.

I came upon this shop by luck. They are more than just Ok I drove in with a huge nail in my tire. I was quickly greeted by a very nice worker with a great Smile. He got me in n out. Then the owner couldn t have been any nicer.Nice to know there are still some shops and people that care. Thank you

Honest, hard working, and reasonable. I had a flat tire, they were able to fit me in immediately. Fixed within 15 minutes, and charged a reasonable price. That is exactly the kind of business I always want to deal with. And this is not the first time we get such a great service there, we take our car there all the time and are always happy. Everyone I talked to who dealt with them has the same high regards for them. Great job, thank you!

Ok, guys here is an Outstanding Tire place under a new Owner that cares. Ziad, is humble, honest & really cares about your experience. It is hard to find a shop that does smart business; most will try to sell you something that you don't really need. This is thought to be the way to stay in business or pay the bills. If you find someone like Ziad and his team, that just wants to do a good honest job; then you found the right shop. Telling someone they don't need an expensive repair done that was quoted by another shop & just fixing what is needed, saving you up-wards of thousands; is the correct way to gain the customers trust and loyal customers that will return over & over. This is how OK TIRE does business.We now take all of our 4 cars to OK TIRE 800 West ST Rd 84 Ft Lauderdale, Fl. 33315He has been completely honest about work to be done & does a Great job every time.THEY DO IT ALL, oil change, tire change, AC work, tune-up work. Just call and ask, they can help on so many things. They are NOT just a TIRE Shop. Outstanding service. Ziad was able to fit me last minute. He got me a great deal on my tires. The whole team was very professional and friendly. They were able to replace my tires in record time overall excellent service with quality parts done by a great team for a fair price. I m coming back for all my automotive needs. I recommend them 100%.

I needed 4 new tires. Ziad recommended a quality, reasonably priced tire. The whole process was hassle free, from the appointment, to installation and pick up of my vehicle. I will definitely use OK Tires in the future and I recommend them highly.

Been coming to this place for years, staff is knowledgeable & always get the job done right the first time. I remember bringing a truck that my regular mechanic didn t want to take because it wasn t worth fighting & have been plea with them since.

Location is convenient, service is okay; however, tires are very expensive! I cannot afford to go back there. Do your research before taking your car there for tires because you can get the same service and quality of tires for a much cheaper price somewhere else.

I have been using this shop for at least 8 Years. One of my car tires had a screw and I waited 2 weeks to get it fixed just because i did not want to go to any other tire shop. I finally got there today and met the new owner Ziad. He was busy and w lots of work. Yet, he was polite and respectful, he gave me a clear expectation on time and asked me to leave the car to get the tire plugged. It took them a while to get back to me. But, at the end they took care of it and charged me a reasonable price.I intend to continue bringing my vehicles to Ziad moving forward.

I have been going here for 10+ years for all things related to my family's vehicles. I normally don't do reviews but today Ziad and his crew went above and beyond. They also could have easily charged me for something that I thought was wrong with my car but they instead told me it was unnecessary. After reading the other reviews it sounds like I'm not the only one and this is just the way they run their business. I also recently got new tires here for about half the price the dealership quoted. And I didn't have to haggle or negotiate - they just started out with a fair price. These are super honest guys running a very efficient shop. I will bring my vehicles here as long as I live in Fort Lauderdale.

This place is the best! Quick & efficient. Most importantly, this is the best, most fair, honest place. The owner looks out for your best interest, not his wallet. I recommend this place to all my friends. You won t be ripped off or taken advantage of. We are repeat customers for years and will continue to go here first for tires, alignment, etc!

OK Tires has outstanding customer service and speedy repairs!Ziad saved us thousands on repairs over the Audi dealership on new tires, the dealership wanted $4000+, and Ziad was able get us better rated tires installed for less than half the price!We also found out today that OK Tires does total car maintainence, from oil changes to fixing A/Cs and brakes. I will becoming here from now on to get service I can trust at a great price.

I've taken my car here twice. Everyone is professional and most importantly, they have done a nice job with my car. The pricing is always fair.In the end, all someone can ask for is an auto repair shop that you can trust. So far, these guys have done a great job and I trust them.

Excellent experience with a highly professional manager...Even though they were busy, I shared that I was really in need of help as I was visiting from out-of-state to see my critically ill father so time was of the essence, and instead of turning me away...Zaid had his guys drop everything to help me and got me on my way within an hour...and even chit-chatted with me about my situation while the team was working, just to comfort me. Could not possibly recommend them enough.

The team is fast and efficient. Was in and out in 1 hr. Had two tires replaced. Great price and service from the owner Ziad! He had me pull my car right in. Car was kept clean! We will be back Ziad. Thank you!

Ziad, the new owner of this business is amazing! I ve been a customer since I moved to florida since 2003, I m very loyal.When I got new tires this year, the owner made such a good impression on me I ll never shop anywhere else.He cares about his team and their happiness so much I felt compelled to write a review.This is how you take care of your team! Ziad is special! And valuing your team like this is rare! Quality work, honesty, and taking care of your customers as well as your staff is rare!I ll shop here for life. Thank you so much.I hope this review helps other people pick the best tire shop.I buy tires for my project cars here. All are odd sizes are fits, I restore cars for a hobby so no one has what I need in stock and he gets it for me. 10 out of 10 would recommended

My husband and mother in law and I just got off of a cruise and we have a 12 hour drive ahead of us. We noticed a screw in a tire and googled where we could get it fixed. This place popped up and was closest to our parking deck. We know nothing about Fort Lauderdale so we just went with what popped up. It ended up being a very pleasent stop! The crew was very nice and one of the guys even offered to make us coffee. They gave us a 30 minute to an hour window and I believe we were done in 15 minutes. The screw didn't go through the tire so plugging it wasn't needed. As a result they didn't even charge us. We appreciate them so much and if we are ever down this way again and have an issue we will for sure be giving them our buisness. Thank you OK tire!

Recently came in for an oil change and a few other things. The owner, Ziad helped me out and even gave me his honest opinion on what my local dealership had recommended I do to the truck. Basically he told me to save my money and that all that extra stuff was nonsense. I appreciate the honesty & customer service he gave me. Will be back for my next oil change!

Shortly after arriving in Ft Lauderdale and a long ways from home my vehicle started overheating and jerking when backing up. I was referred to OK Tires. The owner was proficient and kind. His crew worked on my jeep ...found the issue...and fixed it. They were professional, efficient, and charged a very fair price. NO price gouging here! Very trustworthy folks!

OK Tire is a company that is fair and honest! I had an issue with my car and first took it to the Pep Boys on Sunrise Blvd. They quoted me $4000 in damages which seemed significantly higher than the work that needed to be done. A coworker of mine then recommended I take my car to OK Tire. I worked directly with Ziad, the owner, who was present for every step of my car care. He reviewed the quote from Pep Boys and agreed it felt inaccurate. He and his team reviewed each item that Pep Boys cited and specifically told me what was bogus and what actually needed fixing. My cost with OK Tire was only $1500! Ziad was honest and upfront the entire time, I didn't run into any hidden costs, Ziad communicated excellently, and my car was done exactly when he said it would be. I am definitely coming back here for any of my car needs!

Best local full-service garage in Fort Lauderdale! Ziad and his crew are honest, direct, and prices are unbeatable. I've been coming here for 20 years, and I was worried that the quality of service and prices would change under the new ownership... but, it actually got better!I got four tires for my Nissan Frontier and they were $300 less than anything I could find on the internet. Today, I brought in my boat trailer tire in, and they fixed the flat for free. I highly recommend this place to all Liquordale locals.Lifeguard Jim

I cannot say enough about the stellar experience I had today at OK Tires in Fort Lauderdale. I had to replace the battery in my Kia Soul and what could have been another annoying task turned into a special find and officially my new auto repair shop. I called from my car to see if they could fit me in and in my usual impatience, I hung up before they answered. Ziad called me back and couldn t be nicer. Upon arriving, I was promptly greeted and served by a friendly, professional mechanic (Greg, I think - I m bad with names that start with G). He worked quickly and went above and beyond making sure that it was just the battery. Billy Joel s Piano Man was playing on the radio and everyone was singing and happy. OK. - where s the hidden camera? It was truly a joyful environment and that comes from the top. Ziad - you treat your people right and it shows. I m a fan and I look forward to having my car serviced by you and your incredible staff. Thank you!

I brought my work van in for a rotation and balance. I also had some rim damage after hitting a pot hole in the recent floods. OK tire rotated my tires around to reduce the vibration from the dented rims and also advised of the need for 2 new rims if I wanted the vibration totally gone. . I took the advise and had them install the new rims. They were very fair and efficient with the process which is rare these days. Also gave me a very fair price for the procedure . I felt very fairly treated.Thanks guys

Came in Saturday morning with a couple of tires to repair. They had me taken care of very fast. Great service, very friendly. I found out they also do repairs. I'll be back
